For an overnight stay it was good. Close to places I needed to visit. Room did not cool to set temp of 70, and was humid. Chose to start here for a company meeting instead of Estancia Del Norte because their room was uncomfortably warm as well. Same issue here. Staff was pleasant and nice.

We didn’t have hot water in the sink at first. Found roaches in the bathroom two nights in a row. Seems like couch are outdated and worn as well as the other furniture in the room. Ned was comfortable and breakfast was amazing.

The carpet was super dirty, and I was disappointed in the snacks for happy hour.

The location, accomadations, amenities and the staff was especially Jose the Chef was simply outstanding in customizing my order. I really appreciate Jose’s attention to my dietary needs. Thanks The sofa needs to be replaced yesterday! However, everything else was exceptional.

No restaurants nearby so any dining without outside transportation was limited to the one good restaurant in the facility but not many choices

The lobby looks nice and the breakfast was amazing! I thought location was good because it’s close to the airport, however, we had a terrible incident. Someone broke into my daughter’s truck and another truck was stolen the second night we were there. We were going to leave early the next day but this incident delayed our trip and was a great inconvenience. Thank God our truck was not stolen but feel very bad for the other guy!

Love this hotel and stay here often when we are in SA. Staff (housekeeping, front desk, breakfast area) all excellent. One favorite - the omelet chef and the great breakfast. Only 2 small complaints - Room 315 toilet flush not working correctly, and I really do not like the shower curtain.

Room 215 needs to have the tub fixed. The shower works but no water comes out of spout to take tub bath. Also, the sink faucet dispenses water very slowly.

I stayed at this hotel as a little girl. Thirty years later it is just as good if not better. The staff was all cheerful and friendly. The breakfast and happy hour were great. The food was really good. We don't normally eat at the hotel, but all our food options were good. Quality place to stay, centrally located, friendly staff.

Had a lovely stay, the rooms were roomy, my son and I loved the breakfast, affordable but feels fancy :) most hotel pools are nasty, this pool was wonderful and clean and the hot tub actually works! I will definatly be come back with my other children!

The breakfast wasn’t very good, the two mornings we were there, they burnt omelets. Food in the buffet area, that was supposed to be warm was not.

Room was spacious and comfortable! Made to order omelet was a great perk! The light snacks were on filled once during the evening. Once it was gone it was gone.

Property was just ok. Very dim hotel and room. Sofa looked 20 years old as did the decor. The bathroom looked like patchwork calk had been used to bandaid area. Very musty smell. Pool was trashy. Would not stay there again.

Pool stayed open late as well, which was also a huge plus, they had boxed fans available, Even on a busy night! Jessica & her staff went above and beyond!

The beds were extremely soft and uncomfortable. Although they were advertised as double beds, they felt more like single beds, and my two young children could barely fit comfortably together. The bathtub was noticeably worn out, and the bathroom was not properly cleaned on the day of our check-in, which was quite disappointing after a long day of travel. Additionally, the overall condition of the hotel suggests that it is in need of a thorough renovation. On a positive note, the breakfast was very good, and the omelette station was excellent — the cooks there deserve a 10/10. Given the issues with cleanliness, comfort, and maintenance, I would encourage the hotel to address these areas. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving the guest experience.

The room was not super clean. The fold out couch was basically springs wrapped in cloth. we kept having an issue with our bathroom sink filling up with brown water

It was spring break so i totally understand the chaos but at one point the pool area was crazy lol other than that a lovely overnight stay. Was just passing through.

location good, breakfast was good, better than most I called down to the front desk at about 4:15 on Monday 3/23/26 and Romeo was on call and immediately asked if I could hold. After ten minutes or so I hung up and called again and immediately said can you hold I said no and was put on hold. I hung up and called 17 more times and it went straight to hold. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and I have never been treated this way. I will complain to the hotel itself, ruined my moment and uncalled for.

