I enjoy staying there when in town.

The price and was clean The elevator makes to much noise and bounces

It’s a good hotel for the price, I needed to stay one night on NW S.A. The pool was nice and clean which was a plus for my daughter, she enjoyed the water for the hour she was in and I enjoyed the sun beating down on me😁(one word, “UMBRELLA”)

I was placed in a room surrounded by families with children running up and down the halls and knocking on doors pretty much all night. The clerk said there wasnt anything that could be done about the noise. The toilet backed up and I called the front desk for a plunger to be sent to the room as I just got out of the shower and was told I had to come down to get it it. The next night was worse than the first. The clerk lied to me and told me the hotel was full and I couldn't be moved, then I was given a room on the third floor where she told me there was only 3 rooms filled. Then in the middle of the night several people stood outside my door talking very loudly and had a crying baby. Lastly, someone rang my room at 11pm and then someone opened my door at 0500L.

Location was convenient and secure. Parking plentiful and convenient. Room was quiet and slept well with a comfortable mattress. Met my most basic needs and amenities which was reflected in the price. No great expectations initially, again reflected in the price but a couple of pesos could be paid and spent to cover the negatives.

The smell of the chemicals was really bad and had a super hard time opening our room door.

The hotel was clean and generally well-kept, which I appreciated. However, there were a few disappointing aspects during my stay. The shower water never got warm and remained cold, the towels were very thin, and there were no complimentary toiletries like shampoo. Breakfast wasn’t offered either—just free coffee. Overall, while the cleanliness was a plus, I feel the hotel could improve the basic amenities to provide a more comfortable experience.

The general manager and staff in general were extremely polite, courteous and helpful. The G.M. corrected a mistake made by Booking.com that could of cost me an extra night's expense. Also, I was given a room away from the main street traffic noise just as I had requested when booking the room on Booking.com. Yes, availability did help, motel wasn't busy at the time. I did have to contact the motel to have the room away from traffic. Booking.com did not relay that info well to the motel staff. Several weeks before arrival, on Boooking.com, I moved my arrival date at the motel by one week later. Booking.com sent an email confirming the new arrival date, a slight nightly rate increase, and that there were no penalties for the change. After that, Booking.com failed to, or very poorly communicated with the motel that my arrival date had changed. I was charged extra, one night's stay for the original arrival date that I had changed to a week later. The motel G.M. altered my stay to reflect one night less stay to offset the extra charge. Thanks a lot Booking.com This will be remembered if I ever am forced to use Bookin.com again to save needed money. I will have to initiate twice as much email confirmation from Booking.com to provide a much more specific guarantee there will be no penalties or surprise charges from the place I stay at due to Booking.com errors.

First floor has a real bad odor of cigarettes with yellow walls. Second floor needs new carpet due to it having stains & they need more lighting in the hallway. It feels like a scary movie. Rooms are decent but need more lighting in there to. They need a lot more cameras outside due to my truck getting broken into. SMH

No coffee maker, but there was a fridge & microwave. Lady at desk very rude when we arrived back at 11:30pm, wouldn’t let us in the front door and made us walk around to the side door (which didn’t work) so had to walk to the rear of the property. Not a big deal, but it was just myself and teenage daughter and seemed unnecessary.

Its a good hotel for the price you pay. We stayed 4 nights & it worked for our needs. The smell of cigarette smoke & weed was not a great accommodation though. Im talking about the whole hallway reeked of it.

I tried to leave my things at the room before I went to work but the room key would not work. As a result i had to put my things back in my trunk and go on to work. After work it still wouldn't work. I had to go back to the front desk and the clerk reprogrammed it but again it wouldn't work.

booked a 2 night stay for a job I had right down the road, 1st night I checked in and the room smelt strong of cigarette smoke, it was already pretty late at night to tell the young front desk girl when she probably couldn’t do anything until morning anyway. I went to HEB to buy air fresheners and fabric freshener to hold off the smell till morning (it didn’t) the next morning before my ER shift I went down to ask for a new room where the housekeeper responded to be with “I cleaned that one yesterday and it didn’t smell like smoke” with a little more convincing I was able to get moved to a new room. The man was nice about it and apologized I was able to get moved into a not smoke smelling room. The motel looked nice on the outside but the inside is definitely dated. I won’t be staying here again but for the price you get what you pay for.

Air conditioner was super loud, I needed earplugs to get any sleep. Vending machines are cash only. Pool is across the parking lot with no shade available. Room was clean enough, but I would only stay there again if I absolutely HAD to.

