We had 3 rooms during our stay. The AC in 2 of the 3 was barely working and the temps outside were upper 90s, so as the summer goes on and it is hotter, I'm sure it will be worse. Also, the smell of mold was very overwhelming in the corridor from the riverwalk to hotel door. The rooms were clean though. I wish the hot tub was open later hours.

Nice hotel, close to everything downtown. Only problem was the pool was tiny. Kids wanted to swim but it was not much bigger than a hot tub.

We only stayed one night and enjoyed how close the hotel was to the riverwalk. Great location. Staff were fine and hotel very clean. The only issue we had was the a/c. Our room stayed a bit warm for us. We tried several times to turned it down and it stayed at 70. Which I know might be great for others but we sleep best in 68. I did try to call the staff a few times and no one answered. The 3rd time the phone was picked up but no one spoke and it sounded like it was just taken off the receiver :). We didn’t even attempt to go downstairs because we were ready for bed. Outside of the air flow, everything else was great.

Solo traveler-Hotel staff friendly and professional, answer any and all my inquiries with a smile. Received a room with a view to the Riverwalk which was nice. The hotel area is a prime location to walk to multiple restaurants and entertainment on street level and Riverwalk. Tried the breakfast buffet, its was just ok (6/10) for $22.50 per. Only downside is the parking fee of $41 per day for (self-parking) & $49 for valet. Overall, had a great experience.

We booked a great suite with a balcony right on the Riverwalk. The room was spacious and clean. No noise from other guests. We had a very pleasant stay.

No breakfast was served. The site says “ enjoy the wonderful breakfast buffet style. What they fail to mention is you have to pay for it or add it to your reservation and pay. Why can’t they just say “ fee” or “ not free”. Was disappointed in that. View was of dirty rooftops being on the 20th floor. A curtain didn’t work properly and parking is $41/night. The room was clean but no exhaust fan in bathroom. This makes for a very steamy room especially in the humidity of San Antone in June. I think I may choose a different location next time.

To be honest staff was great, and the Iocation is amazing. However the bedding was dirty so check bed before getting in and so was the shower curtins. Being to tired knowing nothing can be done anyways but to change us room after we already unloaded vehicle. Yeah no... but other then that was a very beautiful location.

Hot tub was malfunctioning and the water was well over heated. beyond a level that the kids and I could handle, my wife could get in after some adjustment!

Onsite parking is $41. Use SpotHero to park for $10/day if you are willing to walk for 6 minutes. Location is excellent, but the pillows were terrible. I think I only slept for 3 hours because the bed/pillows were so uncomfortable.

Avoid. Blood stain on the sheets, stains on the comforter and 3 out of 4 pillow cases, stains on the sofa arms and cushions, dirty bathroom, wet elevators floors, riverwalk view - but of course the windows were dirty too. $41 to self park. Front desk staff were nice, but I wouldn’t recommend it or stay here again.

You can go directly to the river walk. Rooms were comfortables and breakfast was good. Parking should be cheaper for guests. But we parked close to the hotel in a private parking.

Had one night in upgraded room riverfront. This hotel has the best location along the RiverWalk. Restaurants, shops, Alamo & other historic sites are all within walking distance. Staff is nice & friendly. Breakfast buffet was very good with fresh fruit and hot eggs, sausage & bacon. Happy Hour on the outside deck was nice touch before heading out to dinner.

Either digital messages didn’t work properly or staff not trained. Received email from hotel asking if I wanted to pay and receive a late checkout. I said yes but never received an answer. Either by email or messages sent. Next day front desk said nothing available and I was supposed to check with them.

Rooms are small and not clean. Sent staff a picture of a cockroach in our room and their response was that it’s not a cockroach.

Bathroom was not inspected before renting. Product and hair on ceiling. Hair in tub and floor. It also had a smell of sewer gas in the bathroom had to keep the dior shut. Maintenance was supposed to come check on the problem and never showed.

The location was great. The restroom was dirty and had to have it re-cleaned, after it was re-cleaned there was still hair on the walls.

The room was very clean and the hotel is located in a good spot. The interior was very nice creating a high quality atmosphere. Maintenance handled our issue swiftly and efficiently. I ended up paying MORE THAN TWICE THE AMOUNT I was told. During check in I asked why the insane jump in price and the front desk attendant said it was for “incidentals” despite the $100 deposit i was already quoted for on this website. On top of this, the smoke detector needed a new battery so it was beeping constantly (they called maintenance and it was solved quickly) and while finishing packing up the cleaning crew tried to enter our room 30 MINS BEFORE the time we were supposed to check out!

