The free clean water dispenser is a very nice and important touch. Beds are not very comfortable. We had 2 rooms on the ground floor that faced the inner yard and windows only in that direction. That meant: 1. No option to open the windows without everyone looking into the room 2. Very noisy, we could hear everyone walking out taking in the yard. 3. All day long there is music playing from speakers in the yard. The soap in the bathroom is lowest level possible.

The hotel was clean and quiet. The location is excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was very convenient to have an attached restaurant. The decor was very nice. It was a good value for the money. They really need to upgrade the mattresses. They are not at all comfortable!

The location is perfect, with everything on walking distance. The rooms are comfortable and the small plaza is a very nice place to sit for a drink or a game. As there are very few parking spots available in the narrow streets, if you come by car it is big plus that the hotel has some own parking.

This property was gorgeous - the courtyard was stunning and everything was well kept. The staff are EXCEPTIONAL. They helped with all of our needs during our stay. The beds were super comfy and the bathrooms were spotless. N/a

This was one of the best hotels we stayed in Mexico during our 2 week stay. The hotel is located very close to the city center, less than 10 minutes walking distance. The rooms were very clean and had all necessary amenities. The staff were very accommodating and professional. Nothing, everything was great :)

Location was pretty good - walking distance to the zocalo, restaurants etc. Room was clean and comfortable, staff friendly. Breakfast was filling and tasty The room was noisy early in the morning(s) from what appeared to be other guest leaving and/or staff. There was constant music on in the restaurant and courtyard which was a bit annoying to us.

Everything was great from start to finish. Great facilities and staff, nice complementary breakfast and the location was perfect. Made the reservation for my mom and aunt and they were more than satisfied with the place. Would definitely come back. Thank you!

The hotel is beautiful and the room comfortable. On our first morning we went to their restaurant and no one of their staff welcomed us. We wait like 15 minutes standing up waiting to be attended. There were tables empty and the clients were all European. We felt discriminated. The staff in the front desk were not friendly. I will never go back to the hotel.
