The best Motel 6 in San Antonio hands down

I love this place!! Very convenient to everything i need! Friendly staff...only thing is the long term stay people are messy and creepy in the parking lot at night

Room was clean but hotel and some part in the room need updating for sure (mainly carpets in hallways. Staff were very helpful, friendly and accommodating. Solo traveled with pups and felt safe the whole time.

Our room was clean, staff were really professional and polite. Parking spots were clean. Air conditioners and everything else was good.

Location. Dirty. Run down. Tv service. Outdated. Stained linen. Wife got bed bug bites.

Cost, location and staff. Small frig, and micro Pretty run down, outside hall carpet, filthy and smelly. My toilet moved a lot, bed sheets and pillows stained & old. Towels as well old and ruff.

Family friendly

The only thing I liked about this location is that my 2 small dogs stayed for free. The cleanliness job of the room was so depressing. I initially walked the room before agreeing to pay and that was to check for live pest activity. I will say that I didn't see any live activity but there were roach droppings on the floor, and I even found 2 dead roaches in one corner of the room. The hvac system was too loud, and the bathroom door was really warped. On my last day when I was supposed to check out, I was awakened by the intense weed smell (mind you I got a non-smoking room) that it caused my allergies to flare up even more.

Was efficient and clean stay Our room was not as cold as I would’ve like it to be , the AC kept saying it was 60 degrees or so but most certainly did NOT feel like it and I have 3 kids in our room

The room was very clean and updated. The staff was always hopeful when it came to getting new towels or getting a new key card. We had a very nice stay for our Fourth of July weekend. Definitely will come again

I enjoy staying there when in town.

It’s a good hotel for the price, I needed to stay one night on NW S.A. The pool was nice and clean which was a plus for my daughter, she enjoyed the water for the hour she was in and I enjoyed the sun beating down on me😁(one word, “UMBRELLA”)

The location Dirty, staff made me feel uncomfortable.

Room was disgusting. Dirty towels and room and bathroom were not cleaned properly.

It’s a good place.

Screaming and yelling and someone banging doors and fighting at 3am. very scary and uncomfortable .

Clean room and close to eateries.

I was placed in a room surrounded by families with children running up and down the halls and knocking on doors pretty much all night. The clerk said there wasnt anything that could be done about the noise. The toilet backed up and I called the front desk for a plunger to be sent to the room as I just got out of the shower and was told I had to come down to get it it. The next night was worse than the first. The clerk lied to me and told me the hotel was full and I couldn't be moved, then I was given a room on the third floor where she told me there was only 3 rooms filled. Then in the middle of the night several people stood outside my door talking very loudly and had a crying baby. Lastly, someone rang my room at 11pm and then someone opened my door at 0500L.
