    Do not stay here! I would never wish to stay at this hotel unless it were my absolute last option! I booked a room with a balcony which I was told didn’t exist. Indeed they do exist but for some reason there must had been none available. I reserved and paid for one so that was the first disappointment of many. The rooms are as clean as could possibly be for a hotel of its age so I have zero complaints where that is concerned and commend the cleaning staff. The walls are super thin and you can literally hear every single thing your neighbor is saying. I was on the fifth floor in a double room just doing a staycation with a friend. We didn’t expect it to be five star but did expect to feel safe. We did not feel safe and contemplated just leaving in the middle of the night driving back to our homes in San Antonio. It was not an expensive stay but regardless a miserable one.

    I definitely like the location its just in the heart of Riverwalk, a little noisy but its understandable for summer vacation and kids, the only thing is because it has not free breakfast is more expensive that other good hotels, other than that we fully recommend it.

    My family traveled to San Antonio to bury our oldest brother. I was unable to make it because someone had to care for our 98yrs old mom. I wanted to add someone to one of our 4 rooms and was given a very hard time. I spoke to someone who had no compassion and suggested that my family stay somewhere else. If one of the rooms wasn't connected to a flight and we had more than 5 days til travel I would have canceled all 4 rooms and in fact stayed somewhere else. The general manager never called me back. I called the hotel 4 days in a row to try to get some help. When i gave up someone called me and conferenced the GM in. They told me to go back to expedia that they could help me. I called Expedia to find out i would have to pay extra to just add a name to the double room that i had booked. I would not send my enemy to this place. The property is in need of an upgrade. The furniture is very old, fraying and stained in some places.

    Upon arrival, my room was not ready, despite checking in at the scheduled time. After waiting, I was finally given a room that had an overwhelming bleach smell, making it very uncomfortable to stay in. The room did not feel fresh or properly prepared for guests. The pictures online definitely do not match the actual rooms. The room looked much older. To make matters worse, the air conditioning barely worked and could not maintain a comfortable temperature. The room remained uncomfortable throughout my stay, and it was clear that maintenance issues had not been properly addressed. What was most frustrating was the lack of customer service. Hospitality starts with customer service, and unfortunately this hotel failed in that area. Guests should feel welcomed, valued, and respected, but that was not my experience. Based on the poor service I received, I would not stay here again and would not recommend this hotel to others. For the price paid, this experience was completely unacceptable. Between the room not being ready, the strong chemical odor, the malfunctioning air conditioning, and the unhelpful staff, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I have had. I will not be returning and cannot recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay.

    We enjoyed our stay here all of the staff were very friendly & helpful! It was clean & always smelt nice. We enjoyed the pool especially the quiet hour at night it was very peaceful. We loved the bar we had a couple drinks there atmosphere was pleasant! The only thing we didn’t like was the ac control we constantly had to make sure it was on if not the room would get really hot.

    I would describe this location as a budget location. The lobby was nice and new and updated. The rest of the areas we stayed in were not. Soap dispensers in the room were falling off the walls, the hallways had a lot of obvious wear and tear and appears to be outdated. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. The gym was useless as the treadmill and some of the machines were broken. If your looking for budget type place it is fine. Location was decent and within a decent walking distance to downtown tourist areas.

    The pool was so cloudy, you couldn’t see your feet in 3’ of water. It seemed dirty, and not from chemicals Other than that it was fine. The river walk and restaurants were within a few minutes walk.

    Online photos were deceiving. Hotel was outdated, very nasty, room smelled like mildew. Was given another room only to find the FRIDGE SITTING IN THE SHOWER! My son’s room also had a smell, last night of stay water starting dripping down in the bathroom and eventually the ceiling fell down. General manager, Anthony Farrah never followed up, refused to take our calls and didn’t return our calls when we reached out. By the way my son did not receive a refund and I was charged even though I left the property the night I checked in due to the conditions of the rooms.

    On a positive note, the staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay, which I truly appreciated. The outdoor pool area was decent, but the rest of the property, including the bar and restaurant downstairs, felt very outdated and not well-maintained. The restaurant was quite dirty, the drinks were disappointing, and the food was mediocre at best. Overall, I was disappointed with the accommodations and felt the hotel did not live up to its online presentation. I will likely be staying at the Hilton on my next visit instead.

