Friendly manager I did not like being threatened by intruders in vehicle outside my room. Booking.com said I would get a full refund but property has not refunded me. Now booking.com said there is not anything they can do! Many homeless people sleeping between motel and McDonalds. Property did not charge pet fee, but my pets did not have one inch of green space to go do their business. Overall poor place to stay. Not to mention how unsafe I felt. I will be doing a google review soon. I expect a full refund.

Very unprofessional and inconsiderate I made a reservation online and upon arrival the manager at the window told me that the reservation wasn’t there and that it was 3rd party services that he could not pull it up and that I would need to pay the full amount again, I told him I would not pay twice if another room that I’m comfortable paying the 50 deposit he then scratched off where it said 50$ deposit on the welcome sign and wrote 100$ over that! Upon asking for my refund they denied it telling me it was non refundable while talking to hotels.com help center they tried contacting the hotel I literally watched the manager walk away from the phone and the next guy told them the manager was unavailable the only way to get a refund is if the hotel releases the hold and they refused to do so I payed for a room I did not sleep in and they wouldn’t accommodate me definitely will not come here again or recommend anyone else to do so

The bed was old and I felt every spring, cigerette holes in the comforter, two different staff members told me I would have a mini fridge yet I had none, there were a lot of drugs being used and I even found little daughter baggies on the Ground outside, it is not pet friendly with no grass for my pet, live wire hanging out of the cieling from my room(150).

I liked that it was close to my sister who I was in town visiting. So I book a room for 1 night Feb 21 and 22 and I didn’t know abt the check in time I thought I can still check in on Feb 22 but when I arrived the front desk said “you have to check in AT 3pm” and now my family have to sleep on the car because we only need to sleep until 9am but they said they gonna charge me $70 for the room, $30 for I don’t know and $50 the deposit, so $150 in total just for 3 hours. I thought if I book for Feb 21 and Feb 22 and I can still check in on Feb 22. And also they didn’t show the check in time until I pay… I definitely want my money back.

Absolutely nothing The heater in the first unit was not working properly. We had to turn it to 85° and it was still cold in the room. There were roaches under the covers in the bed that my daughter slept in.

First of all had issues with our air-conditioning. The guy got mad because we had gotten into the room and use the restroom and therefore the room was un soluble to be renewed. I’m like with the palm is the air conditioner. Get some in there to fix it. And it was loud put it in another room oh my God it’s horrible. Had blood stains on towels holes cigarette burns in the blankets and the air vents were out and lastly, in most importantly, they had removed the fire alarm so if there was a fire, you would’ve been screwed. Also the neighborhood while plenty of restaurants have a lot of homeless people would not recommend.

Receptionist, stated I did not have a room booked. Had to call Expedia customer service. After speaking to the rep. It seemed as though he had lied about my booking. He said it was under the wrong name. After speaking to customer service this seemed unlikely.

It was horrible had DIRTY SHEETS. Dead roaches in bed.. bed was dirty. The restroom door looked like someone pooped in it tv did not work at all. Front desk had us do our own beds instead of moving us. Sheets were burned and the bed omg it’s like they were not changed and pillows dirty u could see it

It looked like ex-prisoner types were staying there, very low class noisy customers in and out after midnight, a fight between a couple broke out and I thought somebody was going to get shot — the mgr did tell them to leave thankfully- non-stop traffic noise on I10. People at desk were decent and hot water was great.

Price was nice, being surrounded by stores and eateries was nice. The size of room was great Room was non smoking but still smelt like smoke and couldnt change the room because it they had charged me days before. But still had to pay a deposit for it on top of what I paid. Towels were half the size of any shower towels. The ac in the room had exposed wires very unsafe. The laminated floors were sticky for some reason thus having to walk around in house shoes.

I liked how the front desk worked with me when I arrived. My first room had roaches falling out of the bed spread so they moved me to another instantly. I did not like that my room was not equipped with a refrigerator nor microwave. The doors to the bathroom were split in half, so privacy going to the bathroom was a pain.

The hotel looks nothing like the pictures. Its very old and dirty. Has a bad smell. This hotel is not the new room's. The inside pictures r not from this hotel. I checked out and went to a different Hotel.