I emailed them 2 and 4 days prior to my reservation asking about early check and received a response on my last full day there (day 8) with a link for late checkout. The morning of check out I returned my keys to the front desk and was told I’d receive an email with my final bill. 9 hours later I received a text asking me to please let them know when I’d be checking out and u had to follow up 3 more times to receive a copy of my final bill. The location is great but the hospitality and communication made me feel like I was inconveniencing them.

Location and breakfast My husband and I visited for our anniversary and we wanted a balcony view of the Riverwalk. We got it but the view was horrible! We sat across from vacant buildings which was an eye sore. In our room was only one face towel. We didn’t bother to ask for another one because the guy who checked us in was a little irritated. It showed in his movements and tone of voice. I politely asked him to calm down and his response was “I’m calm” in an unpleasant way. I didn’t go back and forth with him because I’m simple not that type of person. We wished him a blessed day, and went into our room.

He then told us all that was possible was to be moved to another room but there was no guarantee that we would get the Riverwalk view which was confusing because we were not at fault for the hair in the shower. Furthermore, the room was very hot the AC never cold down to the lowest temp 66 degrees. I have 2 babies so we keep it 65 degrees at home so they can sleep through the night.The lowest the temperature got was 68degrees we are not use to it being that hot at night so we were all uncomfortable. Also it doesn’t help that the AC works off sensors, the last night I put tissue paper on the vent so it could detect movement all day that we were gone that’s the only reason the room went down to 68 degrees. The bed also had a dent in the mattress on the right side of the bed so my back hurt so much I had to switch my husband. One thing that also confused me was that there was no microwave in the room. They had a fridge to keep your food cold but no microwave to heat it up. The room is 419.

i didnt like paying for parking,sucks no having free coffe on the lobby and no continental breakfast we go to mexico and they have excelent breakfast there chilakiles,suusage,ham,eggs,cereal,bread,coffe,juice and a lot of goodies for free you guys not even free coffe that sucks the lobby not that clean the the rug by elevetors very dirty you guys can do better than that

They could use more lounge chairs..the pool area was very clean n water was crystal clear the day we did enjoy the pool...buffet breakfast every morning good verity of items to choose from..staff was very helpful and recommendsights to visit...room was clean and refreshed daily, towels replenishment and beding fluffed..all in all a great stay ..

This was an ok hotel. Location was great. Room was a little stuffy, didn’t feel as clean as I would have liked, and we only had 2 towels for a 4 person room. We had to go down to the desk to get more because front desk would not answer the phone. Overall it was fine, I just have higher expectations for the price.

Parking in the garage is very limited. If you get there early enough, park and dont leave or you wont have a spot later on.

The room for which I was given a room key was already occupied! I reserved and paid for an executive suite and when I arrived, no such room was available for me. I was instead given a lower value room with no more compensation offered other than breakfast and drinks.

When we arrived i was about to take a nap and when lifting the covers, the bed and pillows had hairs on them like if they just did the bed after someone just left... I called like 4 times until they went and changed all the covers for me. I was very upset for the price and the experience was bad.

Rooms weren’t very clean. Floors weren’t swept small pieces of glass on the floor, so we asked a housekeeper to sweep. Didn’t sweep very well, still ended up stepping on a piece of glass. Other the that the amenities were nice, delicious food at the hotel restaurant. Very close to the river walk.

Floors in the room were very dirty. Within 30 minutes of being out of shower, my feet were black. I had to wash my feet before retiring each evening. Plenty of entertainment, food and sites within walking distance. Big negative was $39 A DAY to park onsite in attached garage. Pay to park was mentioned NO WHERE. I would have parked on the street had I of known.

If you book a balcony do not expect it to be a river view. They have 28 rooms with a true river view the rest are so high up that you see nothing and all you hear are air conditioning units on top of other buildings. I complained and was told river views were not guaranteed. They did try to move me to the river side on the 22nd floor, so high up you cannot see the river and the noise made the balcony unusable.

Due to the war between Israel and Iran, my flight was canceled and I couldn't get to the hotel. I expected the hotel to show some sensitivity to the special circumstances and agree to cancel the reservation without paying a cancellation fee. I contacted them through the website, and unfortunately I didn't receive a response at all.

The room was clean, but it is old. The noise level in between rooms was the worst that I can remember. The hall trash wasn’t emptied for 2 days. I know because a take out bag of food was beside it for those 2 days.