    Valet was quick and friendly The room didn't look like the pictures. There were stains on the walls, bedding, shower curtain, etc. Rust on the safe and other areas. Paint chipped everywhere. The "mini bar" was 2 bottles of water; I was scared of getting charged for making coffee because it was right next to the waters. The elevator shook a lot; felt like it was going to fall at any minute. Could barely see the Riverwalk from our Riverwalk room.

    Hotel was great and in a great location. The building is obviously an older property and it shows in some places, but no complaints. The only problem was that the hotel smelled like weed on every floor we visited (room on 6, cousins room on 5, and pool on 4). While I don’t have an issue with smokers in general, the “smoke free” hotel rule is NOT enforced. When my cousin complained, they brought Lysol to add fragrance to her room and recommended she open the window, saying they can’t enforce the rule at all… I would stay there again for the price, but it would have been nice to know about this beforehand.

    I booked this hotel cause it looks absolutely gorgeous in the pictures. The lobby is very beautiful, great location. The rooms were OK definitely needs more cleaning if you have OCD like me and can pinpoint different spots in the room and in the bathroom got me pretty disgusting. I feel like the hallways had a weird musky smell. The river walk view wasn’t as I expected. It would be. I definitely do have to admit the safety of this hotel is their top priority. You must scan your key card in order to use the elevator to get to your room. I extremely appreciate how safety was. The cleaning the rooms and hallways must be worked on a little bit more. Some of the wallpapers in the hallway was missing. The walls are very thin. We were on the fourth floor and we can still hear people from the first floor honking the horn.

    We stayed in the presidential suite. It was just average. Gave off an old vibe. Had to call maintenance for a TV that didn't work and a closet door that was stuck. The scent pipes through the vents in common areas was nice. Staff are great!

    Shout out to the nice maintenance man, I think his name tag said Scoot but he was very helpful and nice, we had an issue with our toilet being loose and the ac being loud. They changed our room, which we appreciated. The lobby was very well maintained, we didn’t find the pool inviting but at least they have one. The hotel is conveniently located. We would stay again.     Hotel was very nice. The staff was great. All our request was answered and taken care of promptly. We did have a couple issues in the room that were really not an inconvenience but were addressed quickly. Parking is by valet or Park off property at a ridiculous price. Valet was very nice and greeted us coming and going. Did not have to wait long for vehicle to be brought to us. I would definitely stay here again in the future. Thank you to the staff

    I stayed here to go to a friend’s wedding and I had a great time. The hotel was very nice. It is only a two or three minute walk to the main business area of the Riverwalk. The staff was very friendly and the valet service was quick and efficient. The only things that could be improved was the ventilation fan in my bathroom did not work very well and the freezer needed to be thawed out. Other than that, the hotel is great. I unfortunately did not have time to make use of the amenities.

    Parking was valet only, 40.00 to park on the same property. Pool had cloudy water, didn’t get in. Let down the shade and couldn’t get it back up. Elevator doors had smudged all over inside of doors. I understand this is an older hotel but it can be better maintained. I didn’t even have a remote for the t.v. . Honestly im a local resident and we just left back home didn’t even stay the night., just came back in the morning so that i could get my deposit back. Bad enough im out the room cost. I’ll know better next time, won’t be there.

    The staff was extremely helpful. Leo, the valet, was the best since our truck had stuff in the back. The lady who checked us in was also very helpful. We were within walking distance of everything we wanted to see. Our only drawback was that some sketchy people were sleeping on the sidewalks, which is not a problem you can help with; it is an inner-city problem. We had the best time and will definitely return. We had our three-year-old granddaughter with us, and having to explain this was a little difficult.

    Everything was okay but wife & I did find something that was not clean properly… 1). Theres was boogers on the way on the left queen bed. 2). Found a coffee stick on the floor (me & wife didn't make coffee that day) 3). Our little baby boy was playing with hes toys & we notice hes knees & feet was dark dirty. (Have pictures to show proof)

    Everything was pretty old and just dirty looking room temp was set on 60 degrees so it was freezing as soon as you walk in, the bed and sheets not comfortable at all? the photos had a balcony view absolutely no balcony and couldn’t even open the windows we were starring at brick wall the few hours we were in the room ended up no stay the night and front desk wasn’t concerned about it just told me to get with booking.com oh yeah and let’s not forget the 200$ deposit that isn’t mentioned at all upon reserving the room it was a mess definitely wouldn’t use booking .com again or stay at the hotel nothing was accommodated or made right no refund The staff were very unfriendly and stand off room phone didn’t work didn’t seem to care just very bad experience over all

