Room was clean but when it came to using the pull out bed... wow... my kid complained about his back hurting the whole next day... please do better.

Nice,clean property so close to medical locations. The street noise on the highway side of the street is audible, but not loud. No microwave, but they are happy to microwave something for you downstairs. Great place with friendly and helpful staff. Most defitely staying there again.

Easy to find. Nice bar in lobby area. The only downside was that when I requested to leave a day early, they could not return the charge to my card. They said I had to notify Booking.com myself. As of 4 days later, I have still not received a refund. I think the blame for the difficulties lie on both Hilton and Booking.com. They should have the latitude to make refunds without putting the onus on the customer.

This was a great hotel with a very large room. Breakfast was great both days. Property was very nice and safe. Close lots of restaurants and shopping via short drive, several miles from the main attractions of San Antonio. Nice soft bed. Would stay again here on our next trip to San Antonio. Staff was very friendly.

Cleanliness what on point Very uncomfortable due to loud noise from workers slamming doors early morning. Doors have no springs to avoid the slamming.

My only complaint was that the water never got truly hot and was lukewarm at best. I did not report the issue, so it may have been something that could have been fixed, but my schedule did not allow time for that. The location was also very convenient with easy access to many medical facilities. Overall, it was a great stay and I would definitely consider staying again.

The staff was wonderful, especially Marlene. Everybody went the extra step to make sure our questions and requests were taken care of. They encouraged us to sign up for the World of Hyatt program and explained benefits.

Location was good, staff was professional Room 619, has mold in the bathroom. I believe there is most likely mold on the entire bathroom due to foul odor emitting from bathroom. The entire room had an odd odor to it, not a pleasant odor either.

I will knock out the cons first: - The AC was really loud. - The lighting in the bathroom is terrible, even my 5 year old mentioned it (he has ASD and darker rooms freak him out). - I did see some mold in the bathroom or what looked like mold at least. - The sheets had some stains on them that seemed like were washed but just not able to come out. Pros: - I enjoyed the layout of the room because I have two kids and one is 9 so she wants her own bed but she is not old enough to have her own room even if its joined. So the 2 double bed and a sofa pull out is perfect. - We have a thing for indoor pools anytime we go places. This one was clean and well maintained and we had it all to ourselves. I did not swim but the kids did and they said although it was colder than expected for a heated pool, it was manageable. The pool area was really hot. It was like relaxing in a sauna. So that wasnt exactly fun but kids didn't seem to mind. - Staff was very nice. The phones stayed busy so we had to go downstairs to ask for additional towels and pillows but they were more than willing to accommodate. We only stayed one night as a quick birthday getaway for my sons birthday but my kids had a great time.

The hotel is ok, it’s close to a hospital and it seems like it’s for families that need to stay close to the hospital. They charge for everything including water. No lotion in room & really bad coffee.

During the booking i couldn’t see anywhere indicated that they charge $50 (refundable if everything is okay) for incidental… until the day of check in…. It is a nice place thought.

When checking in the front desk informed us that our room had been over sold and they would be providing us a 1 night stay at a hotel just a couple minutes down the road, which they did but at the cost of our plans for the first 2 days of our trip, once we did get checked in the staff and hotel was nice, and had a decent breakfast.

The room itself was very spacious, which we really appreciated, and both queen beds were quite comfortable—we all slept well. Our granddaughter especially enjoyed the indoor pool, which was definitely a highlight of our stay. However, there were a few issues that really stood out. The hot water never seemed to get hot enough, which made showers less enjoyable. Out of curiosity, I checked under the beds and found that both areas clearly needed thorough cleaning—it looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in quite some time. The most concerning moment happened on our second night when another guest was mistakenly given access to our room. That understandably frightened my wife and raised some concerns about overall guest security. Breakfast was another disappointment—we found a long hair in the scrambled eggs, which was off-putting. With that said, the comfortable beds and the enjoyment our granddaughter had at the pool helped balance things out a bit. Overall, I would rate this stay 3 out of 5 stars. With better attention to cleanliness and guest safety, this place could be much better.

We didn't have any pets or use the laundry facilities

I did spray Febreze & lit a candle. Beds were super comfy. Towels were on point. Just expected a little more, for the price we paid.

Hotel was clean. But our truck was broken into along with 3 other vehicles. The staff said oh yeah that happens sometimes. I would think if this happens on a regular routine something would be done to eliminate and reduce this for their guests. Spend the money - go somewhere nicer. Now I have a $500 bill to replace my window.

Staff were very friendly. Rooms were decent. Water from the sink and shower would get hot and cold. The breakfast was a big disappointment. Food was cold with very few selections. Not worth the money for breakfast.

It was quiet and the front desk was super friendly! The room was not very clean. Chips on the floor from a previous guest and oddly dusty. The top comforter was questionable on cleanliness but I just took it off and used my own blanket. The sheets were clean! & the room was bug free. Staff was helpful and even offered breakfast recommendations. The pool was fun addition for our kids to use and it was never busy. I would stay here again.

