So besides the carpet was very dirty but the room they gave us had dead bugs and leaves and dirt all over the floor. There was a dead roach on the floor. It was basically very dirty. As well the beds were really hard and stiff. When you first get on them you feel the wood frame. The breakfast was not as expected. Waffle mix was watered down. The eggs were rubber coffee was like brown water. Sausage was dry. I hate to give hotels a bad mark but if you could go to one that’s closer I would recommend it.

We stayed here 4 nights when going to a concert at the Frost Bank Center. No problems at all. We had a king suite. Lots of space! Bed was a little firm for my comfort, but my husband loved it, lol!

Ok When checking out another guy was there and didn't catch it they got him for 800 talking about will credit your card in 10 to 30 days. He went off. Breakfast garbage waffle make water down and syrup. Smoke free but smell like weed in elevators and hallway

Then the AC was set to celsius and was difficult to adjust. Used our phones to convert, but we either froze or were hot. Also had to pin the curtains up to keep them from blowing up and letting sunlight in at dawn. Then there was the TV. When turned on, the message said "No Signal." Called the desk and she said maintenance would be there in 2.5 hours. Went to eat and when we returned TV was set on a station. The next day. Same thing. This time it was explained that you have to turn the channel to at lease channel 10 or higher to get a signal, which worked. Why I was not told the day before, or why the desk clerk didn't know this, or why it was not posted anywhere in the room, is beyond me. We examined and walked away from both the pool and exercise room. Pool wreaked of chlorine, yet was cloudy. Exercise room was a joke of a closet-size room with a few machines. 1-2 people max and that would be crowded. Staff was friendly, and other than the TV incident, were helpful and polite. Breakfast was limited, but what was offered, we enjoyed.

First the cashier was not friendly then the door wouldn’t open I told she was annoyed finally when we went in the room it smelled like mold. I would have said something but my wife said it was only two nights then all night the shower was running the pillow were small the bed was not comfortable never again will I stay there

The Hotel and the rooms are a little dated. But, the staff was very courteous and friendly. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Bathroom was large and clean. The free breakfast was a little pedestrian but had multiple choices.

The breakfast was the same every morning that I was there. The dining area is very small. They have limited selection of drinks and the waffle mix was so liquid that it tasted weird. I have been move around cause most of the door locks were broken, which got me going around with the staff on two floors just to open a room for my stay.

Extremely rude, judgmental, entitled staff. Treats customers like an inconvenience. Called me a thief and a fraud by saying that he didn’t trust me, and demanded a physical card after the booking gave a virtual card. Said he believed I was tricking him and would cancel or charge back. Staff called my family a “problem daily” place is run down and poorly maintained. Zero security. Homeless sleep in the parking lot and and literally defecate outside — wipe with socks. Busy insulting paying customers while the hotel falls apart with bugs, deteriorating facilities, old equipment and furniture, clogged sinks and broken toilets. By far the WORST stay this year. I am BEYOND disgusted with this owner and his staff. Paying customers for almost 100$ a night at this dump. Idk why I stayed for 4 days. Never again.

Everything was good. Only feedback is deep clean the pool and maintain it with the proper chemicals.

Pictures are a lie. Must have been from when it was first built. The place is literally falling apart. I don’t even think they washed the sheets. It was so noisy because it is right next to the highway that I got no sleep. DO NOT STAY HERE!!

I was in town for two nights. The hotel was just ok for two nights. It was convenient where i needed to be so it worked. The room was clean, ac worked, staff was friendly. Breakfast was your typical hotel breakfast. It was fulfilling. The hotel just seemed backwards, hard to explain. Maybe it was the layout. I'm rarely in this area but it would be doable again if i needed to be in this area.

Every thing was good, but we were surprised that for a four day stay, we received 2 new towels when requested. The food was satisfying and plentiful. Loved the Texas shaped waffles. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Did not like the stay. No cleanliness. Rooms are smelling. Walkways are bad.

The breakfast was also very disappointing — the coffee and juices were extremely watered down and lacked any flavor. Additionally, the back door of the hotel was always left open. The key access was not working, meaning anyone could enter without a key, which felt very unsafe. Unfortunately, I would not stay here again and definitely do not recommend this hotel.

Con: door looked like it had been kicked open previously. Also vending machine had a big hole in it like someone cut a hole to steal the money.

There were roaches climbing the walls and on the baled the first room they put me in then they put me in another room and I requested to speak to the manager and she said he isn't coming. Like the worst stay in my life. Do not advise

Air Unit not work correctly stayed at 44* and front door looked like someone had tried to break in to unit.

Also breakfast was lacking... there was no milk available for the cereal, when they were asked for it, it was brought out by the young front desk clerk who was upset because "the other person was supposed to bring it out"; milk was hot & tasted bad like it had been left out of refrigeration for awhile.