    The valet staff is EXCELLENT. the property is nice in the lobby and I like older historic vibe hotels but the room has ZILCH updates. Tiny bathroom the room feel C+. Decent bed.     We stayed on the 4th floor and the swimming pool was right outside our door. Perfect for my boys ages 12 and 10. The bathroom had a big hairball of longhair sitting on the bathtub. The bathroom had rust and mold. It felt dirty. Even my boys were grossed out saying how dirty and smelly the bathroom was.

    The property was nicely modernized and decorated. Beds and linens were clean and comfortable, wonderful housekeeping services and very attentive. Don't look too closely as paint and hallways were dated and definitely signs of wear and tear - but for the price point, it was everything we needed and the staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant and bar are separately managed from the hotel, just as a FYI, but good food, drinks and service, Easy access to Riverwalk and all the areas we wanted to get to; would recommend to those on a budget and who appreciate a quieter area for sure.

    Very convenient location. Just a few steps around the corner and you're at the downtown horseshoe bend area of the river. There is a city parking lot next door if you don't want to do the hotel valet. The view from the riverview room was a bit limited. You really have to get around the corner to get to the more scenic area. The restaurant downstairs was nice and more reasonably priced compared to other restaurants in the area.

    Unfortunately, our check-in experience was quite poor. The front desk agent was rude and sarcastic, seeming visibly annoyed by our simple questions.     The room was dated with broken base boards and chipped paint. There are no riverwalk views and if you get a balcony, beware of mosquitos getting in your room and feasting on you all night. The bathroom vents are very dirty. There isn't a 10x mirror in the room so take your own. Bathroom is very tiny and not much drawer space. Bed was comfortable. Front desk staff were very nice and quick to help throughout text messages. The riverwalk is a short walk. It was not what I expected but we made the best of it.

    There was rust on the bathtub, handle for tub comes off, no cold water, that could be a plus. Wall paper coming off, holes in wall. Bed was caved in middle. Then to top it off, HAD FIRE ALARM GO OFF IN MIDDLE OF NIGHT, NOT THE ONE IN ROOM. FINALLY FIND EXIT AND THEY HAD A PAD LOCK ON GATE TO GET OUT SO WE WERE STUCK ON 2ND FLOOR!!!!     The location was perfect for the trip. We wanted to be close to the river and the parking was 40$ per day but had in and out privileges. Now the room was pretty much falling apart from decor hanging halfway out the way to the tub leaking and the toilet rocking when you sit on it. The patio door did not lock which was a problem for us having 2 small kids. They did have a really nice cafe downstairs and a bar/restaurant food was really good decent drinks and they were not over priced or anything.

    There was nothing special about this hotel. I was not impressed, and considering the water faucet for the tub/shower kept falling off every time you turned it on (even after they told us they fixed it) there was really nothing impressive about it. No continental breakfast, but you could get breakfast at the attached restaurant. Just over all expected a little better. What I will say is every employee we had contact with was OUTSTANDING! They were the best part of the hotel.

    Things were not in working order. We needed Wi-Fi to work while there and the signal too weak. The staff just said sorry. The tub jacuzzi didn’t work. The tv in bedroom didn’t have a remote. The staff tried another remote but nothing worked. Couch and carpet were so stained (in the presidential suite I might add) that we had to keep shoes on and sit on a blanket. Would not stay there again.

    This property is located in what can only be described as an isolated area. When you walk from the hotel towards the downtown, there are very few people on the street, and the ones that are there are homeless, or drugged out/mentally ill people, so it seems unsafe. Separately, in terms of the room, I stayed in a double. The bed was comfortable and the pillows and linens were fine. It was nice to have a small refrigerator in the room as well; these were appreciated amenities. The bathroom however was sub-par. The soap dish was chipped, which should have been replaced. The bathtub lining was also chipped up, and the shampoo dispenser was leaking shampoo into the bathtub everyday, so creating a slippery hazard when you turned on the shower. There was no floor mat provided. The walls of the room were badly scuffed up. Instead of carpeting, the hotel has installed fake "wood" and the floors felt gritty to walk on when I was barefoot. The window shade was ripped. These are small things, but they add up to create a poor impression. Even in the elevator, no one was wiping it down it was covered with fingerprints and smears, which gives the impression that it's dirty. Finally, I would definitely avoid "The Gavel" which is the onsite restaurant/bar. The food was truly terrible, although the staff goes out of their way to be extremely helpful to guests and super polite. I would not recommend this property.

