Location Moldy smell in the room coming from the air conditioner. Mold on the shower curtain and pubic hair on the floor and shower corners in the bathroom. Checked out of the hotel one day early due to the bad mold smell coming from the air conditioner which was causing headaches, coughing and sneezing. And being that the children have asthma, this was a health hazard. I'm sure I won't be receiving a discount for checking out a day sooner. But I hope this review helps someone else who has upper respiratory diseases to reconsider before booking.

I’m pretty sure it’s the owner (an India man) that was roaming the halls like a stalking perv! Everytime we walked back into the hotel he’d ask what room # and how many people in room! My daughter who lives in SA came over to the room with my granddaughter to visit us that night and he told me she had to leave before 10 or he’d charge me extra! Needless to say I’ll be staying elsewhere next time! I’ll gladly pay more at a downtown hotel and drive further to see my daughter and baby, picked this hotel only because it was close to where my daughter lives. From now on I’ll research a little further. Room was outdated and overpriced, they put lipstick on a pig to keep people booking rooms.

Breakfast was not great. Coffee was disgusting and creamer was expired.

The room was very large, comfortable, clean, and had adequate amenities for the quality level of this facility. The breakfast was fine with waffle, yogurt, cereals, fruit, and toast. It has a very good shower and a large space around the sink. It is a very good location for accessing several parts of the city. I rested well each night. The property is dated in style and decor, and very functional, but updating some items every few months would make a good difference quick rapidly, e.g. thicker towels and updating the hairdryer. The road/street noise was a little distracting, but not so much that it kept me awake.

There was no shower curtain, the tub did not drain, the toilet seat was about to fall off, the room stunk, if I wasn't so exhausted when I had gotten there and it wasn't so late I would have changed rooms the bed was uncomfortable and I couldn't wait to get out of there in the morning. I let the person at the front desk know and they made an excuse for everything I said,(the curtain may be in the was, maintenance must not have gotten to it,um why rent it out then)..they didn't apologize or do anything else so I will never stay there again I had stayed there in the past a few years ago and it was a decent place, it is not anymore that was my last stay ever.

The staff is very friendly - met with the manager a few times and the front desk is super accommodating. NO BED BUGS! We really enjoyed or stay there x3 times! The breakfast is nothing really to shake a stick at. I feel it could be much better.

I liked the bed and sofa in the room. I didn’t like on booking.com it showed me the total with taxes at $98 but ended up having to pay extra on arrival. The room WiFi didn’t work with my console apps which was weird because it has never happened at others. Breakfast only had waffles. No eggs or muffins, sausage. Just slices of bread. Also the room was clean but the bathroom tub was pretty nasty. Other than that it was a good stay.

The owner or manger was a very rude person. Staff was great otherwise but I won’t be return there again

Once we moved rooms a/c worked but there was an odor in the room especially in the restroom. It was manageable however the disappointment was that the breakfast was limited.

And to make our experience worse at 5:00 am the fire alarm got activated without any explanation. After more than 5 times someone from maintenance arrived and just disconnected it when I complained to the front desk they only told me that the alarm had no battery and that's why it had been activated. Very bad service. The breakfast buffet consisted of unflavored waffles and cold coffee... I don't recommend that place.

We came attending an engagement party for our niece. Overall it was a great hotel. The beds were clean, room smelled good, there was plenty of space for my family of 5 too stay.

When we arrived there was a couple fighting in the second floor. Police were called. Wife wanted to leave but we had already paid for the room, also we had a concert to attend and were short on time.

The rooms are why we won't be back to this location, the smell was not great, there was trash in the pull-out couch, mirrors were not clean and looked dusty, toilet paper was not stocked or new, and there was a wet hand towel on top of the shower. Each morning there was a horrific smell that came from the toilet, like a sewer issue.

breakfast hours are very limited i suggest to extend it to 10 or 11 am and i stayed 6 days and they only did housekeeping the first day but the rest was very okay!!

Felt very safe-the main door is the only door you can use without a key card. The hotel smelled clean and fresh-not like strong chemicals covering up odors. Decor was not too gaudy and made it feel elegant and home like. Would definitely recommend staying here!

The property is literally one block from Interstate 37 and approximately a mile from Loop 410. I didn't like housekeeping knocking on doors in the morning; but this happens at every hotel/motel I've stayed at. This is not Embassy Suites or the Marriott, but you get a lotta bang for your buck!

I had never stayed at this hotel i too was kind of skeptical and read the reveiws before booking and i was surprised with the service and cleanliness of the suites and their breakfast was good alot of variety very well maintained thanks to Joey made our stay comfortable for me and my family... will book here thru expedia if needed again ....

The room was in good conditions but the bathtub was in horrible it was clogged up whit hair and when we were taking a shower the water wouldn’t go down due to being clogged. When being done taking a shower the water will take at an hour to go down the drain, overall the hotel was nice.

San Antonio can be a tricky area, I guess most place can be in this day and age. I travel for work and always feel safe in this hotel. Easy interstate access. The staff is great.

I was very disappointed with the stay. My bed sheets were dirty. The toilet and shower head look like they hadn't been cleaned. The amount of money that was charged for the night stay for the quality is deceiving.

I was very disappointed with the stay. My bed sheets were dirty. The toilet and shower head look like they hadn't been cleaned. The amount of money that was charged for the night stay for the quality is deceiving.

Bed was very vomfortable. Unfortunate breakfast was less than desirable. The biscuits were hard as a rock and the eggs were very dry. No effort was made to make breakfast appealing but I could get over the fact about the biscuits. No body cared.

Friendly staff

It was a reasonable price to pay for the room, but the parking lot leaves much to be desired and makes it seem less hospitable.

Saved us over 100$ staying somewhere else. I was rushing finding somewhere to stay that was large enough for our family. Last minute trip we made. I was so scared to book because we have had bad experiences from the past. But I was so glad this was not the case. Everything was great for our one night stay and the women in the front was pleasant and the breakfast time ending at 10 made it great for us. Would def recommend to anyone.

I made a reservation for a property which showed indoor pool. It was very important for my grandson and when we checked in the manager said they don’t have an indoor pool. The reservation was not cancelable so we had to stay. Very disappointing

People are friendly there! Very helpful, but it did smell kinda weird.

Even though the website claims "Pet friendly" there is a sign that says NO PETS at the entrance. They let our ESA stay anyway, but had me come in the next day to fill out the Service Animal paperwork the check in person forgot to have me fill out. There was an additional $90 charge for a "pet deposit" which I should get back after they inspected the room to make sure our dog did not pee on the carpets.... Also the room inspector agreed that the room smelled musty and agreed that there was mold in the bathroom We were not offered any type of discount, but we are supposed to get the $90 back in "5-7 days, depending on your bank"

This location is about 8 minutes from downtown. There are a lot of stores and restaurants nearby . At night you can hear a lot of racing and people talking outside. The bathroom had a urine smell even though it looked clean. Other than that it's not very bad for the price compared to other nearby hotels/motels.

Enjoyed my stay. Very nice room and close to everything.

The location is good. Close enough to downtown area. Quiet area and a CVS right beside. I did not like the breakfast service, too small, cold eggs, not enough space nor food. Pool area with cigarette butts on the floor, doves poop all around. Stained tub. Elevator out of service. Not a single covered parking spot, bird's poop all over. Glad it was one night only.
