Will never book with this hotel again!!!! It was before 10:30pm and they weren’t letting me and my family check in. Saying they are closing at 11:00pm which we had time. And also saying we didn’t pay for the room which we did because they took it out of our bank account! Wouldn’t recommend if you are traveling late at night!!!

Staffs were not helpful, there was oil on table surface, outlets was loose, bedding wasnt very well maintained, room stinks, community was not very safe, did I mention the room stinks?

The location I asked for handicap accessibility. NOT at all. The ramp to the door was it. Big step into the tub. No bars and no way to get a walker or wheelchair to the bathroom

I'll never stay there again. The room had a strong and disgusting cigarette smell. The reception area was not clean. I was so tired from driving, that decided to stay. Just not staing there again ever.

Property isn’t as describe. Many alcoholic beverages throughout the property. It isn’t suitable for family

The location was very convenient and close to anything you might need. The room was quiet even for being on a main road. It was a last minute booking for the location and the price was very affordable. It didn't feel safe, upon arrival there were many people sitting around outside their rooms. The tub faucet was attached by a cord and fell off when trying to turn in the water and landed on my foot. The towels were disgusting and thin. Luckily, I had beach towels in my car because there was no way I was putting them on my body. The pillows were flat and had shams not pillow cases making me wonder if they're changed. The one chair in the room was broken. The floors were dirty and there was a dead roach next to the bed stand. I rarely leave a negative review but was disappointed.

Location Manager was irresponsible. Clerks were incompetent. Only good employee was security.
