Easy access to the property, easy to find, plenty of parking, check-in was a breeze, we had a queen, size bed, kitchenette, and bathroom, it was roomy large closet. We didn’t use them, but there was silverware pots and pans a stove, a microwave a dishwasher.

Room was clean. Staff was very helpful. Kitchen was well stopped. Parking was convenient. Only thing missing would’ve been nice to have a hairdryer in the bathroom.

The hotel upon walking in had a smell. The elevator and the hallways were hot and smelly. The room was clean and no smell. Staff was welcoming.

The rooms were nice, clean and spacious. The second room that we used, unfortunately the hot water was hard to get on the first night; then later the toilet was a problem not flushing fullly. The front office did help quickly the next morning and gave us another room the second day.

I was most impressed by reception staff they all went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable through kindness and professionalism . I always prefer hard flooring as oppose to carpet in rooms.

Every employee was very kind and helpful. The room was clean and they fixed the light that started going out while i was there immediately.

Location, staff , facilities every was perfect. Clean modern rooms and fantastic facilities. Would definitely stay again. Close to river walk $8 in uber . 5star stay Nothing!!

Staff were nice but internet was difficult to connect to and spotty. TV from next room could be heard in my room as could hall way noise.

The beds were nice the location was not hard to get to and there are things located close by. But we saw one too many roaches in both of the rooms we paid for. For a place that has kitchenette’s seeing cockroaches is a little concerning

Nice Place but was disappointed with the restroom it was dirty and seemed like it was not cleaned. Water was in the tub and the tub was stained with grease . The restroom floor was stained and dirty .

Customer Service was perfect. However, I never realized how much I depend on a tv for a news source until we didn’t have one on this trip. Ask for a room that does not have a Vizio tv.

It was a great stay! My husband and I loved it. The beds and pillows are really comfortable. Their comforters are really warm. We loved being able to make our own food and have our own tiny kitchen. There were no obnoxious neighbors. The cleaning lady knocked once to check if we needed anything. The staff was polite. Will definitely stay here again!

I have stayed here every time I visit San Antonio and I have never had a complaints! The staff is friendly and the rooms are always clean!

The Matress was really comfy and the pillows too, the pool was clean, the floor was a little dirty and they don’t make our beds or clean overall we don’t get clean towels either,,

I was worried about staying here since there really isn't anything close by. Check-in was fine. The hallway on the 2nd floor smelled funny, but our room was clean with no odor. A/C worked fine. No complaints at all.

Great bed, full kitchen, large room, 4 blocks from riverwalk then 30 minutes to Alamo and main riverwalk area. Quiet. Great wifi in hall and downstairs. Limited to no wifi in 4th floor room for entire week. If you need wifi, check actual service before room assignment. Every day front desk said no one else complained, but people we talked to had limited service also. In spite of this would stay again.

Not terrible but our room stank and they said they would clean it and never did. Couldn’t place the smell and had to keep the window open the entire time. Hot tub out of order and pool dirty and cold. Area around the hotel has very little dining and no bars or entertainment. Homeless encampment across the road from the hotel. Not a safe area to walk after dark.

Really disappointed with the stay here. To start AC wasn’t working and told no more rooms move(then magically found one after she saw herself ac not working after some hours but told I can move but can’t watch tv and no curtains), then not enough toilet paper, no chair (when asked for a chair for the desk told by front manager she doesn’t know where those are),main coffee machine stopped working next day and not fixed for entire trip, bed unstable as one of the legs of the bed was damaged ( they took some cardboard coasters and put under it. Now, seeing additional charge after leaving to my card for additional night(card was charged at check in for entire stay), waiting to see what happens. Chris the general manager seems helpful but still waiting to see the outcome.

Our room was clean, comfortable and well stocked. We stayed 2 nights and were very pleased with the hotel.

This is not a Candlewood suites but an extended stay. You dont get housekeeping AT ALL unless you stay 7 days. No staff on site at all hardly and they do not care about the guests at all.

Upon entering, there was a police car at the beginning of the property. While I admire the safety precaution, it's presence made me feel as though we were not in a safe area. There were many stains on the bed frames.

When we got there, there were people doing drive in the parking lot. We went into the lobby, and there wasn’t anyone there to check us in. We waited 15 minutes and someone finally showed up. The room was dirty and dusty.

They have it listed on hotels.com that there’s breakfast which is one of the main reasons I picked this place since there’s not restaurants in area. Really pissed me off. If breakfast is not included they really need to adjust the price could’ve save $100 staying next door that’s why I’m rating it so low. Oh and it’s $81 for your dogs

Great experience! We stayed in a suite and the room was beautiful and comfortable! We took an Uber to downtown San Antonio and enjoyed a nice walk back. The front desk staff were great! We were traveling from west to east coast and this was the best place we stayed!