Good luck, they will charge you a parking fee even though you did not bring a car, took an uber from the airport, walked the entire weekend, yet charged for parking. No replies, and nobody is helping.

When we got there it was nice from the start but as we came into our room we saw there was mold in the bathroom. Then we went to go out to walk through the riverwalk and hotel has an entry way straight there. However as we went that way that was a homeless man blocking the door that just about knocked over. The. As we were in the hotel there were a few roaches. For as much as we paid for parking and the room and not even free breakfast that you think the up keep would be way better.

The room was great and we enjoyed the balcony overlooking the river. We were there for the rodeo parade and could see it from the balcony as it crossed Houston street. Loved the ease of going out to the riverwalk or out the front of the hotel to the street level. Easy walkable area with lots to see!

My wipe down it was dirty! The bathroom and shower were not cleaned thoroughly at all. Corners of floor were dirty. Rusty fixtures. Main room furniture was not cleaned towel turned brown when wiping it down. Elevators looked like they were never cleaned. Floors super dirty as well as the doors of elevator had hand prints all over like not wiped down ever. Hall out to riverwalk looked like it was forgotten about. Only table cloth thrown down there the whole time were were there. As well as trash and carpet looked like it was never cleaned!! The stay was good just needs a deep clean and then keep it clean!!

Do NOT pre pay for parking through Hotels.com because I was charged a second parking fee by the property and both hotels.com and the property refused to fix the issue so I paid double for onsite parking.

The location is fantastic! Overlooking The Riverwalk and a short 10 minute walk to Historic Market Square and The Alamo. Starbucks and Paris Baguette are across the street. The hotel itself needs updating. The beds were uncomfortable and there is only one elevator to the parking garage creating crowded conditions with long waits.

The hotel is not the cleanest. Halls need vacuumed, the room had dark hair in the bathroom, in the shower and on the floor. The toilet lid fell off when I closed it. The morning breakfast was decent, and the wait staff were extremely helpful, we had Carlos all 3 days and he was very nice. Overall, we had a nice stay.

Valet will pick & choose if they park big trucks. Last year the did. This year they didn’t. It didn’t ruin our trip just a heads up for everyone else.

Expected better cleanliness. Had to request new comforters due to stains on both beds. Bathroom soaps/shampoos say DOVE but are just refilled with off brand soaps. Rooms and bathrooms need to be dusted and updated hardware and fixtures.

We've been coming to this hotel for five years, and for the first time, we had a bad experience at breakfast. It's always been included, and they charged $49.69 for the service, which is excessive. We spoke at the front desk, and frankly, we weren't satisfied. Next time we're in San Antonio, we'll stay at a different hotel.

Staff was excellent. Cleanliness could have used some work. Access to the Riverwalk was great - a little further off the main drag, but still on the water.

I had high expectations for the Holiday Inn San Antonio Riverwalk, but my stay was very disappointing. I paid extra for a high-floor room with a king-size bed and a sofa, yet the room was right in front of the elevators and much smaller than shown in photos. We asked for a room change, but only smaller rooms without a sofa, which we needed, were offered. Total cost increased from $464 to $542.92 due to state, city, county, tourism taxes, and the self-parking fee. It was annoying having to take the elevator to the lobby and switch elevators to access parking. The coffee creamers were hard, the shower had hair, the sink clogged, the sofa was worn, and the room, in a non-smoking area, started to smell strongly like a skunk. The River-side elevator was old, slow, and poorly maintained. Elevator noise made sleep difficult, and housekeeping was vacuuming at 9 a.m. I would not stay here again.

The fire alarm went off at 5 AM. We couldn’t get in for a while. Went up to the parking garage got trapped in the elevator. It was an OK experience but probably won’t go back to that hotel.

Shower had moderate pressure due to loose water sprout faucet in the tub. Heavy urine smell by the back walkway on the river walk side 11/01/25 ~ 11/02/25 (2 days). Guests were smoking heavily & drinking alcohol by the back glass door all night 11/01/25. Trash under the back stairway but no staff bothered to pick up 11/01/25 ~ 11/02/25 (2days).

Overall the staff was so friendly and accommodating when we had issues but the hotel just seriously needs a deep deep cleaning. Our bathroom, the doors, shower floor and walls... everything needs a deep cleaning before I would stay again.

the hotel was ok- the area was ridiculously expensive- this hotel was no exception. the room was in line with others, but they charge for everything from parking to coffee. i'm shocked i didn't get a bill for requesting fresh towels.