The suite was good until i had opened the closet door to use the iron ..there was dirty towels on the floor from previous use if the room and later on the night we noticed under the sheets there was hair on the bed idk if it was from the prevoius people that has stayed there we were just too tired to complain since we checked in late

The room wasn’t ready At the time we have to wait 2 hours to get the room I when we walk to the room one of the beds was dirty then we only have 4 towels on the room when I ask for 2 extra towels because I pay for 6 people they said they don’t have clean towels that I can use. Gym towels the little ones to dry is crazy if I pay for 6 people I expect to have 6 towels in the room the lady at the front desk was rude and said if you wanted if not let me know is what we have this is the worst place to say

Absolutely nothing We booked this hotel through Booking.com and had already paid, which was clearly stated in our confirmation email and visible on our credit card as a pending charge. Upon arrival, the receptionist insisted that no payment had been made and forced us to pay again at check-in, asking us to contact the hotel later to resolve the issue. To make matters worse, we were charged an additional $50 more than the original amount without any prior explanation or notification. When questioned, the receptionist gave an unclear response and mentioned that another $50 would be frozen and later returned, which was never properly explained. After checking into the room, we discovered that the upholstery had not been changed and was covered in hair, which was extremely unhygienic and unacceptable. When we called to request clean upholstery, we were told that no cleaning services were available at that time. Plus, there was no water at some point in the morning, when we wanted to take shower. At the check-out, the receptionist never asked how our stay was, with no questioned asked, she just took our key.

Overpriced with basic amenities. The pool was tiny, as well. Staff never informed me that the breakfast wasn’t complimentary, despite what their website says. They also were not upfront about the pet cleaning cost. They hardly have ANY snacks or drinks to offer customers. The beds were so soft my back hurt for both days of being there. To think I was exciting to get away from home, but I was just missing my bed. There wasn’t any bags in trash bins or a bag to carry out dirty laundry. Things are changing because I thought this was all standard. Another huge odd aspect is no vanity in ANY bathroom at the Hyatt. So, you get no privacy when doing hygiene routine. I asked nicely to switch to a different room, and I didn’t really expect to be able to. They did say of course no problem and they would call me when one is ready. Big surprise, 3 hours flew by with NO communication back. Funny because the moment my dog started to bark, they sure did call me right away.

The hotel is nice and clean. I was sad to see that unless you are a Hyatt member you don’t get water bottles for your room or breakfast without a fee. These things used to be included. Other than that, the service was good and I was pleased.

Do NOT stay at this hotel . Tragically, our truck was broken into along with five other vehicles on the same night. When we spoke to the manager, we were even more disappointed to discover that she was careless. She claimed that they had security, but we never saw any security personnel at night. There were nights when we arrived early and others when we arrived late, and no one was out there, how can they break into 5 vehicles when there is a security according to hotel management. To make matters worse, they shattered our window, and we had to pay to get it fixed promptly since it was our only vehicle that allowed us to move around at that time

When you pay what we paid for the room you should had a complimentary breakfast. There was no microwave in the room. As we checked out we asked about that and I said that you had to ask for a microwave. It should always be a microwave in a room. Unless it's a Cheap hotel.

The bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I've ever slept in. Unfortunately, my vehicle got vandalized overnight the one night I was staying. Both of my taillights were stollen right off my truck when I got to me vehicle in the morning.

The room was a split room but only had 1 TV to try and swivel between the split. Needless to say, no matter where you slept no one had a good view. The bathroom floor was dirty, not disgusting but it needed a thorough cleaning. The bedside table had missing plugs, therefore it had a hole where the plug was. Overall it was not horrible but definitely had room for improvement.

I always enjoy staying at this property due to how quiet the rooms are and how comfy the beds are.

TV was not working, spend at least an hour trying to get a movie for the kids using their chromecast feature, didn’t work. Front desk unable to make simple small decisions to solve the problem when needed. Leadership not available

A great property to stay at , the location is good. Staff is very friendly and helpful

However, though this hotel might not be best location to choose when traveling to San Antonio for the sightseeing/tourism reasons… it was exceptional, as most would expect based upon the Hyatt name. It offered a 24/7 fresh danish/desert bakery case, espresso and cocktail bar, work out area, smokers patio, outdoor pool and hot tub… the bed was comfortable, pillows soft… ice machines were conveniently located by the elevators… and fresh hot coffee was available by 6AM

Place was fine but did not like that the bathroom door was getting stuck to open. Too wide open where i can put my clothes away.

Everything was so easy. From check-in to check-out. Highly recommend this place! And breakfast was wonderful!

Staff is a little pretensions. I felt like I was getting in their way.

Overall, it was a very good property. When I checked in at 10:30 PM and went to my room, I found that the AC unit did not work. That’s an unfortunate time to find out that the AC unit doesn’t work in your room. There was only one person on duty, so no one could bring me up a replacement key for the new room that they quickly assign me to. I had to go back downstairs to retrieve the key before going to my new room. Seems a little inconvenient to me for something that shouldn’t have happened in the first place

Very helpful reception and staff was very polite. As well as room was clean.

How spacious the room was, more than enough for us.

The bathroom ceiling leaked. When we let the front desk know they just gave us extra towels to soak up the water but never fixed the leak.

Clean and the breakfast was good as well.

Staff was very helpful in any questions that I had. Would come again!

It has an excellent location. However, the tidiness in the rooms is not that good. I think that the cleaning ladies could do better and be well trained to do a bed. In the 5 days we stayed at the hotel, they didn’t do a good sweeping of the floor and the beds were poorly made. The breakfast is super limited

Not a lot of space in bathroom area to put clothes to change after a shower. About 5-ish EV chargers not in operation. Disappointed with that since we needed to be able to charge over night. They were covered with plastic. Dogs barking in the room next to us. Room felt humid at times.

The room had a very overwhelming cologne-like scent, but was overall clean. The pillows felt hard, the bed was uncomfortable, and the air unit sounded like a boat motor. I slept two hours, and my husband said it’s the worst sleep he’s had in a very long time.