The property was sufficiently distant from downtown that traffic wasn't a big issue. There were limited dining options nearby, although the unit did include a mini-kitchen and there was an HEB a short drive away. Staff unfailingly friendly. Well-stocked shop. Good-sized unit.

The room was excellent, it was newly renovated, very comfortable with a kitchenette.

I turned on the light upon entering my room and roaches scattered in the kitchen area. I immediately went back to the front desk and asked for another room on another floor. This was done, but not one word of apology was uttered for the filth or the inconvenience. Never ever again. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I was also told I couldn't use the hot tub outside because it was "too cold". I was surprised that I wasn't allowed to make my own decisions of when to use a working amenity I'm paying for. The kitchenette was helpful and the location was close enough to downtown and the highway but I think the building needs some updates overall.

The whole thing was great. We had free parking. But the rooms don’t get cleaned every day and u have to go get new towels everyday or go dry them at there laundry. We only stayed 2 days so not a big issues but it was just strange

If I had been a lone woman pulling up at night, I don't know if I would have felt comfortable getting out of my car. Interior of hotel was very nice.

The hotel was overpriced. Jacob the front desk clerk, was slightly rude. Bathroom door would not latch in room 403. The tv remote would not work, called the front desk for them to say that he would send a technician up. Only to wait 3 hours and bring it down and get it switched out.

Run down, dirty, bad location (very inconvenient ... de-militarized ... staff terrifed after dark), hot tub doesn't work and was used as a toilet for an infant and toddler (staff didn't care), shower barely works, very loud (people, traffic, trains), no breakfast, wouldn't stay there again

Staff was so friendly and helpful when our room key got stuck. It was close to many things yet safe and super clean.

Ms. Eli, Ms. Janea, and Jacob, in the office, were all so great! All the staff were very friendly. Loved the free laundry room and coffee! We stayed on the 4th floor for 5 nights. Not once did we hear other guests in the hallway. Very quiet and clean hotel! We’ll definitely come back!

Generally unpleasant smell throughout the hotel. Dirty dishes left in the dish washer. Card readers throughout the building barely worked.

This hotel is nothing like the photos!!! It is right off the highway where there are multiple homeless camps under the bridges. They have two security guards at night because the crime is so bad in the area. The guards let you in and out of the building after dark for your safety he said. The lobby was very musky and dirty! The front lady was nice at first when we checked in. We went up to the rooms to see bugs everywhere!! Bugs on the beds and on the furniture! There was a thick sticky liquid dripping from the roof onto the table. The furniture was ripped torn and disgusting! The bathroom was not cleaned and there was food in the fridge! We went back down to the front desk lady for her to act like this happens all the time and just dismissed us asking if we would like another room or leave. She didn’t take us seriously until I showed the photos. We had booked two rooms for 7 nights. We left and found another hotel at midnight. Please do not book this hotel especially with children.

Liked how friendly staff was.. all of them night shift and day shift. Loved how quickly they put towels out for kids when they were in the pool. Only thing I didn’t like is that they don’t service rooms on a daily basis. But other than that my kids loved it and if they say it was good then it was good. I would recommend this hotel 👍

This location is only 2 miles from the riverwalk and a good price. The place was clean and the staff were great! The only reason for the 4 star is because the building had some cosmetic issues outside and the dog area was unkept.

Room was supposed to be for two people. Obviously, not. Even the supposedly queen bed felt small compared to our queen at home. If you can find or afford better, go for that. For a budget grab, it fits.

Pretty good hotel overall. They are working to update the carpet and such. The room was clean and reasonably quiet. While the service was friendly, they really need to work on the WiFi. I had to use my phone hotspot frequently. The WiFi was completely unusable on the 4th floor and better though still unreliable on the 3rd.

The room was wonderful, didn’t like I had fleas in my room

Room was a great size. The chair in the living room was very old and had holes and tears. The shower had little water pressure and the shower head needs to be replaced. The bed was ver comfortable. The noise level was not great. The people upstairs were bouncing on the floor all night and when we called the front desk at 1128 we were told there wasn’t much they could do but ask them to stop until after midnight. It went on all night we didn’t get much sleep.

Room was a total flop house. The pleather furniture was so ripped up they had put a blanket over the chair. But other diet I tire was also ripped. I literally walked in the room and walked out. Disgusting.

My husband and I had the best sleep ever. The room was wonderful and the views of the San Antonio downtown at night were beautiful. We were also close to everything. Free parking right by the front door was great! We will definitely stay there again.

We were there for one night and had two rooms. Other then not getting the rooms next to each other(the hotel did its best). It was a very comfortable stay. My daughters loved it.
