The bed was soft Never again. No coffee pot, no coffee up front, no breakfast, broke remote, broke fridge, no ice machine, no vending machine. All of this was advertised but not there.

Hotel Review: Extremely Poor, Unsafe, and Misleading Experience My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing, and I would strongly advise others to avoid it. The elevator was not working, which made getting to and from my room very inconvenient—especially when carrying luggage. Since the elevator was out, I had to use the stairway, which was very dirty and poorly maintained. The overall condition of the property was unacceptable. The room itself was in very poor shape. The carpet was badly damaged, looking as if an animal had ripped it up, and the room had a strong, unpleasant smell. To make matters worse, I saw a cockroach in the room, which is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about cleanliness and pest control. The TV was also missing its cable connection, making it unusable. The bathroom was just as concerning. The bathtub appeared to have mold around it, which is a major hygiene issue and made the space feel unsafe to use. There was also a serious safety problem: the lock on the side door leading outside was broken, meaning the building was not secure. This made me feel uncomfortable and unsafe during my stay. On top of all of that, the hotel website advertises that breakfast is included, but there was no breakfast available. This is misleading and frustrating for guests who expect what is promised. Overall, the poor cleanliness, lack of maintenance, safety issues, and misleading information made this an unacceptable experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I like nothing about it! Everything! The elevator was broken, there was no breakfast which it explained on the website but was none. The keycard I had to consistently recharge it. The bathroom was gross and moldy. The refrigerator didn't work and the room was not fully clean. Everything about this motel was horrible.

I paid for accommodation including breakfast for two. the staff simply said, "we dont offer breakfast here. im not sure why they have not yet updated it online". and that's it. loss $

After requesting another room, the second room also had numerous serious problems, including: Roaches/bugs present in the room Dirty and stained sink/bathroom areas Hair and debris on bedding Torn bedding/mattress cover with visible holes Dirty/stained towels Dirty hair dryer covered in dust/hair buildup Ceiling/wall damage and poor overall maintenance Unsanitary overall room conditions I have extensive photo evidence documenting these issues. In addition, the night audit/front desk employee was dismissive and argumentative when I requested assistance and a room change. I was made to feel as though I was inconveniencing staff simply for reporting serious cleanliness concerns. My daughter was also told there were no towels available overnight, forcing us to wait until morning for basic necessities. This experience was unacceptable, especially after already being moved once due to problems in the original room. The accommodations did not meet basic cleanliness, maintenance, or hospitality standards.

I appreciated the quietness of the facility because we were so tired having driven from Houston and then attending a super long UTSA graduation. Having said that I was disappointed regarding the cleanliness of the room. The toilet seat was very loose, dried poop on the outside of the toilet bowl, and carpet so filthy that my feet were literally black.

They didn't have a non smoker room so they put us in A handicap room that was nice but the nozzle for the shower sprayed so hard it hurt.

Times in bathroom were loose and coming up, room had stains throughout, there was a leak when you enter the hallway inside that the water was being caught by a trash bin, some motor parts were tucked in a corner of the inside, smelled like weed in the hallways, the carpeted stairs and hallways were filthy, a dead roach was in the corner for the 2 days i was there. Will never stay there again.

There were roaches everywhere. They did not have ice buckets, they did not have extra blankets, they did not have breakfast, the hallways and stairs were filthy, and I would never stay there again.

Nothing It was noisy, dirty, room was small. Tried to change rooms due to noise from traffic on the freeway next to hotel and was told they were fully booked. The place was completely empty don’t know why they said they didn’t have any other rooms. The worst place I have ever stayed.

Great location, king sized bed was clean and comfortable. Room faced parking lot and it was a quiet night. Staff was courteous and provided coffee and muffins even after breakfast hours were over. The price and that it was close to the location that I needed. For starters when I reserved the Room online, it stated that it had some kind of a breakfast, and there was absolutely nothing, but black cold coffee,, In the bathroom on the bottom of the tub there was black spots, and also behind the toilet, the exhaust fan did not work.

The showerhead was broken. The electrical plug in the bathroom was broken and loose and coming out of the wall. The door at the bottom in the bathroom was broken. The hook on the door was broken and missing. The water in the bathroom was too hot scolding hot could burn somebody.

Stayed for a week and had to finally buy our own trash bags to empty our own trash, asked repeatedly for toilet tissue, no cleaning.