The only positive about this place was a pretty good location. However, its on an inactive section of the Riverwalk. Close walk to the active area. Worst part was the lack of helpful front desk personnel. 1. Dont answer the phone....fire alarm went off at 9am and no instructions. So we called, no answer. So we evacuated (pajamas). "Oh, our room speaker must not have worked, they announced a fire alarm test." No apology, no nothing. 2. tried to call the bar/grill to order dinner. (Restaurant was closed for renovations the entire stay, ugh. My husband had a small health issue and couldn't go out for dinner 1 night. ) No one would answer bar/grill phone. so I again called front desk to ask if the grill was open ( 8pm). They told me I had to go there to order. They were too busy to answer phone. So I walked to grill and no one would take my order. Bar patrons gave me a drink while I waited ! lol. They said the workers were just bad. So, I finally went to vending machine and got goldfish crackers for our dinner. 3.Needed to take my husband to ER. No help from front desk about good/bad local hospitals. No calling a cab. The bellman did help us find a cab company to call. 4. For anyone wanting a nice pool area, look elsewhere. Sterile, dirty and not a piece of greenery in sight. No one was ever there throughout our long weekend stay. We did enjoy the RiverWalk area (b4 the health issue), but without any help from the hotel we selected. Shame on you HI.

We were there for just an evening while attending a show at the Majestic Theater which is less than a block away. Check in is at 4:00, which was pushing it for our plans but they did not seem to enforce that policy for us at 3:30. The facility was clean and remodelled. The staff was super friendly and the Restaurant area (bar and dining) was quite good - tip: Happy Hour 4-7 is a great value, and breakfast offers breakfast buffet or ala carte. Our room faced the Riverwalk and was pretty quiet but not totally. Overall, we would definitely stay there again if visiting center city and Riverwalk! But we have to give a final shout out to Juan the valet who went above and beyond to get our car started in Self Park. We found a completely dead battery and were getting ready to call AAA when he went and got his car and jump started us for the ride home. He certainly did not have to do that and he saved us at least an hour off our return trip. Many, many thanks !!

We always try to stay at a Holiday Inn as they are one of the few hotel chains that do not allow pets. My husband as severe allergies and this is an important factor in determining where we stay. This location is wonderful as it is right on the Riverwalk and therefore has a ton of choices for restaurants. The only complaint I would give is the room and a slight foul smell, but I believe it was from the water in the bathroom.

The staff was amazing everyone was so welcoming and kind! I would give the staff a 10!!

Understaffed, no luggage carts available when we checked in with no apologies, dead plants in planters outside, unkept landscaping with a rat spotted, missing light bulbs in outside fixtures, room not stocked with towels. Generally run down appearance on a property that has been wonderful in the past and could be again with some TLC.

Not even water bottles in the room, and not one of our requests at reservation time, was done. On top of it, they are charging us for rooms with a view of the river… our rooms had a view of their tiny pool.

Great location downtown, with a patio and ground-level exit that leads directly onto the Riverwalk. The room was comfortable and a good bargain for the price. The for-purchase coffee and breakfast options in the lobby were limited, but there is a Starbucks directly across the street.

The room wasn’t clean. Dust in the bathroom and dirt in corners. Two bed room only had two towels and remote batteries were dead.

When we got into the room we saw that there was old rolled up used toiletpaper pieces that were on the floor in the restroom thats how i know they didnt bother to sweep and mop, also there was random stains on the comforter.

Nice place to stay. Great for families with kids. The location can't be beat. You can walk out to the river and back in. Clean, comfy place.

I had a wonderful stay at the Holiday Inn Downtown San Antonio! From the moment I arrived, the staff provided awesome, professional, and courteous service that truly made me feel welcome. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the amenities I needed. I was especially impressed by the attention to detail and how relaxing the environment was. To top it off, I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary breakfast, which was a great way to start the day. Overall, my experience exceeded expectations, and I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to San Antonio. Highly recommend!

