Only downside was we could not check in early in the day just to be checked in. Had to wait till we got back, which was late, and then check in. Other than that we had no issues.

You need more parking.

Upon leaving the room on Dunday we advised the maid service the room was ready to be cleaned. The maid stated she would let get cleared worker know as she was not assigned our room. We trusted it would be communicated upon our return in the evening the room had not been touched. This is the 2nd time this has occurred during our stays.

If the description still says they have a hot tub, they do, but it doesn’t work. I was told it hadn’t worked for a long time by the front desk. Actually called it a “kiddie pool”.

The location was perfect; it was less than 7 minutes from the venue! Breakfast was delicious; the best I’ve had in a while at a hotel that offers breakfast. The constant slamming of doors and the noise above us continued late into the night and into the early morning hours, from around 11 p.m. until 5 a.m.

Place was terrible, pretty sure they had bed bugs. Our sheets were dirty and room smelled like sewage. We immediately left as fast as we could.

It was a very clean and spacious room, with the light under the bed, it gives the room a very unique touch, for those who need a night light, which I don’t lol but very nice. The sofa was rock hard but I was not there to lounge and watch tv. The shower curtain needs to be about 3 inches longer and if you do not pay attention to it, you will have water on the floor. Overall I would definitely stay here again.

Free parking The sheets were gross and dirty. I found pubic hair on the sheets when I pulled the bed spread back. Ruined the whole hotel experience. The hotel was wild and loud and all night people stomping and slamming doors.

There was a roach in my first room. The sound insulation was poor - there were kids from a school trip running up and down the hallways and being loud in general; you could hear cars from the highway speeding by.

Breakfast was nice, check-in guy with the portable oxygen was very rude. I can’t believe he would even be hired to work there. Not welcoming at all and had a very bad attitude. The rest of the staff was kind except for him. We requested towels and never got them. Our room had mold in the shower, found bottles of alcohol unopened in towels in the bathroom.. very odd…

Breakfast was good, there was only one elevator that took awhile and was small. The whole time we were there, there were kids running and jumping on the 4th floor that was so loud. We couldn’t sleep all night because they were just stomping. The room was cold and clean though.

Very nice place and very convenient on the west side of San Antonio. Breakfast was a little limited but ok. Room was nice and excellent room keeping.

I walked into the room and the room reeked of Clorox. I laid down for a quick break after a four hour drive from Fort Stockton, Texas and my brand new shirt (which I’d just removed the tags from that morning) was discolored from the Clorox. Made me think the bed was just spot treated with Clorox to avoid cleaning.

Everything was great. Very clean. Very organized. Wonderful breakfast options. The only thing I did not like was how the maps had us exit the ramp to get over 3 lanes in time to make the turn into the parking lot.

The breakfast was the same every day...we would have liked some food variety. There were big dogs in hallways, doorways and elevator that were agressive, barked loudly and not under the owners' control. It made me uncomfortable in the common areas.

The breakfast was excellent and had Texas shaped waffle makers! Huge plus! Our room was immaculate. The beds were comfortable and the temperature was just right. The rooms are spacious and have plenty of storage for your personal items. We will surely stay here again in the future.

Expedia has that the room i selected has soaking tubs inside room and also has a pic to show but the hotel has 1 room like that and hotel would not accommodate since i got room through expedia. I picked that hotel specifically for the soaking tub and i got no soaking tub. Paid extra for the room when there was 3-4 rooms under mine i could have gotten. And i got this room way out of my way for the soaking tub. Ruined my whole trip and want a refund! Wont be using expedia ever again unless u make this right.

Quick check in. We stayed here back in 2023. The property has been thoroughly updated—new paint, floors, furniture, etc… very nice layout in the suite. Everything smelled good and bed was very plushy. Will be back again soon!

The rooms were nasty smelling. I don’t know what words that would describe it. The trick you because the lobby smells really good. But once we walked into the room, it stuck on you like glue. My clothes smelled. Rooms were not even clean and the sheets smelled bad too

We arrived for our 3 pm check in, we had plans for for an early dinner and a concert. We needed to get into our room but their servers were down. I realize things happen but there was no urgency on the staff to get us in a room. We were told we had to wait with no definitive ETA to when we could get our room. We quickly booked another hotel down the road and left.

To begin the hotel has limited parking for the number of people at the hotel. The night shift hotel staff was rude and not welcoming. An advice, DO NOT wait to check-in until the end of the night when you’re done with your trip cuz you will end up in the first floor right next to the lobby where you can hear all the noise from people walking in and out of the hotel. Plus the early morning noise gets even worse with people trying to go for early breakfast. By the way, breakfast area is really nice. Hotel staff mentioned that rooms are assigned on a first come first serve basis. It’s not like other hotels where your room is reserved at the time of booking. The hotel itself was really nice, the rooms have comfortable beds but the restrooms needed more detailed cleaning. We got a room where the AC was not properly working but had to stay there since there was no room availability. Good thing we had a fan handy. On the second night, I had an emergency situation and couldn’t get reimbursed since I had booked through a third party which was hotels.com, so be careful as this hotel doesn’t honor emergency situations nor any excuse it what they told me. They don’t even give credit which is something I asked for. The hotel pool is really nice and kid friendly. Lastly, the hotel is in an isolated area in which you need to take back streets to go back to restaurants and shopping areas or go around the expressway which is like a 5mile turnaround.