We stayed here for the first time to catch an early flight the next morning. Check-in/out & parking were easy. Will stay here again.

The 24hr hotel shuttle was why we picked this location. We had a flight delay and did not get in until almost 2AM and the shuttle was right there ready for us. The only thing that could have been improved was the bottles of soap and lotion by the sink and in the shower were almost empty and we had to take them out and try and get the product out.

Out of date furniture, pull out couch bed had a huge stain, and a sheet that has been stuffed in there for who knows how long. Since it's and inward hotel, very noisy didn't help that there was a huge influx in children yelling and running around. Room smelled old.

The place is old and the carpet was really not in a good shape especially for someone with allergies. Embassy Suit is a big name but the hotel standard is very poor. Breakfast is a joke. Not worth it for the money. I am not exaggerating

Arrived and room had a used coffee cup on floor outside of front door. Had a giant 3 inch long glob of hairball in shower. Hair on top of potty cover. And room had a musty smell. Couldn’t check out of there faster! I will say it was a quiet room. We upgraded to Hilton La Cantera property for tonight and was informed this embassy suites is under a different management company and they were aware of difference in quality. I do realize it is at a different price point $200 per night versus $350. However the Hilton name is on both properties.

Hotel in general was a weird vibe. Like it was a former prison turned hotel. Floors were open up to ceiling = echoing everyone and not quiet. There was screaming kids that echoed due to the building. Room was freezing and thermostat did not work. Had it up to 80 and it never heated up. Rooms were outdated. No heavier comforter or duvet on bed. Was like a sheet. Toilet did not want to flush. Shower was old and dated despite an updated sink. Overall just awful experience. Staff was nice but that was the only positive. Never again.

I made a reservation through Expedia for a trip to San Antonio. I booked air, car, hotel and travel insurance. I slipped and fell on the ice and had to cancel the whole trip. I contacted Expedia January 2 through chat and cancelled the trip. Expedia gave my Amex number to the hotel. I did not give permission to Expedia to give out my Amex. The hotel charged me for the room and it was an excessive price of $171. I am disputing the charge via Amex.

To sleep wrapped in bath towels because the beds are infected with fleas - your hotel people are not washing the mattesss covers and maybe not even the bed spreads after each use - people sleep with their dogs abd infest the beds - you have a. Problem that u did not have after abd durjng covid - you have become lax abd what u charge I expect a good nights sleep

This hotel is filthy. We stayed overnight to catch an early flight at the airport. Our room was dirty and the bathroom was nasty. Urine was all over the toilet and the tub was deteriorating. The staff was extremely nice and helpful.

My husband and I stayed at the property in October. We paid for an upgraded room with a separate living room which we got. When you sat on the couch, it sagged so much, getting out of it was a challenge. The big issue was that the electricity went out of the hotel the first morning we were there. It was so dark in our room, that we could not see to take a shower. The back up generator provided power for the elevator and the staff met us at the bottom of the elevators with lights so we could get to the lobby. We decided to check out of the hotel that could not provide us with the light that we needed. We had opened all the curtains and blinds. We went to the lobby right after that and checked out one day early because we could not shower there. When we returned home, we asked for one day to be reimbursed, not even both, and they declined. We are long time Hilton Customers, but that did not seem to matter. I am disappointed and need to reconsider where I stay in the future. Hope they will reconsider.

The indoor pool and hot tub were also perfect for the cold weather outside. The Complimentary Breakfast was great with Omelettes made to order, fruit, potatoes and bacon, coffee and muffins. Delicious! Ample parking.

We had a problem with the third party parking charge system and an unhelpful desk clerk about the parking. The next day the very friendly and helpful manager took care of the problem and said all desk staff have been told how to handle the issue. He was apologetic about the clerk.

Room 722 was small in comparison to other Embassy Suites we have stayed at. Glue-down vinyl plank flooring in the bathroom had separated, and was wavy. Breakfast was great, as always, love the made to order veggie omelets!!