The room had a very strong odor of urine and you can tell that the room may have had water damage because the carpet smelled, and they put fragrance to try to cover up the odor in the rooms. Also the whole hotel rate of urine. This hotel is very old and needs to be condemned and rebuilt due to the mold. We actually got sick from the smell.. I paid for three nights and we only stayed one. Plus on the hotel website it says free breakfast and we were charged for breakfast.. I spoke to the server and her manager and showed her the picture of their website that said free breakfast. And of course, there was nothing they could do about it, and that the posting on their end was wrong and needed to be corrected.. with that being said we spent almost $50.02 basic breakfast scrambled eggs, toast, and two pieces of bacon and orange juice. The only good thing about the stay was a hotel clerk at the front desk her name with cc. She heard our concerns and I wanted to tell her more what was going on, but my fiancé told me just to keep quiet and check out.. never again will we stay in this hotel and I strongly advise others before you book at this hotel make sure you read the reviews. Very, very poor customer service. And again I give 10 stars to the hotel clerk at the front desk her name is CC. That was the only good part about our stay other than that. It was a disaster..

The room 901 was to warm, the setting was at 66 & the room temperature was 78, it was very hot outside, I tried setting it lower & I also called to the front to complain about the room being to hot & I got a fan brought to the room, I told them to set the AC lower. I knew it was being controlled.

I would not recommend this place. First they called me,an hour before I was checking in,to tell me they overbooked my room and my room would not be available till the following day. They did accommodate us by giving us a different room for the night. The next morning they said they would call us when our original room was ready. They never called. I went to the desk after 4pm and they said oh it’s ready. No apology or nothing. In our room, there were bugs crawling in the shower, on the wall and on the dresser. There were long black hairs on the nightstand, in the bathroom sink and in the shower. There was also trash on the floor by the bed. We finally found the remote control to the tv on the floor behind the chair in the curtains.The door to the balcony looked like they tried to add some sort of lock because the original lock doesn’t work. The thermostat for the room did not seem to operate properly. I booked this place because it was on the Riverwalk but never again would I stay here. The valet guy JQ was AWESOME tho!!

Staff didn’t provide any solution

This is my second time staying at this property and honestly I was very disappointed. When we checked in our room the AC was at 73 degrees once we turned it down to 69 and four hours passed it never dropped. After I called to check what the problem was they said their AC went down and all they could offer was a box fan and some water. Afte spending the night with the room temperature at 76 degrees with a 9 year unable to sleep i went to the front desk the next morning and they said itll take a couple more hours for the room to get back to cooling since the AC was barely fixed. They only offered not to charge us for parking to accommodate us. This stay was not pleasant at all, although it was not the staff's fault they could have offered us free breakfast or a discount and they wouldn't even offer that and the only reason they gave a discount on the parking was because i complained once again and ask for an accommodation.

The view was nice. But from the moment we walked into the room we immediately had to step outside. Someone blew it up so bad that we needed to open the balcony door and front door for ten minutes before we could get comfortable.

Bed was uncomfortable

23 floors. If you want to go out and explore San Antonio be prepared to come back to building staff telling you there is no space to park and u need to park 3 blocks away and still pay for that parking. They ask you to pay for parking up front yet they don’t have space for you to park.

Our recent stay was unfortunately disappointing. It appeared that necessary maintenance was not being performed, resulting in an outdated and unclean environment. The room was odoriferous, and the restroom was equally unpleasant and smelly. Additionally, black mold was present on the ceiling. Although I requested a change to a different room, the same issues persisted.

Upon arrival the valet referenced me as "hey" the check in clerk was very soft spoken, and all the back ground noise didnt help. The air-conditioning was not functioning properly it seemed like. The room was very hot, not to my liking in the middle of the night.

I was pretty disappointed that this hotel was the same price of others in the area. The location is great, but here are the cons. 1. Pool is the size of a hot tub or kiddie pool with only 5 lounge chairs. So if a family is using the pool there is no room for anyone else. Ground level elevator was covered in roaches. AC- we could not even sleep. It was registering 79 degrees in the room even when we had it set to 66. Being on an upper floor you cant sleep due to the heat and humidity. Check in- it was not explained where anything was located on the property such as pool, gym. Etc. Elevator is not labeled as to what floors these are located. Couch in the room was all ripped. Giving 2 stars simply for the fact that the location is convenient.

It was my #63 rd birthday getaway. The valet was so nice we interacted with him mostly. Mr. Ehren his friendly smile made you just want to talk to him and he didn’t mind at all. We really enjoyed our stay

Homeless hanging out at the river walk area, we saw what we were pretty sure it was human feces The elevator a cardboard flooring over it for reasons unknown The hotel bar closed early and did not tell anyone so my friend and I sat there for 15 minutes before she went downstairs and found out that they have closed the bar early They locked the doors from the Riverwalk to the patio before 10 PM so you have to go down into the very lower level to go out called the tunnel, was very musty smelled like mold The patio outside is not what you see in the pictures either there’s just a couple of brass tables out there not really a place you wanna just sit and hang out And I’m not sure if there is mildew or mold or something in the rooms but after we left my friend and I were feeling like we had a very bad allergic reaction or just sick as soon as we spent a couple of hours away from the property, we started feeling better

The internet access was a bit slow. Also there was no safety box available, which was concerning.