    The room needed a deep cleaning at minimum. Windows were not clean, dirt in the tracks of the sliding door, soda fabric was stained, one outdoor cushion had major rips in it. The heat in the bedroom was not sufficient. We attempted to turn it up, but it did not respond with more heat.

    Extremely rude valet worker. He yelled at me in front of everyone. He was saying I was blocking the flow but I was still trying to check in. The front guest said sorry but was very disappointed. This was my first time at this hotel and it will be my last. I tried to report or speak to the manager was told to wait for the survey. Spend a little extra and go somewhere with better service. You want to enter a hotel happy and not dealing with someone who doesn’t like their job.

    The Staff was courteous at check-in and without us asking, at check out, they comped us our two night parking fee because of the issue with the air conditioner. The historic hotel is on the Riverwalk, but not in a mainstream area. In the evening expect to walk by homeless souls asking for donations on nearby streets.

    The room itself was mostly clean but every drain plug and faucet handle in the bathroom was falling apart. The drain in the shower and the faucet handle came off in my hand. We had to push something under the drain to keep it open. Great location and a yummy coffee shop attached. In my opinion it was too expensive for as many issues as we had.

    The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, which we appreciated. The hotel itself is older and feels somewhat outdated, but it was clean. There were a few maintenance issues in our room: one light bulb was not working, the restroom door would not close completely, and the hair dryer was broken. When we called about the hair dryer, we were asked to go down to the lobby to pick up a replacement because there was no staff available to deliver it to our room. Overall, the service was kind, but the property could benefit from updates and better maintenance.

    No heat, ended stay after one night, was told they would take care of refund for what was supposed to be two additional nights. When I contacted hotel to arrange refund, I was told to call back the next day, which I did and was put on hold for 10 minutes and was then disconnected. I was told finally that there was no note on my reservation saying anything about an early departure or why. This hotel is much more run down than it appears and clearly the staff does not take care of important issues when their hotel fails to deliver.

    The elevator floors are filthy, they were not vacuumed nor washed once during my stay, as I recognized the debris and dirt from day to day. Walls at lobby level towards the elevators are black with filth. There is a long list of issues to be addressed. The hotel has good bones but has an overall rundown appearance. Could use a good renovation.

    Our stay was amazing. Hotel is located right on the Riverwalk. Room with a pool view was beautiful and clean. We had breakfast at the restaurant and it was delicious with large portions and affordable. Waitress was very pleasant and friendly. Front desk staff made sure your stay was great.

    The hotel was okay. The staff was very friendly & helpful. The hotel’s remodeling looks great in pictures but not all that nice in person. Paint chipping, crooked light fixtures, etc. The HVAC unit in our room must have not worked because we turned it up to 76 and it was still only 68 in the room. The water pressure in the shower was almost too strong and the shower head was very low. It was clean and the bed was fairly comfortable but the whole experience was just okay. Glad we only stayed 1 night.

    The staff was great but the hotel itself felt unkempt. The bathroom was the worst. The handle fell off of the bathtub. There was zero water pressure and there was hair from the last guest everywhere. The hotel restaurant was dirty and poorly maintained as well. The location was good we could walk to all the local attractions. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

    That said, I was on the go most of the time, so the room was mainly just a place to sleep, shower, and get ready, and it served that purpose fine. The restaurant and bar in the lobby were nice. The bartender was awesome—she stayed open late for my group and played music for us, which made for a great experience. The price was reasonable for the stay. Overall, it worked for this trip, but it would not be my first choice if I were to visit San Antonio again.

    Excellent stay we had a King Balcony room and an amazing view of the fireworks on Christmas eve. Fantastic location just a short walk to the Riverwalk. Definitely use the electric scooters dotted around the city for a bit of fun instead of an uber. Would stay again. It's an older hotel but upgraded and good value for money.