Outside around the side is some sort of issue where its a safety hazard, especially in the dark. Large hole haphazardly covered with a couple pavers and a 2x12. VERY DANGEROUS. Otherwise, great staff... extremely spacious and clean rooms, comfortable beds, and quiet environment. Large double windows gave it such a welcoming feel. Clean interior, well stocked, but definitely average breakfast. Great stay. Just need a contractor to deal with outside before they have a guest seriously hurt.

the inside pool was what made us choose the hotel and my kids enjoyed there self so its 5 stars to me

There were cockroaches, young ones. And we’re not wimps, we’re from Florida where palmettos live. Sheets had hair, we were all equally grossed out but service was great.

I loved the front desk lady Esther. She helped me so much to change my room type and didn’t want to end her shift until I got checked in. Thank you so much for calling me to make sure I kept my room. I will definitely stay again.

Not bad but nothing to recommend

The comforter had previously had something orange spilled on it and was still crusty. Thankfully there were 2 beds in the room. The curtains had stains and a large hole in them with a hair tie and tape hanging from it. The bed was not comfortable and got minimal sleep both nights. The first morning was going to take my coffee to go and this was the lids. The top lid had dust caked on like theyd been there a while and the second lid had a hair on it.

When we arrived the room was very hot, we did report to front desk clerk the next morning. Tried to give the ac a chance to cool the room . The second night it was cooling but still not comfortable. The 3rd night we were moved to a different room due to AC at all.

There were stains on the bedding and shower curtain. Breakfast was not good and we had to wait 20 minutes to get eggs and sausage, it was all gone when we arrived. I wouldn’t recommend it. There’s better hotels in the same area.

Rooms are always super clean and hotel always well maintained.. the only thing this time was there was some damage to doors and made it look unkept.. i have never had a room like that when i have stayed here. Yet because i enjoy the stay here i did not complain. I was there to be with my brother being in the hospital and thats all that mattered. Hope they can fix that.. but will stay there again with no problem.. thanks for all you do.

First room we was hot and smelled like old dampness. When we turn on the littles there was a lot of mold on the curtains, drapes, lampshades and a unit. Just mold everywhere. Second room also just not as bad as the first one. The attendant was taken pictures of me id and credit card, not sure if that is standard procedure.

This place was terrible. Stayed here with my family and we got covered in bed bug bites and not just a few. Told the manager and was told there was nothing she could do. We spent the rest of our vacation covered in welps and scratching our skin off.

If you need a place to stay for a night this hotel will do the job. The rooms are loud due to being so close to the freeway but this is to be expected. The rooms are average sized however the handicap accessible room was nicely oversized. The floors and carpets were sticky so bring your slippers. The hallways are dark and feel uncomfortable, especially if you are a woman traveling by yourself. One thing to note is that you have to go down the service road a mile or so to U turn around to the main street that is just a couple of blocks away.

The hotel is too close to the highway and couldn't sleep, because of the highway noise. For some reason there were easily 20 tour buses parked all around the hotel taking up most of the parking spots, even though the hotel was empty. The bus drivers were also hanging out in the parking lot having little parties and utilizing additional parking spots.

This is the worst place I've ever been. To start I got there almost at 5 pm, got my room and a guy was still working on defrosting the mini fridge. He said he was almost done and i guess he expected for me to wait until he was done but I asked if there were another available room, they gave me another one and as soon as me and son took off our shoes we completely soaked our socks, the carpet from on one side of the room was completely wet and I don't even want to know where the water was coming from. I go to the front desk and the lady called the same guy that was at the first room and he said first room was ready and was the only available. I asked if everything was okay with the fridge because I really needed to use it and he said yes. Fridge was still dirty and not working. At that point I was so frustrated, and tired from my trip that I just stayed in that room. Room is really old and needs a lot of work and renovation. On top of everything there were two guys knocking and calling someone at 3 in the morning in the room in front of mine and woke up my son and he got very scared , I tried to look what was going on throughout the door pick hole but even the thing is in bad condition that you can't see anything clear. Breakfast, not even coffe was good. I paid over two hundred for just one night so i was expecting something a little bit better.

Our room was hot and the noise from I 10 was palpable. The housekeeping service was inconsistent at best. Came back to hotel one night with no linens on beds. Had to exchange access card to room every day. Bed mattress was very uncomfortable. However, staff was friendly and tried to accommodate.

While this hotel have the amenities I was looking for, the curtains were dirty and torn. The furniture were the fridge is at was in bad shape. But overall it was all functional. I have paid less for better rooms.

They gave us a room that they didn’t bother to clean, there was trash everywhere from the previous gest, there was not even hand soap or toiletries, there was used soap in the bathtub. The sheets were dirty and the room overall smelled nasty. The desk was dirty from food and grease. We stayed because it was after midnight and no other options.

The room did not match what was advertised online. The housekeeping staff came into our room AFTER we said we didn’t need anything and didn’t knock. The bathroom was dirty and the toilet barely flushed.

Was disappointed regarding the breakfast area each morning.Tables were dirty when we walked in every mirning.. No juice all 3 days. Out of forks one day. No room service unless you asked for it. Staff very limited.

