Room next to us had the TV loud all night

Location was good, breakfast was okay and it’s also pet friendly (as long as your pet is small or medium size). Bed was uncomfortable, pillows were so thin they offered no support, there was hair glued to the wall (?) and bathroom smelled :(.

Very good

Nice and clean rooms. Staff is friendly (however some of them doesn't speak English at all.) Our room was spacy. Some of the staff doesn't speak English at all. The room and the door has no sound isolation, so it is loud even if some other guests are just talking on the corridor. Breakfast was very-very limited.

Didn’t feel very safe while staying here
-
Great place, but a little off from the main walking street. Wonderful staff Breakfast. That was a disaster. Cornflakes and pre-made waffles. Thermos coffee. That's it. That's a big no for me not to stay in this hotel again.

It's a nice place, comfortable and It's located very near to several Chiapas attractions. The hotel has a confy and homelike atmosphere. When other guest are noisy, nobody is taking care of it, No staffmembers shut them off

It was clean and close to the town. No air-conditioning Really noisy and loud guest at night/early in the morning Beds are really small
-
It was clean and beautiful There wasn’t hot water in the shower

The staff were so nice and helpful, and our room was so comfortable! Will definitely stay there again!

We absolutely loved this hotel! Super clean, every day the room was spotless and smelled like flowers. We also got two water bottles every day for free! The shower was great with hot water and good pressure (something that is not often given in Mexico). There is also a TV with all American channels. Location-wise it was a great place to stay, only a 10 minute walk to the central road. The price was excellent for what it offers. The WiFi was really bad in the rooms (like non-existent) but in the lobby it worked most of the times (not always).

A gril works as waitress in the restaurant, we had a little misunderstood and she made us feel very uncomfortable.

Good location, 5-10min walk from the centre. Very clean and friendly personnel. I would also recommend doing the canyon tour via the hotel. For this price it's a good deal. Very bad beds and matresses. This is what stopped us from giving it a higher rating. The beds are very hard, old and make a horrible noise everytime you turn.

We really liked staying here, the place is very clean and comfortable. It's very close to one of the main streets of San Cristobal, so location is also good. The staff was very friendly and communicative. A special thanks to Geraldo, he gave us recommendations to visit town and places to eat! He was always available to help us and we are very grateful for it. We also did 2 tours that were very nice and everything went smoothly. Would definitely recommend this place. Nothing

rooms were cleaned to great standard every day. nice style.

Staff was awesome. Coffee at the bar delicious. Bathroom was tiny. Shower curtain must be longer or there is water flowing from the shower on the floor.

- New property - Comfortable bed - Quite small rooms - Can get cold at night

spotless, beautiful & serene decor, exceptional staff, excellent restaurant/cafe/bar w sophisticated delicious food & drinks, modern plumbing, comfortable beds, well located AND a rooftop terrace for smokers away from common areas. I am embarrassingly picky and hard to please and this hotel impressed me. It was all around great.

Locations was very good. Everything was really clean , the problem is the quantity of fabric softener used in the room , was overwhelming quantity.