    We stayed in room 531 and the bathroom had water damage to the bathroom door frame and the hallway baseboards. The water in the tub/shower would not shut off all the way so we had a constant stream of water running out of the tub faucet. The room did not have a microwave and I was tired of eating cold pizza so on the third day I finally asked if there was a microwave that I could use and they said that they would have one sent up to the room, would have been nice if it was already in the room like every other hotel. Good location and vive view of the Riverwalk.

    River walk view is a misleading, the pictures of the lobby are spot on, but once you get up to the room that’s a different story. Chair looked liked it was gnawed on, restroom wasn’t cleaned properly, when we took a shower there were smiley faces halfway wiped off as if they didn’t clean the mirror well enough. The staff in hotel, bar and coffe shops on the hotel are wonderful that was the plus.

    The rooms were definitely not as advertised. I had 2 rooms, one the door lock & tv was broke as weel as the shampoo busted off the wall. 2nd room was disgusting floors were filthy, bathroom fan was broke the shower wouldn't drain.     The room was a little “dated” we had issues with the internet so the tv didn’t work all the time. Our curtain/shade broke and we did ask the front fest to have someone look at it when able… but it didn’t get looked at before we checked out. Lights flickered (the dimmer switch didn’t seem to work right) Soap dispenser was leaking in the bathtub so presented a hazard (slippery). In general the room was clean just could use some updating .. wall decor was not very good… some of the things were coming off the wall. Location of hotel was great.

    Our experience is very personal. Stay away from the rooms around the pool area! There's a huge echo that disturbed people peace when there's others using the pool area. Even when it was winter season, they were around five kiddos using the pool area around 8:30 PM, and they were SOOOOO loud, and goes worse with the echo. Those kiddos were screaming badly and our room was around the pool area and it was s nightmare. We have to call several times to the front desk asking them to manage the situation, but apparently nobody did anything because they never stopped screaming. My daughter was so done with the situation that she has to step out and ask those parents to control their kiddos because the screaming was insane The beds on those rooms are so close to the door that when housekeeping passes with their cars you are going to hear them because ,the hall doesn't have carpet, is just the floor, so be prepared. I'm not sure if I will choose this hotel again, if I do I will definitely not staying in those rooms.

    The tv didn’t work :/ we had maintenance look at it twice and still , I had to unplug and replay everytime I wanted to use the tv. It’s a bit of a disappointment with you can’t use the tv after a long day on vacation. :/

    We always love staying at this hotel every time we visit or stop in San Antonio. I believe this was our 4-5th time at this hotel. Being affordable and close to the Riverwalk is what we enjoy the most.

    One of the staff members (Alyssa?) at the main entrance appeared visibly upset and was unwelcoming. I observed her interaction with the guests ahead of me, who asked if she spoke Spanish because their son was translating. Her response was dismissive and lacked courtesy, she simply shook her head no without acknowledging them or offering assistance. Having worked in customer service, I believe a more appropriate response would have been to offer to find someone who could help. When it was my turn, the same staff member was similarly rude and did not ask if I wanted valet parking, despite offering this service to every guest before me. This made me feel singled out. Aside from this interaction, everything else about the hotel was excellent. With improved consistency in customer service at the entrance, this property would easily merit a five-star review.

    The front desk staff lacked warmth and personality and were not very welcoming. We also observed them being rude on the phone with other guests, which set an unprofessional tone. Our room was on the 5th floor and did not offer a true river view as expected. The shower spout leaked nonstop during both nights of our stay. We reported the issue, but no action was taken. Additionally, we found women’s hair in the shower, which raised concerns about cleanliness. The room itself could definitely use updating, at least the one we stayed in. On a positive note, the restaurant and coffee shop were excellent and truly stood out. With improvements in service, maintenance, and room updates, this hotel could be a much better experience.

    The check in was quick and the staff was friendly/helpful. The room!! So clean, it looked renovated, bed was so comfy and the sheets were bright white and crisp! The temperature was perfect!! The location to food and the river walk was prime!! Must try!!

    Now, this review would have been higher had it not been for the woman banging on the door at 11:02 because check out is at 11. She even tried to enter the room but the chain was on the door. I opened the door with one shoe on to tell her we were leaving and she shouted at me that check out is 11. This was at 11:02!! This completely ruined out stay. Yes, we were a couple of minutes late leaving the room but having someone shouting at me is not acceptable for 2 minutes. Perhaps if it was 11;30 I could understand. Unfortunately, I would never stay at this hotel again after this.