Our room was at the back of the building. The entry door at the rear of the building was not a secure door. The stairway going up to the room was extremely dirty. The second floor window at the end of the hall was broken and the hallway was hot and very dirty. Our room was also hot and did not smell clean. Mold in drapes by AC, bed would squeak from only one side, linens very old not white looked a little gray! Extractor fan in bathroom had lint needs to be cleaned. Could be a fire hazard if someone leaves it on for too long and overheats! Smells, has potential but needs a lot of updates in a good location.

I noticed that there was a lot of dust on the bed platform. Plenty of dust on a plastic wall stand that used to have a blower which was not there. The tub was dirty. Broken door knob. Tiny space for a bathroom. The drawers would slowly open up when one walked by. Breakfast consisted of a muffin and coffee, I did not have any. And during the night, every time people closed / slammed a door down the hallway, our door would move and it seemed like someone was trying to open it. There were coffee cups but there was no coffee maker in the room. The elevator had a terrible smell. This place needs so much work. Plus, the lady up front charged the stay twice to my credit card, then just said nothing could be done. There was no one in front desk for check out process, I wanted a receipt.

I was very disappointed. But what do you expect for a very inexpensive stay. The area is shady with activities going on in the parking lot. The worse part are the roaches in the room. I went eat a slice a pizza and when I opened the box tons of roaches scattered. The ad also says continental breakfast and they had none.

Room temperature controller was NOT controlled by US! it Kept cutting OFF--did NOT matter if I ran heat OR Cool-was 3 UNCOMFORTABLE nights...turned it off/on to "reset it" -THEY must be in control of rooms heating & cooling-By the way, the 3 nights were 34 degrees, 24 degrees, 27 degrees-respectively, so do the "math"

The rooms were very nice. They were spacious. The bathroom needs a lot of work. Tiles are cracked, shower head falling, some rust and mold. Overall, the room and property were nice and they served muffins for breakfast.

The room was filthy with lots of black mold in the shower, and roaches running loose. However, the AC worked as did the refrigerator. The staff were accommodating, but the room was awful.

The room had probably 20 dead and alive crickets and bugs all over the room. The room had not been cleaned after the last guests. Heart hair and dirty towels were all over the sink. The air conditioner did not work. I woke up with bug bites all over me. Absolutely disgusting.

I would say the only redeeming quality about the hotel was that the A/C worked great. Other than that the place was falling apart. Damage everywhere from the floors to the walls & even the shower/bathtub didn’t work right. If you wanted to take a bath(don’t know why you would want to) you couldn’t because the water wouldn’t come out the bottom for a bath. The toggle to change from tub to shower was welded shut so that it would only come out the shower head. Also you couldn’t adjust the shower head because it was welded into place that it wouldn’t move. It needs a full blown renovation really badly but that probably isn’t going to happen. Also one reason I picked it is because it said it had a complimentary breakfast but when I asked about it at checkin the person said they don’t have breakfast & then he changed it to say that they have muffins. They didn’t even have muffins.

The picture on your site is outdated as it depicts a tan building this actual color is gray . The interior in tge website photo depicts a room that has bright vibrant colors the room actually has nothing worth looking at or even being excited to be sleeping in. When we entered tge room tge ac hadnt been running all day and the window was opened . It was about 87 degrees and finally took a fan and tge ac running to get it to comfortable sleep level.. the girl at the front desk was very friendly and professional but that would be the only reason im staying. The smoke detector is hanging from the ceiling the light fixture in the bathroom has no cover on it so the bulbs and insulation are exposed the poop fan in the bathroom is just there and doesnt operate .. if may just be a fan cover with no actial fan in it .. the elevator is slower than walking uo the stairs.. and the room is right next to the highway so you hear traffic miv8ng all night the tv has about 15 channels worth any kind of viewing but the pool is tge size of a garden tub and dedunitely not sparkling or even swim worthy atm.. but we came for six flags nit the hotel...theres a bed bug crawling up my leg right now and thats a cool feeling

The picture on your site is outdated as it depicts a tan building this actual color is gray . The interior in tge website photo depicts a room that has bright vibrant colors the room actually has nothing worth looking at or even being excited to be sleeping in. When we entered tge room tge ac hadnt been running all day and the window was opened . It was about 87 degrees and finally took a fan and tge ac running to get it to comfortable sleep level.. the girl at the front desk was very friendly and professional but that would be the only reason im staying. Location is good near six flags.Only problem was no breakfast as stated in the ad of website so when arrived the front desk ckerk said no breakfast only coffee.