Bathroom mirrors are deteriorating. Outlets in lamps and bed frames loose and flimsy.

You do have to pay for parking, but it was a one time fee($36) that covered our stay for the weekend. Most other hotels have a nightly fee. This hotel is within walking distance of all restaurants shops and night life. Room was a little small but couldnt complain since it was a river view. I was looking fwd to the pool but turns out this hotel DOES NOT have a pool. Something about renovations with an indefinite opening date. The only complimentary thing they offer is the coffee inside your room. Everything else you must pay for. Overall great experience and will probably stay again.

Had no swimming pool as advertised

The hotel is average but we were disappointed that the pool was closed. We were told that it's been closed for 6 months as of 8/25. This shows they are in no hurry to fix it. ALSO , EXPEDIA is quoting the incorrect rate. I was informed, at the front desk, that this has been a problem with EXPEDIA because they aren't adding a surcharge that the hotel charges. The only recourse that EXPEDIA offered me was a credit towards a future booking.

Property is close by the river walk and also close to all the downtown activities. Room was clean and spacious, also with nice view to the river. Staff are professional from the valet parking to the front office.

There is an old abandoned building when you looked out the window. Such an eyesore! Floor in front of front door always had condensation and we could have slipped. Shower door didn't stay open. Refrigerator froze our food.

Enjoyed the stay. Right on the riverwalk. No free breakfast, no usb ports in room. Bath sink kept water in it, did eventually go down. Toilets had to be tightened and recleaned. After maintenance checked it out, we were told to “wait an hour” to see if it improved. An hour? After driving four hours to get here, the last thing we wanted was to sit in a sweltering room. The manager dismissed it, blaming the issue on being on a high floor and said, "Well it is a high floor." Implying... that’s just how it is. If you can’t cool the rooms, don’t rent them. TORTA! Thirty minutes later, I’d had enough. This was supposed to be a vacation for my family—not a miserable, overheated nightmare. When I spoke to the manager again, she repeatedly talked over me and wouldn’t let me finish a sentence. Only after pressing the issue did she reluctantly and silently hand me a key to a different room. The 7th-floor room was fine, but by then, the damage was done. Between the unbearable heat, the lack of accountability, and the dismissive attitude from management, this was easily one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had. We will never stay here again, and I strongly recommend you look elsewhere.

Convenient, shopping, dining, staff were very courteous. For being on the Riverwalk, it was surprisingly quiet. Window view of Riverwalk was amazing!

We found out after we arrived that the pool was being renovated so we had no access to a pool. The floor was not clean. We never had enough towels for the 3 nights we stayed so we had to keep asking for towels.

The day we checked in, I noticed that there was a pink ring around the drain in the shower and there was hair all over the floor from previous guests. During our stay, we were walking around in our socks, and our socks would get dirty very quickly due to filth on the floor. Very doubtful that the floors are getting mopped after stays. Every time we would go to leave, the exit to the parking garage would be blocked by cars waiting to get valet or guests checking in. It was inconvenient and it seemed like there wasn’t a flow to ensure that guests staying there could exit smoothly and quickly. Great location of the city, but facility needs to be updated.

Hotel is older, but was very clean. However, pool was being renovated (grandson was very disappointed). ice machine and vending machines broken, we had to go on 11th or 4th floor for ice, we were on 12th. In lobby bathrooms the toilet seats looked 30 years old, need replacement to give updated look. Customer Service was AWESOME!!

My kids and I enjoyed our stay. It was within walking distance from the Riverwalk and the Alamo. The beds and pillows were comfy. I love how cold it would get in the room after walking in the hot sun. My only complaint is the pool wasn’t available.

The property was very clean, very quiet, made our stay very comfortable I will definitely be booking again on my next trip to San Antonio. Loved the easy access to the river.

Our stay during fourth of July weekend was Good, the rooms could’ve definitely been cleaner. We did have 1 issue with parking. They pre charge you for parking at check in for each night of your stay regardless if their parking garage fills up or not. If the parking garage is filled when you return then you have to pay to park else where and they will process a refund. Very annoying.
