We used the valet parking, which was convenient but expensive at $50 per night. Keep in mind that the valet service is operated by a separate company, so the charge is billed separately. The complimentary breakfast was excellent, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. As members, we were also allowed an early check-in and late check-out, which made our stay even better. Overall, this hotel deserves 10 stars — we absolutely loved it!

The convenience to the freeways, riverwalk and market place. The cost of the valet. $50 a night is a little high and the parking garage where they took it was 5 blocks away.

Great breakfast spread.

I will start with check in. Check in as at 4pm and we did get there about 15 mins early and they said they were still cleaning rooms and that was understandable since we were early. We didn’t get a room until 4:30pm. That part was a little frustrating cause they were so behind on cleaning rooms. Others didn’t get a room until 5pm. We had dinner plans so that was cutting into our time to settle down and get to where we needed to go. The room was nice and the beds were super comfortable. I also liked the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided. One thing that really upset me was my daughter found a pill on the floor near the bed in my mom’s room. I looked it up and it was trazodone and that made me sick to my stomach. I’m lucky my daughter was old enough to let us know what she found and didn’t try to consume it. The hotel staff did handle the incident well and said they will use it as a teaching lesson to their cleaning staff. They did say their housekeepers were rushing today but it’s still not an excuse. That could of possibly costed a life if it got into the wrong hands. Another thing that I found was a bullet to a gun in the hallway of the 7th floor. It was on the table near the phone in front of the elevators. That was odd and concerning as well. I turned it into the lobby and they apologized for that. The hotel is nice and the rooms are beautiful but finding small things like the pill and bullet are concerning for families that book here. Breakfast was great.

The breakfast was good and offered a wide variety of options. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again.