Dirty amenities. I booked through hotels.com for 2 nights stay this past weekend. Amenities were dirty. Found a cockroach in our room. Ended up checking out after the first night and was told my refund request will be processed only if hotels.com reached out. I contacted hotels.com for a refund request only to be informed that this hotel refused it. Definitely not an accommodating hotel

Very good price place

We had a great stay. The hotel was in a great location. It felt safe. We were in the area of everything we wanted to do. It was clean and comfortable. We had all the amenities we needed. I would stay here again.

Staff was friendly and was able to accommodate our truck and trailer within proximity of our room as requested. Very safe area, well lit at night. Room was clean but needs to some renovations. Doors were old and hard to close. Towels were very small and hard. Overall it was a nice stay for a passing thru hotel.

Broken elevator, unsafe parking.

Staff was nice. Older hotel with large stains on the carpet in the hall ways. The showers never get really hot. Will not clean your room unless you stay seven days and then only once during that stay. You have to bag your own garbage and place it in the hallway.

Checked in late, and they were accommodating. The showers was gross and unusable. The AC fan did not work, so no air flow at all, forget that it wasn’t even cold. We should have slept in the car. (It was that bad).

I had to get a new Key card for my door every time I left the room.

The hotel was definitely not in as good of condition as we thought it would be. When walking through the hallway, many of the doors going into the rooms were damaged on the bottom. The door in our room going into the bathroom was very damaged at the bottom, almost like something had chewed it up or something. The bathroom felt a little unclean but it was nothing major. The towels were very rough. However, the bed was pretty comfy, the TV was fine, and the service was good. Overall, it was a fine hotel for us to just have a place to sleep for an overnight trip but if you’re expecting something that is good quality, this may be a miss.

The Comfort Inn was very nice and clean. The bed was comfortable and they put a xtra blanket on our bed and I was glad they did because my husband is cold nature. Also they are pet friendly and my 4lb Yorkie, Rylie enjoyed sleeping with us and the lady at the desk thought he was cute. Staff very friendly.

Booked two rooms with family to go to a Spurs game. The hotel was clean and maintained. About 5 minutes away from the AT&T Center. Easy access from freeway. Beds were comfortable and handicap accessible (requested). Breakfast was decent. They had blueberry waffles! I have never seen that at any other hotel. The front desk staff was friendly. My only complaint: the indoor pool is not a heated pool, so the water was cold. But it was clean. I’m sure it would be nice during the summer.

The employees who work at this hotel are super friendly and helpful. I didn't have any issues except that our sink was cracked so my husband let the receptionist know as soon as we checked in. We just wanted to make sure we weren't charged for the damage and we weren't. The breakfast has a lot of good options and the checkout process was very quick and easy. There's not much around the hotel, like shop or places to eat, but honestly, since the service was so wonderful, I would consider staying here again. The room needed some touch ups (photos attached) but that's it. Thanks for a great stay!

I was firm and unwavering about the room being unacceptable. Even though they wanted us to try it for one night, then they would change our room the next day if we were still unhappy. We had a problem and they came up with an acceptable solution. Don’t settle for something if your not happy with it!!! Your paying your money for certain level of satisfaction!!!

What I didn’t like was the address popped up differently than the location. The front desk person had no knowledge regarding the gym hours. I asked the front desk lady what time the gym closed and she said 10pm and it opened at 8am. The next morning my husband told me the gym hours were 5am to 11pm! When I tried to initially open my room the cards did not work so I had to go all the way back down to front desk to make sure they were activated again. Last the bathroom tub flooded while taking a shower and took forever to drain. I will never stay here again or at any Comfort Inn at that due to very poor service and conditions of the hotel.

Better than usual breakfast, it felt good to be sort of normal, and not have everyone dressed like we were doing a Moon Walk, with plastic shields, masks and hands in gloves. People who are afaid of Covid need to stay out of public places.. The rest of us who had it or aren't fearful ought to be going back to seeing people smile. We loved it.

easy acces to interstate , quite location, friendly staff

The exterior door (around the back side) is rusted and the keycards don’t open it. We were not told about this after we checked in so we parked near it and tried fruitlessly to get in that way. Midway through our stay our key cards both just randomly deactivated and turned “red” when attempting to open the door. Half the time the front desk was left unattended. Overall just a lot of little things that left us feeling disappointed. On the positive side, the room was clean and I wasn’t worried about bugs or anything like that. The breakfast was well stocked and attended.

Room was very run down and not maintained clean. Door to restroom didn’t lock at all being that door knob was broken. Chips were on the floor we we arrived. Very disappointed with the upkeep of this hotel.

The breakfast team could use some help especially if you know there's a big crowd staying there... no eggs, no waffle mix, few sausages... staff was great... just felt like they were understaffed and food wasn't ready for a while... but besides that, everyone was super friendly

I was given the wrong room type. When brought to the attention of the front desk clerk, I was told the photo was incorrect and that the king suite I was supposed to have was a handi-accessible room...at one point I was told the room was only available at another one of their locations. Needless to say I was going to bring it up again...but they were dealing with water flooding the first floor. After another visit to the front desk, the following day, the manager admitted the mistake and I was given a refund for the difference.