Customer service is terrible! The frontdesk person did not accept my wife's credit card (my wife was with me waiting in the car). He said it's for security. I told him I have always used my wife's credit card and had never been questioned about it. Also, I asked to check in early but he was charging me an extra $20. This is also after he said he has a few rooms that are ready and available. Also, I have a feeling they don't wash their sheets often bec I saw someone's hair on the sheets. The pillows are hard, thin and worn. And the cold l/lukewarm water has very weak pressure.

They kept our deposit for absolutely no reason and our room keys didnt work in the morning when we woke up. We had to go up to the front and have them turned on. The receptionist seemed shocked we still needed them even though it was still a few hours from checkout time.

This was a terrible motel. Our bathroom had dried pee on the ceiling and the cigarette burns all over the blankets, and no duvets in sight. The sheets were rough looking and had permanent stains on them and there was no in room amenities. The staff was rude and nosey. I will never bring my family back to this location.

Be sure to pay attention to which you are booking. The hotel pool is small but clean. The ice machine was broken which was quite disappointing. The snack & drink machines were also out of service but they were last year, too, so I don't expect them to be fixed. Fortunately, there is a service station/convenience store next door and a nice H-E-B an easy walk away. Even closer is a McDonald's & Wendy's. It's a few minute drive from the hotel to the Medical Center area. There is a bus stop across the street from the hotel which can be helpful. We didn't have any noise issues while we were there. A very nice family works there and does the cleaning & other work around the hotel. There is a laundry room with two washers and two dryers that were clean and it good condition. The machines don't take cash, only payment by credit card or app but that was easier than trying to round up change. No vending of detergent so bring your own. This Hotel is a great place to stay. Really great bang for your buck here, but I only have one complaint and that is parking. I am a musician and I come in late, meaning early in morning after gig, and finding a spot to park in is tough. Other than that, it's a great place. I will stay here again for sure!

Arrived late 11 pm because of work. Tv nonfunctional called front desk she said ‘ remote not working’ . I offered to go get one : she said “don’t have any”. Also one small towel for 2 people . I have stayed here before for $60/ night. Now price $137/ night . Not worth that amount.

Many of the towels had stains on them. I stayed 4 days (pre-paid) for a trip to visit a sick family member in the hospital. I had to wear sandals when I walked on the wood floors or it would get my feet dirty. I asked for a couple extra towels & I was told, "sorry it's 1 for 1, you give me dirty ones and I give you clean." There was a fridge/freezer, and a decent TV. The price is good, but if you're looking for an average but kinda nice room, this isn't it. If you're looking for a place to crash and leave, it's workable.

Decent hotel for one night, no complaints, staff very helpful, great location for food options, best part is, $50 cash deposit at check-in and returned after quick inspection of your room at check-out! At other hotels you have to use same card you purchased room with for the deposit and then wait a month to receive the $150 deposit they charged you!

The room smelled like stale cigarettes back to 1980 and I was told it was smoke free. I also killed a roach in the bathroom. The pillows only had one thin cover and the actual pillow was dirty and exposed at the ends.

Staff should make their family guests aware that they have rooms with a refrigerator and a microwave. Also the linens and towels need to be replaced or washed more thoroughly seeing stains and hair in towels is grotesque.

Room floors were stained with black ink, bed sheets were stained, pillows were stained, towels were all stained, and the room smelled like cigarettes. Don’t recommend staying at this place unless you really need a room. The service attendant was nice and welcoming though.

Our room was broken into within less than a day of our stay. Strangers going through our belongings while we were away from the motel we caught them running away when we get back to our room. When we reported it to the receptionist upon our return, they said they would check the security cameras, but it turns out the cameras only provide live video with no recording. Thirty minutes after, we witnessed two individuals attempting to enter multiple rooms on the property. Despite our requests, the front desk claimed they couldn't take action and refused to refund us for the night we didn't stay. They kept giving us the runaround, insisting they needed to speak to the manager who was unreachable for two days. We haven't received any updates and feel they're not making any effort to assist us.

Our room was broken into within less than a day of our stay. Strangers going through our belongings while we were away from the motel we caught them running away when we get back to our room. When we reported it to the receptionist upon our return, they said they would check the security cameras, but it turns out the cameras only provide live video with no recording. Thirty minutes after, we witnessed two individuals attempting to enter multiple rooms on the property. i have stayed at many Motel 6 before, have stayed at this location many times before. but this time when we entered the room i notice that one of the beds had crumbs on the comforter, as if the previous guest only used one of the beds to sleep and the other to munch on cereal or granola or God knows what, and housekeeping only bothered to take care of the undone bed and left the other as it was. it was disgusting having to know i had to sleep on a dirty bed. restroom as clean and well stocked with the essentials, premises were clean, and location is very convenient right off I-10.