A wonderful stay at a beautiful Embassy Suites. Our room was kept immaculate each day of our weeklong stay and the free daily breakfast was robust.

This place is unsafe, poorly managed, and irresponsible. I will never stay here again, and I highly recommend you find a safer hotel if you value your safety and belongings. WARNING!!!!! Unsafe Hotel – Cars Are Getting Broken Into! 🚨 Do NOT stay at Embassy Suites by Hilton San Antonio Airport unless you want to risk having your car broken into. On the day we checked out, we found our truck window smashed and the inside destroyed. This isn’t a one-time incident — this happens ALL THE TIME here. The day before, my husband noticed several other cars in the parking lot with the exact same damage. After talking to other guests, it’s clear this is a common problem at this hotel. And the worst part? The hotel doesn’t care. We reported it to the front desk, and they did nothing — no security, no help, no responsibility. If management knows this is happening regularly. This is unacceptable, irresponsible, and unfair. I paid for parking expecting safety and protection, and instead, I was left with a broken vehicle and zero support from the hotel. I will never stay here again and strongly warn others: if you value your safety and your belongings, find another hotel.

The restroom were very dirty with toilet paper everywhere. Us along with 8 other vehicle got out back window broken and items stolen. Even though you pay an extra parking lot fee, nothing can be done about it. Hotel manager said Well there’s nothing to be done it happens everywhere.

Everything was great. Only surprise was the evening reception was a disappointment.

Everyone was so friendly. They put the hospitable in the hospitality industry.

I booked a double bed room on the website and I received a room with one bed in the corner of the building. I had to pay 100.00 more to upgrade when I the website it said double bed.

The extra bed (in the suites) — fold out couch - left a little to desire, very uncomfortable to rest on. The breakfast was really good - lots of choices and didn’t taste like a motel breakfast. Nice atmosphere for the breakfast/dining experience. Recommend!

The door in our room would not close shut correctly unless given a huge shove.

The property is VERY nice. The staff was AMAZING and very accommodating. Ana at the front desk tended to ALL of our needs during our stay and even called to follow up with us as well. Cristian at the bar did a great job with the drinks and was very friendly and polite. The only issues we had during our stay was the bathroom could've been a bit cleaner as it seemed someone may have used it before we got there and there was hair on the floor and sink and the toilet seat needed to be cleaned. We sanitize the rooms when we get there so we handled it. Also majority of the channels on the tv were not working for some reason but may have been do to weather? Either way it was a nice stay overall with some hiccups but the staff and overall expwrience was worth the trip

It's conveniently located. Rooms need attention to floors lifting in the bathrooms and covering ceiling where ac is, i could see a big gap. Also, we found gum on the wall behind the TV that was never removed.

The check in process was fast and my kids enjoyed their stay. The complimentary breakfast is amazing. The room was clean and spacious. Customer service was attentive through messages. Best time and money spent for our short stay.

A good stay for our family and dependable shuttle to the airport the next morning… We left the hotel at 5 AM and the shuttle was waiting for us when we went outside

The negative is you have to pay to park there… I didn’t like that it’s not very wheelchair friendly but it’s clean, the staff is nice.

The check in person didn't want to take time to help me with the on line car registration for parking. He told us to come back later and someone would help me. We got to our room and the A/C unit was making a terrible noise and several minutes for the maintenance person to fix. The electrical door lock was faulty and took several tries to succeed each time we came to our door. The hotel looks tired.

I didn’t like the Jose the cook he was so rude and would laugh in ur face at you. Didn’t feel comfortable to go have breakfast anymore.

Multi floors, breakfast was real good, elevator was super slow and pool was packed both days and $10 a day parking

It was a good property and easy to get to. Room was awesome I think 1 elevator wasn’t working so the lines were kinda backed up.