Took the wife and or two dogs Harley and Vegeta for a litte 3 day stay cation. The service was great the young lady at the front desk was very helpful and kind. Made sure we had a clean room, fresh towels, the shower was amazing, great pressure, nice and quiet, restaurants, stores, shopping and grocery close by pet friendly at no charge. The beds are so comfortable.They even have room service. I am definitely going back. Loved the experience, great staff nice people, good location.

The hotel was terrible. Leak in bathroom, refusal to fix. Plus lots of noise and fighting outside room. Manager was not willing to fix or refund when trip was cut short due to all the issues.

After asking for extra pillows or blankets, both him and his assistant told me that they don’t have NONE! I find it absolutely impossible for them not to have blankets or sheets. How are you even running a hotel without blankets or sheets.

And with pretty much black-out curtains, outside lights weren't a bother. Didn’t swim, but pool looked very clean. They could have swept better, but not that big of a deal. Its an older motel, kept clean, but no real restoration necessarily. Mini fridge and microwave and clean sheets and wifi. Did laundry, worked, $2 per machine. Wouldn't mind coffee being available 24/7 though. Why not?

I reserved for 5 nights and was assured when I did and when I checked in that I could cancel any nights with notice. When I tried to cancel 2 nights they changed their story and said I had to do it through Expedia. Expedia said I had to do it through the motel. It took me a lot of time and frustration to get the 2 night cancellation to occur.

Jessie that check is in was amazing. Very friendly. Walls were extremely thin and u could hear tv’s from rooms several from us. Cleanliness was ok. Could have been better. The tub had no stopper so u can only take a bath. Other than that I have no complaints. Anytime I had questions or just to say hi everyone was super friendly. I’d stay again but I’ll come better prepared with things I’d need.

Not only was the staff rude, but they were caught by myself and my children walking around listening into each room through the door. House keeping only came by 1 time during my 3 day stay. I was charged a deposit that was never mentioned and only charged because I used a card. I was told it would be refunded 24 hours after checkout and that didn’t happen. I do not recommend this place to anyone unless you enjoy staying somewhere that feels like you are being spied on.

Bathtub floor was patched and felt like it was going to cave in. No hairdryer, coffee in room or shampoo. Filthy! Sink and tub have not been cleaned at all! wall hanging that towels are stored in was very dusty including the bathroom vent. Curtain on windows was not hanging on the rod properly. Window sill had lots of nasty mold as well as behind the toilet. Shower head was extremely rusted. Not a good Motel 6 experience at all. Wish I could share my photos!

Housekeeping staff were the noisiest I've ever heard. We were trying to sleep in and they were slamming doors and yelling in the hallways all morning.

This hotel was unsanitary and I got a bite by something I still don’t know what it was. The room smelled like cigarette smoke and I had request a non smoking room. I let the front desk know and they said it was a non smoking room. The restroom was dirty and overall was uncomfortable place and I felt unsafe. People constantly walking in and out at hours of the day.

Everyone there was really nice. We got checked in fast. The room was quiet. The pool was nice and refreshing. My only issue was the room condition. The floor was collapsing. The room was not as clean as I would expect. My air conditioner wasn't adjustable. Even though I had it set at 77, it would sit at 61 which is a little too cold. Overall, our stay went well. I would just want it to be a little cleaner.

Initial the property was not bad. When we took our luggage to the room I noticed items like Elevator could’ve been cleaner carpet in the hallways have a few stained spots. We stayed on the third floor you can see that vending machines have been removed painter did not originally paint around Vending machines so that looks poor. The room itself appeared to be clean I like the flat there is no carpet in the room the flooring was nice. However the door to the bathroom did not close properly because of the flooring. The grout around the sinks table in the bathroom Look to be dirty. The beds were comfortable but the type of chemical they are using or style of sheets they are using feel rough or stiff. We spent the day at Seaworld He were exhausted by the time we got in. When going to our room the first floor smelled like cigarette smoke really bad. We don’t smoke so this is disgusting. The third floor did not smell like smoke but across the hall from was family that was very loud and the doors do not sell out noise very well they had a child that screamed most of the night. The business next-door to the hotel has a large parking lot and I believe it’s a bar did not park my car on that side For fear that my car would get broken into. You could hear people outside yelling and talking Like thugs. The mini refrigerator in our room clicked every 2 seconds very loud Which kept me awake along with all the other noise for most of the night. By 5 AM I cannot take anymore We checked out

I like this place because is nice, clean and the front desk people is really nice, the only thing i didn't like this time was that someone was arguing near by and it was midnight, they woke me up and then i couldn't fall back at sleep. But the place is good,safe and family friendly.

The front desk person was very friendly and helpful when checking in. Helpful while checking outs. Thank God for elevators because of leg problems. Room was roomy with 2 large comfy Q- beds. Would definitely stay here again.

No coffee maker. No Kleenex in room. Average cleanliness.