Honestly this hotel is not a bad option. We chose a pet friendly hotel and they accommodated us with our fur babies very well. Place was clean. Food wasn’t too bad but can’t complain based off the price we paid. Overall great hotel to stay at. Neighborhood was safe. Will definitely stay here again.

Bed sheets on one of the beds had holes in them. Many of the bath towels had holes In them. The cologne smell walking into the lobby was terrible! We heard many people eating breakfast comment about it. The coffee was like mud on Tuesday and better Wednesday through Friday. Overall the breakfast was good. Housekeeping needs to sweep/vacuum under the movable dresser and chair. Very dirty underneath. We asked to never have room service so every time I asked to exchange out towels for new ones, the young front desk folks seemed frustrated…probably because they had to stop the video playing on their phones…

I was greeted right when I walked in and checked in quickly by a friendly young man. My room exceeded my expectations and the bed was so comfortable!

The hotel is great, very clean, very friendly staff, safe parking lot, no strange people roaming the outside of the hotel, great swimming pool, great gym, great dining area and great breakfast. The rooms are new, great beds, great shower,tv, wifi, this is a great hotel for just 130 dlls a night is not bad, its a great deal. Plus the location is perfect, there are so many restaurants and shopping centers nearby. Will definitely stay here again! 5-stars all the way!

Not as clean as last time. Comfortable and quiet again. AC was on the noisy side. Room floor seemed to need mopping. It didn’t seem clean this time and you could see small shiny spots on the floor in the bathroom and around the bed where something had dripped and dried. The first floor south entrance had a spill on the floor that was sticky. There was a wet floor sign by it so they were aware of the problem.

Ok check in. Changed room from accessible to normal at our request. Friendly help when I left the key in our room. Lobby, halls and our room had a strong smell of scented cleaning chemicals. At least things appeared clean with no cigarette smoke smell. Bathroom layout could have been better. Toilet paper hard to reach and no good place for towels that could be reached from the shower.

Our stay was overall wonderful! The room was cleaned daily, which was such a nice touch—especially after long, tiring days out on vacation. However, the food could use some improvement. The eggs weren’t great, and the overall selection lacked variety. One downside was that the hotel only had a single elevator, which often got crowded. I had to wait around 15 minutes with all my luggage because it was constantly full. Despite these minor inconveniences, we still had a great experience.

My family and I cam June 11th and 12th for our Airman's graduation from basic training. Our room flooded during the storm and we were on the third floor.

Had blood stain on my sheets, all they did was send me a sheet to change out myself

2nd stay at this property & no complaints.

A nice place in a good location.

The bathroom has no towel racks, no hook on the back of the door. Stayed on the 3rd floor, heard everything the guests did above me. If a door opened down the hall at 3am.

We have stayed her several times and the cleanliness has always been top notch and that’s the main reason we continue to stay here

Really clean hotel l, smelled nice, comfortable room and comfortable bed. Very hot shower. Cute little Dove shampoo, conditioner, and soaps. Nice pool. Breakfast had everything from biscuits and gravy to eggs. Texas shaped waffle maker

My stay was wonderful. Check in was easy and the staff was friendly. The room was spacious and clean. I would definitely stay there again.

Place is clean and has good security. Rooms are spacious and comfortable.

It was a good location for the event we were there for. The breakfast was better than I expected. I love a Texas-shaped waffle! The remote control to the tv didn't work. I was handed batteries to put into the remote that had screws holding the back on. The screws weren't the problem with a nail file, but the wrong size batteries were. Back to the clerk, no other option. The housekeeper did nothing with the remote the next day. The next evening my travel companion then went to the front desk, same clerk, and wasn't leaving until he had a functional remote. She found a different remote, and all was good. A first world problem, but that should have been an easy fix the first two times at the desk, or the housekeeper. Overall, I'd stay there again.

The room was great but I didn't like the mattress. I could feel the solid board underneath.

The hotel smelled clean. The rooms were clean and very spacious. There was no “hotel”smell anywhere in the establishment.

Ok property, pool wasn’t especially clean, neighborhood around was ok. Definitely kept doors locked and valuables out of site. Breakfast was ok, same menu all five days we were there. Egg patties, cut up sausage links, potato’s with onions and peppers and biscuits with very bland gravy, and of course waffles.

It was nice just to far from downtown SA, but that was my fault, I don't really know around SA.

Everything was great with the exception of the noise from our upstairs neighbors.

The desk chair could use a cushion and the couch a foot rest. A bit picky but that would be an improvement.