The couch in the room should’ve been replaced a long time ago. Sat down and literally sank down in a hole. The breakfast staff and breakfast variety was excellent. Hotel is conveniently located next to the airport. However, a little exterior landscaping facelift is needed —old, tired, and worn out. Something to be said for curb appeal. The room was clean and bed was comfortable.

The shuttle was convenient to and from the airport. In the bathroom, the wooden tiles on the floor were loose. They were open to holding our bags while we attended the conference or convention. The overall experience was excellent!

It was a good stay. Of course it was out of their hands but they had proplems with a/c. But even tho that was a big inconvenience, the staff was WAYY more then hospitable and helpful specially the late shift staff that obviously had been through multiple upseting moment with upset and rude customers. But still continued to be super sweet and helpful. Will definetly stay again.

My stay was fine, but my car got broken into in their parking lot overnight.

I have stayed at several embassy suites this one is the best, they breakfast buffet was so delicious my husband do not eat pork and he was amazed that they had chicken for his breakfast omelette.

I know on the description it says it’s $10 for the parking a night, but it doesn’t state that there will be a service fee as well and taxes which is $10 more so I originally stayed for four nights and now I was charged $50 which that’s Very inconvenient but you live and learn !

The only bummer was that it was 10 dollars to park, but it was a great hotel!

The amenities were great! The room was clean and spacious. Even though several athletic teams were there the rooms were quiet. The pool was indoor and every large. I would recommend this property.

We always stay here. This was the first time we had to pay for parking. This seemed weird for us since we never had to this before. Although it was only an addition 10-15 a day.

Breakfast was a mixed experience—the potatoes were dry and the muffins tasted stale. However, the made-to-order omelet was excellent, and the hot tea selection was impressive. The room itself was clean and spacious, though the couch showed noticeable signs of wear. The fitness room was also a nice bonus—well-maintained and a good option for a quick workout.

While we were outside smoking a cigarette and drinking cocktails from your bar your security guard started to walk around or drive around and drive around and drive around take him about 15 minutes to finally make a stop in question is why was questioning patrons that are running from y’all been there three days make my girlfriend and I feel uncomfortable and it’s nothing patronize us after we told him we were what room we were in and he could not get it out of his head is it gonna start bucking staring staying questioning my my girlfriend while we were there after she’s deliberately dismissed him and told him thank you have a good evening and did not move his ass away from us I expect a phone call or some kind of compensation for him being rude and not moving around and ruin our evening my phone number is 361-537-7761

This hotel now has paid parking by phone. It was very hard to navigate the parking website! A staff member attempted to to help, however it was even confusing for him.

Room was dirty with dust and water stains everywhere. The ac never worked capled about it and they sent a maintenance person to fix it but it never worked. When we was checking out a guy was complaining about his never going off and he was freezing. The food menu doesn't change and is way below what we are use to with our usual hotel. The bathtub in the room tub needs refinishing badly and the cabinets need replaced. The fridge was small as was the kitchen area. The pull out bed literally looked like a murder had been committed on it if you looked at the underside. Our teens didnt even was to sleep on it.

In pictures the hotel looked bigger. There were noisy people yelling inside hotel at 11pm-12am, manager or staff did not tell them anything. Plus I felt unsafe due to two men yelling down from the balcony in hotel. Area where hotel was located also felt unsafe.

Great value. If possible I try to stay at Embassy Suites.

El hotel y el personal excelente, pero desgraciadamente nos robaron las luces del auto , pensé que era un lugar seguro , fue una pesadilla lidiar con eso , tuvimos que extender la estadía y el personal fue muy amable y nos dieron un descuento por la situación que vivimos.

The Embassy Suites is OK for the cost. Almost all of the large hotels near the San Antonio airport are three star class, with average facilities. This hotel is convenient but not a place to stay for fun. The breakfast buffet at this hotel was weak, with below average quality and limited selection of fresh fruts. But the room was clean and spacious, and the staff were helpful.

They were able to supply me with a pack and play. The staff was so nice & helpful.