    The hotel was aged but nice, we had a handicap accessible room for my husband. When he used the bathroom the handicap handrails pulled out of the wall and he fell between the toilet and the wall. The handyman was very nice and fixed it immediately but then all the drywall dust was left in the bathroom for the rest of our stay. The shower was accessible but the water was only supposed to stay in with tin threshold strip so the water went all through the bathroom which made the tile very slick.

    The main positive for this hotel was it's location to the downtown area and Riverwalk and the price. The negatives include: No entrance into the hotel except through the drive-through valley parking entrance and exit; old hotel in need of updating; super slow elevator; heat that didn't work for every room until you can the front desk and they send the maintenance guy to turn on the valves for the hot water chiller pipes (why wasn't that done to EVERY room during the hours for cleaning) - poor management; mandatory, $37 valley parking added to the final bill

    Some of the staff were very very nice. Generally, this is a pretty basic property. Our room was nice enough, but the couch was dirty, only hot water came out of both sinks, and there was very loud music outside of the property both nights. (in fairness, it was the San Antonio Marathon weekend so not sure if the music was related).

    The staff was very helpful, both at the check-in desk and the restaurant/bar. It was very convenient to many of the sites that we chose to visit. We only had to order transportation once. The rooms could benefit from a few updates, but it was still overall comfortable and clean.

    The room was clean though visibly dated as the chairs looked very worn. The coffee pot had paint splatter on it. However,it was very clean. A suggestion would be to have some sort of nonslip mat in the shower. I am a disabled person. I laid a towel down inside the shower to prevent slipping. The view from my room was very nice. I had a river view and loved it! I was there for a Air Force graduation which dictated me to get up and leave the hotel very early and unfortunately before the hours of the coffee shop opening up I would’ve liked to have had a quick bite to eat and a specialty coffee to go but I miss the opening of the coffee shop by one hour. My suggestion is maybe open the coffee shop an hour earlier. Another suggestion might be to put in some food vending machines for those of us who have to leave very early in the morning or come in very late at night. This hotel was very conveniently located to see many attractions My suggestion is to wear comfy shoes and prepare to walk anywhere from 5 minutes to 15 minutes to go see the amazing sites. It is so very worth it 100%! Thank you for the pleasant day and the great hospitality.

    The hotel is quite dated. Messy caulking around the tub/shower, cracked toilet tan lid, chipping paint, etc. We came on a Friday of the coldest day this year. The heater was not working. After several calls, they called the maintenance guy in. (His night off). He was nice and accomodating. I tried to get another room since the temp was 60°. Since I wasn't getting answers from the front desk, he went downstairs a d git the key to another room. The heat was working this time. It was a handicapped room, but I didn't care. It took too lo g to get things done, and we had a 5K run to race which was a big distraction for us. Even though the location says On the Riverwalk, it's on the far end and there's no access from the hotel. I don't think it's even a 3 Star hotel. The people were helpful, but the property has seen better days.

    Overall things were superficially clean, but our 3 rooms on the 5th floor needed deep cleaning and paint/wood touch ups. The entire faucet in the bathroom moved when you had to struggle hard to get the hot water knob to just barely turn. I have stayed at more than 10 hotels on the Riverwalk and this is the only one that disappointed me. I would not stay here again.

    The king bed was also uncomfortably hard, as was the sofa bed, so none of us slept well. In addition, there was only one functioning elevator, and it was very slow, which became frustrating during busy times. The hotel is advertised as being on the River Walk, but it’s located on a section that isn’t decorated or lively at all. It ended up being a long walk to reach the main part of the River Walk where most people would actually want to go. Our room view was also disappointing — it overlooked a concrete slab, a nursing home, and the plain, undecorated part of the river. Overall, the experience didn’t match the expectations set by the hotel’s description. I hope they make improvements, but I wouldn’t stay here again based on this visit

    I upgraded to a suite room, the heater didn’t work, ended up having to change rooms, the blinds didn’t work in the new room, the tv in the new room didn’t work initially and needed to be restarted, the carpets were filthy in both rooms we were given, the elevator broke at one point during our stay. Overall, not a great experience, would not go back again.