Front desk agent was great, warm and welcoming. The hotel itself is so dirty. Found many spiders and just felt so itchy sleeping there. Definitely needs work. Too expensive for the hotel.

Trash. Room smelled like weed. Stains on sheets. Multiple people smoking weed openly throughout the property. Refused to stay there with kids. Front desk lady was apologetic but management refused to give refund.

Perfect location as we were headed for the Eclipse further west the next day!! Very clean, convenient, and safe!!

Had a reservation for a room with a microwave and refrigerator. They didn't have any left when I checked in. So what is the point of a reservation? Bedsheets and towels had stains. One guest left right after checking in because there were bugs all over the beds. The smell of weed each time you walked outside. Large groups of people hanging out in the parking lot drinking and smoking during the evening into after midnight making noise. No cleaning or maid services. Had to go to HEB to get toilet paper and trash bags.

There was hair on one towel. The bathroom faucet was not working well. Water splattered out and faucet handle could not be controlled. The floor was creaking.

Bed sheets had stains on them. Towels had stains on them. The bed had hairs like if someone had slept on it and they just made the bed and re rented the room. I had rented the room for two nights and i only stayed one, i prefered to lose my money rather than staying another night.

Worst experience EVER!!!!!!! My room had a smart tv which requires internet obviously, the internet was SUPER SUPER SUPER Slow was not able to watch live tv or stream anything!!! The first room I was assigned had HORRIBLE Visible brown stains on the white sheets it was disgusting, the ac unit was missing the cover panel, the restroom door was cracked in multiple places…I’ve stayed here before with no problems but today was just HORRIBLE!!!

Had to be moved to another room limited WiFi spotty AC in the first room. Second room was not that much better other than the Wi-Fi connection, little to no AC throughout the night, TV was spotty. This is the first bad experience I've had at this location

Terrible place. Beds are hard and uncomfortable. AC was not working properly. Restroom door was all chewed up, probably by a dog. Other guests had dogs which were making a lot of noise. Couldn't find ice machine.

Freshly painted rooms, comfortable beds and pillows, frdge gets nice and cold, microwave worked good. 7 min drive to hospital, many restaurants to choose from close by. Only thing i would add is maybe a coffee maker in the room!

The bed had dirty sheets and there was a cockroach in the bathroom also the towels were dirty. Was literally there maybe 30 to 40 minutes tops debating on whether to go sleep in my vehicle cuz it was 4:00 in the morning. Not once laid in that bed due to the dirty sheets

Richie here. I started out with the intentions of staying just one night. Because of the front desk Ruby and the cute white guy that works evening to graveyard shift, I stayed an extra two day. Thank you two for actually honoring The Hospitality part of your business !! They are the perfect Face and helpfulness to and for your brand.

When I get to the room assigned to me the sheets and pillowcases on both beds we’re visibly stained GROSS, the beds were neatly made with very stained sheets & very visible cigarette burn holes…..the tv was not working at all, after a couple of hours of waiting the property manager came and I was moved to another room where my stay was finally pleasant. The property manager was Great!!! I have pictures of the sheets if need!!

The stay was terrible. All nite I could feel springs from mattress. Sheets look like they were not changed. Upon walking in the floors were gross hadn’t been cleaned at all. We changed rooms due to first room not having refrigerator and floors filthy, the second room was even worse. Extremely loud music in parking lot half the nite from a lot of men partying.

No iron I went to office to get another room and the guy very un respectful Never again

Sheets on bed had burnt cigarette holes all over furniture had alot of dust seemed it wasn't cleaned for days no microwave thru out hotel parking lot jot clean at all alot of people roaming around smoking all night cars would come and go drop people off nd pick people off girls in lingerie walking around halls going into different rooms bad experience and bad service overall nothing was decent but like they say you get what you pay for

There was no doorknob on my bathroom door. The towels that were in my room were stained with brown and red spots on white towels, I would not have put stained towels out for guests. Woken up by other guests and guests pets barking between 6:30am-7:30am during my entire stay. Will not be staying at this property in the future.

Everybody at the hotel was great but yous got to keep in mind housekeeping they will knock on your door at 9:30 if you don't respond and come open the door they will walk in
