The lady that checked us in was exceptional. She was very nice and kind. She was helpful and went above and beyond just during the check in process. After that she continues to meet our needs from personally giving us new towels and toiletries. Very nice lady even helped us with extending our stay here. There was nothing I didn't like.

The staff here is the main reason we have stayed multiple times when in San Antonio. The rates are reasonable, and it is conveniently located near restaurants and shopping. It could use some TLC but overall we enjoy staying here. Be aware that there is a fire station just down the road so if loud noises wake you easily, this might be a problem. Overall, great value for the money.

I loved the good wifi, air conditioning, very soft & clean linens, the space in my room with a desk and chair, the large counter space next to the sink, the shower and toilet worked well with no issues, no temperature or water pressure issues, and the TV remote worked well. It was nice to just check in, and see that my key card worked the first time, the wifi worked, the lights worked (except the one on the desk), most of the power outlets worked, and the pool was full and well cared for, and I didn't have to go back to the main desk or change rooms for any other problems that are typically an issue for a 2-3 star motel. Well done! I don't know if breakfast is usually provided, but if so, there wasn't any this time. I saw a kitchen area with several tables near the lobby, and drink dispenser machines that all appeared to out of order and receiving maintenance or something. Breakfast would've been nice, but not a big deal for me personally. I also would've preferred a mattress that was a little softer, but it was just fine for someone who isn't sensitive/fussy.

It is an older hotel. Well maintained and they are still doing renovations and improvements. Rooms are ilder but clean. It is a no frills hotel but very worth the money.

He told he me he can clean it if I like. Ummm no. I told him I want another room. He gave me another one and I inspected it and saw more and more unacceptable things. Then I saw the same issue in the toliet! Build up of pee. Totally unacceptable!!! He came to room to ask if things were ok and I showed him. He blamed it on trouble with house keepers. Was told he has no problem issuing a full refund but I’m not sure if it really will be refunded back to me. Pictures are very deceiving and felt dirty! I have never in my life wanted to bathe myself in purell to get rid of the nasty feeling. Ive been in a not so good hotel before but this was on another level. I’ll refuse to give one star out of 100 stars if I could.

Good price and location. Wasn’t aware they don’t do long term stays or weekly rates. And they claim they will ban you if you don’t allow the maids to clean every other day which defeats the purpose of a security deposit

Property manager was super nice and very helpful. The property grounds looked to be well kept, the room was clean and the AC worked well. My main complaint would be that my wife and I both felt the bed was uncomfortable.

Exactly what we needed. Nothing fancy. You can tell it’s an old building that had been renovated but we were taking three teenagers to six flags and this was perfect for our needs. Staff was friendly. Room was old but clean. Bed was a bit hard but I usually prefer firm anyway.

Every staff member is very kind and helpful! ESPECIALLY the cleaning staff, those ladies do not get enough credit for how much they do and are always a 10/10 with their service AND customer service. They definitely deserve a raise:)

Location was perfect for Six Flags and it was a cheap price. It felt dirty. Walls looked like they hadn’t been wiped down in years. Also the door to my room was broken and wouldn’t lock.

Spacious room The freezer was full of fisted ice, the blow dryer didn’t work and parking was so hard to find. They did bring blow dryer after we left for the day. The door was warped and didn’t close all the way

The lady at the front desk was very nice and welcoming. The issues were the rooms. The door to get in was very hard to get open, and I had to almost bust open the door to get in. There was a BUNCH of ants in the room. It was the second room I had tried and at the point I didn’t feel comfortable staying the night.

Just a terrible place to stay with family. Very dirty unsafe and dingy rooms. Our door would not open we had to jam it open and it was unsafe. This is not ok to have doors that don't open and close properly. The front desk person was very friendly and offered to give me back the deposit I paid for on top of the hotel charge. Never again

We did take photos quickly and left and went and asked for our money and deposit back. There were no reviews online about anything other than it was an old property. I can handle old but not the above conditions.