There were crickets in the room. The toilet and shower was dirty, they were very stingy with the towels as well. Overall I was not pleased with my stay.

It was a basic stay. There was no breakfast, yet they were set up for it. In other words it they had the juice machine and toasters but nothing was in the juice machines and there was no bread or bagels for the toaster etc., so that was a bit disappointing. However, they did give me an extra hour for check out.

The property was closed when I got there. There was one person downstairs. They had a water leak which caused the closure. No one notified me that my reservation was no longer in effect. The lady at the property canceled the reservation. I was on my own as to find another place to stay. Overall terrible experience.

I recently stayed at the Super 8 Motel and had a highly disappointing experience. The room had a cracked window, which made me feel unsafe throughout my stay. The bed had noticeable stains, and the floors were dirty, suggesting poor maintenance and cleanliness. Overall, I did not feel comfortable or secure, and I would not recommend this motel to others.

staff was alright. didnt feel very safe for the neighborhood. our room had dog hair all over the floor and this right after they got done cleaning it. parts of the mini fridge was rusty we only stayed in that room long enough to check it out and put our stuff in it.. left to go to 6 flags, was gone pretty much all day til about 9 pm. decided to check out of that hotel and go to a better one... asked the lady if i could get my money back for the room and at first she said no then i told her we didn't even use the room at all except to put our stuff in and leave. so she went and looked at it came back and showed me a washcloth that was used so i told her that was used to to cleanup some soda that got spilled and she said "but still and only refunded me half the money back for the room cause i used a single washcloth.. c'mon yall need to do way better than that.. was extremely disappointed. never using that hotel again

There’s not actually breakfast as promoted. Asked for some towels since they didn’t switch them out which wasn’t a big issue, but I asked if it was ok if I could get an extra towel ( there’s only 3 body towels in the room) since there was 5 of us, and the lady at the desk looked at me like I had just asked the most out of line question. I said it was just a question, and if it wasn’t a bother I’d appreciate it, but nope, she didn’t give me the extra towel, just the 3. 👎👎👎 terrible customer service in my opinion.

hotel was very dirty, room smelled like nothing but cigarette, comforter had a hole in it, carpet looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in a couple of years, restroom was even worse. would not recommend this hotel by any means.

It was the worst hotel we've ever stayed at. The room has one broken floor lamp and one broken desk chair, bugs on the floor and the floor was dirty. Generally in terrible shape. They advertised a "To Go" breakfast, but there was nothing but coffee and the juice machine only had water and cranberry juice. The snack machine was empty. One customer said his room was so dirty he and his wife could not stay there, but the hotel would NOT give back their money. Disgraceful place!!!

The place was dirty , we found hair in the shower and on the pillows, I know its not a 5 star hotel but I've been in other super 8 and they have been waaaayyy better than this one.

The hotel was dirty overall (Lobby, Hall, not to mention the room and bathroom). Smells very bad like fungus/humidity. There was hair in the shower, the AC smelled bad and had a loud sound.

Hotel was not bad for the price. BUT the hallway smelled of cigarettes and marijuana. Also there was no hand soap or any toiletries what so ever in the room. Towels were discolored but smelled clean and there was no wash clothes. If it wasn’t for the price I’d probably give a lower rating.

This is worst than a third world country hotel and management should do something about it. Come on we are in the USA this shouldn’t be permitted. Stay away there’s many other hotels around this one. This hotel, was very dirty. Their breakfast was only. Micro mini muffin. I stay 3 days-2 nights, and their was no house keeping at all..

We were a party of four, which was known pre check in, and there was one towel, no free breakfast as advertised, and the room was dirty. Just a very unpleasant stay.

Looks very worn, tired looking. A/C was not working in public areas. Outside doors did not securely lock. Breakfast was limited amount of mini muffins, coffee, 1 type of juice.

First time staying there, was on a vacation day with family. Property was ok, room was ok needs little update.

Close to Airport, affordable, close to my family housing. Key card need to reset every day even if you don’t put next to phone.

The carpet was nasty and looked like it hadnt been vacuumed prior to our stay. Our daughter had the room next to ours. Her sheets were just plain nasty. Asked the lady at the desk for clean ones; she said she couldnt change them. That's ok. We did that. They had no wash clothes. Asked for those and they said they didn't have any. We try not to be too critical; but this was not in clean or welcoming condition. We definitely won't stay there again.