It was old and ran down,… but it was cheap and that is what i needed. There was literally a police stand off with guns drawn in the parking lot next door while we were there. We were not in a very safe area.

The rooms are really ckean ,spacious and the staff is awesome. I have Multiple Sclerosis and when I was checking out the front desk csrwas really cool about helping me with my things. Whenever im in San Antonio University Inn and Suites is where to be be. Very pleasurable experience.

It looked very run down I was told I wouldn’t get my points back so I stayed I went to my room the couch was torn up the floors and walls had stains the toilet wasn’t cleaned pee in the back of it holes in the walls I think they had bed bugs because when I woke up I had small bites in my legs I called to let them know but because my room was lottery free there was nothing they could offer me I wouldn’t suggest anyone stay at this location

The owners were very nice. Unfortunately the property was much more of a motel than Inn. The beds were very hard and the bedding thin. The walls in the bathroom needed to be cleaned as there was splatter on them, the same with the back of the door and wall behind entry door. The sheets were stained. We bought pillows, towels and blankets from Walmart.

It was close enough to downtown San Antonio, but far enough away not to be involved in the chaos of the heavy traffic. The front staff was incredibly friendly and very accommodating!

Had a nice stay. Our room was spacious and quiet. Check in was quick and efficient. The bed was firm but comfortable. We brought our own pillows because they were thin but had 3 so that was nice. Enjoyed our stay. A great price.

I was booked a handicap room with a walk-in/roll-in shower. I had wanted a tub to soak in but they told me they were completely booked and couldn’t accommodate me. The room smelled musty since the AC had been turned off. The water pressure in the shower was horrible, as hardly any water came out. The sink faucet also sprayed a lot of everywhere. When the AC would kick on, there was a loud bang almost every time, a couple of minutes afterwards. Not the best place to stay for $250 for 2 nights, but because the Final Four was in town this weekend, it was all that was available in that area that was a decent price.

I arrived early on Friday afternoon, about 1pm! I asked if I could get an early check in and the lady at reception said "NO, BECAUSE YOU BOOKED THROUGH EXPEDIA!"

A budget hotel for sure, but the staff is amazing and I never feel anything but welcome.

The hotel staff were very friendly. It was 10 minutes away from friends and family so that was a definite plus. The girl at the front desk was helpful with locating a few good taquerias. I now know where to stay when I come to San Antonio! Will be back, guys!

The university end was a great state. Very nice management and a very easy access to restaurants and the expressway. Very safe Management was very polite at all times

A nasty outdated stained place. Don’t stay here for more than $20 a night. It’s awful

The coffee machine had like built up calcium from the hard water . Toilet flusher was very loose . The truck next to my vehicle got broken into glass all over the pavement. The window driver side was busted out. No one heard a thing . Shady sketchy area.

Hotel overall very good, had to tighten bathroom door so it would close and had to prop the mini fridge with a makeshift leg so it would open better. Had to go to main lobby for ice since ice machine on side of building was not working. The hotel room overall was very good enjoyed having two rooms and privacy.

The door was either too small for the door jamb or it just didnt close right. About a quarter of an inch brtween the bottom of the door and the floor. Iron, but no ironing board. Beds are really firm. Shower water pressure was great. Room was dim. Air conditioning worked like a champ. Front desk person was great. Location was good.

Dirty dusty. The pictures in the advertising are deceiving. Very outdated as well. Coffee stains on the walls. I won't go back.

Room was clean and quiet in spite of nearby freeway. Staff was very nice.

There were a few stains on the couch and floor, but they were cleaned, I mean what are you gonna do yk? The bathroom shower had a few chips but nothing unsanitary or too big. We enjoyed it and it was a good place to just come to sleep. Also pool is very enjoyable :)

Don’t let the bad review reviews for you. This place is a very underrated place to stay at staff is super friendly and helpful rooms were nice and clean with smart TVs.
