Beds were very comfortable staff was nice. I think investing in some smell good would really help this place out. Breakfast was great and kitchen staff was nice

My family experienced multiple serious safety and professionalism failures during our stay, and the way management handled it was unacceptable. First incident: The front desk gave my husband and 8‑year‑old son a key to a room that was already occupied. They walked in on a woman who was undressed because staff “didn’t have her down” since she hadn’t paid. This is a major breach of privacy, safety, and basic hotel procedure. Second incident: Later, my son cut his foot on a piece of metal sticking out of the pool ladder. I was in the pool with him, but the manager implied I should have been “watching better,” as if I’m supposed to inspect underwater hazards the hotel failed to maintain. The cut was deep, bleeding heavily, and a chunk of skin is missing. The hotel had no first aid kit, and strangers—not staff—helped me stop the bleeding. When I confronted management about these issues, Addie Campos, the manager, did not apologize, did not offer help, and instead told me that if I didn’t like the service, I should leave and not come back. That level of dismissiveness and lack of accountability is shocking. This hotel is unsafe, poorly managed, and completely unprepared to handle even basic guest safety. Families deserve better than this level of negligence.

When we arrived, they had over booked and didnt have a room available for us. Desk clerk had to call the manager and we ended up with a room but it was nothing like the pictures. It was outdated, dirty and had someone else's food in the fridge from the previous stay. The breakfast wasn't good at all and all of the carpets were gross. Do not recommend.

I stayed on the 3rd floor, it smelled weird. I saw 2 small roaches in the room. Breakfast was good

The hotel was clean, the breakfast was hot and fresh. Plenty of room to park . The pool area was kept clean and plenty of towels.

Only problem was that the top sheet on the bed was stained everything else was excellent

The room was very clean and plenty of room for everyone. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful and very friendly and polite. I would definitely recommend anyone staying here everyone there at best. Western was very courteous, polite, and very helpful to me and my family.

With no one staying there, could they have not cleaned the room that was needed? I checked out at 4:45 am. With maybe four more cars in the lot. Very disappointed in Best Western for putting their name associated with this property.

Yes the breakfast was awesome we enjoyed it.But my room door was already open and seems like some was in there because it was used cups on the counter but I checked my room for safety It was a great room a lil noisy at times but we was in a great area of town and lose to my destination.I loved the room overall and the pool was indoor so that was an amazing awesome day.

The room carpet was dirty my son’s allergies flared up. The hallway to the room was smelly.

Additionally, the breakfast area is small so if it’s crowded at all, don’t expect to be able to get a table to sit down with your family.

Room was dirty, didn’t get cleaned daily, closet rack to hang clothing was backwards and couldn’t use it to hang our clothes. I asked for a luggage rack to hang our clothes. When we got back to the room all of our clothing was spread out on bed and they took the luggage rack. Window blind didn’t work. Everything was reported since first day and was told it will get fixed and they never fixed anything.

The rooms feel very outdated. The carpet looks old and worn, and the bathrooms are also very old. I don’t necessarily think the hotel is dirty, but because everything is so outdated it gives that impression. The rooms and bathrooms definitely need renovations. The best part of the stay was the breakfast. It was delicious.

Pubic hair all in tub & black stuff on one bed. 2nd day room Dianne get cleaned has to go down to guest services to get it cleaned with towels & wash rags 3 day. The hotel was under some construction as well. Not a place I'd ever stay again!!!!!

They didnt have hot water pretty much the entire time we stayed there. We booked for 8 days so we didnt really have a choice. They also for sure had bed bugs considering I got bit. I recognize the pattern. Took precautions to not bring them home.

I chose this Hotel because I thought it would be a nice stay and close to where I needed to be. I arrived after driving over 21hrs. And just wanted to relax in my room that was booked. I took the elevator and it needs serviced badly. It sounds broken or like it’s about to snap. It did see that there certificate expires on December 5,2025 I did not feel safe taking it. Hopefully someone gets this taken care of because safety issue. Room and the comforter was dirty with brown spots all over it. The people above my room had children that would not stop running around whatsoever. So I went to the front desk and asked if I could be moved the women said there was nothing she could do because I paid more for that room. I told her I’d like a different room and she said there was nothing she could do about the price and put me into another room. The ceiling was leaking water all over the bathroom. And was ready to fall through. I noticed also with this room the room was not cleaned properly. Looked dirty. So again I had to go back downstairs and ask for another room. The next room I was given was better than the first two but the toilet was not cleaned. And again the spots on sheets and comforters is unsettling. I paid for 3 nights and only stayed two. Room was hot!! Sauna hot as the a/c was off when you knew you had a family coming from over 5 hours away, there were roaches crawling on the walls and a pungent smell in the hallways of rotten something. When the issue is brought up to the front desk they dismiss it like it’s not a big deal. Horrible customer service. Would not recommend at all!

There's a funky smell when you walk into the hotel. The hotel was removing old mattresses, tvs and chairs and the waiting area and halls were with boxes. The room had a weird humid smell to it. Our covers even thought they were clean had yellowish stains on them, one had a red dot about the size of a nickle. The pull out couch mattress was DISGUSTING full of stains, flat and old. Our door would close but towards the bottom to the side you could see inside/outside the room like the door isnt leveled correctly. There was a hole on the wall too.

They moved us to the fourth floor where it smelled of paint, didn’t get Wi-Fi, and the entire floor had no AC and was 100 degrees. We sat in a room blasting the ac for over an hour to get cooled down. We then tried to pack up and leave and our car was literally full of ants. The entire property has so many ants if you stand anywhere they are crawling up your legs. The owner just said he wasn’t responsible because we had food in our car (we are traveling and had chips in the middle). We went over 1400 miles with no issues and didn’t bring ants. They have an infestation, want to save money on AC so leave an entire floor hot and told us they can’t be responsible for knowing which rooms to cool. Probably one of the worst places I have ever stayed, mostly because of the lack of care from staff to ensure a good property.

We had a room with 2 queen beds one of them to the window side the frame is broken!!! The pool water was not clear I couldn't see the bottom of the pool. Hot tub wouldn't there either.

Mold in the shower. Television did not work. Gave a handicap room with 1 bed I booked suite with 2 beds. Refusing to give refund due to MOLD says it’s against hotel policy

Mold in the shower. Television did not work. Gave a handicap room with 1 bed I booked suite with 2 beds. Refusing to give refund due to MOLD says it’s against hotel policy

The hotel was at a perfect location from SeaWorld and has stores near by , looking at the reviews I shouldn’t listen to the negative ones . We stayed Friday - checked out Sunday . From start it was horrible , none of the sheets were cleaned all stained , dirty and dusty we called the front desk with no answer so I went downstairs to see if I could get another room , I was told no so I had to change all the bedsheets for all 2 beds and sofa bed plus all pillow cases . Then when using the bathroom the floors were disgusting and dirt all over and a roach on the tub . To top it off it smelled so bad like mariguana and there was very loud people . Both nights NO SLEEEEP !!! The front desk didn’t do anything to help with ANYTHING’ ! never again , and no refund because of their policy . Save yourself the trouble .

I did like that it had a pullout couch, but it was not very comfortable, but we did need the extra bed. There was a bit of a bug problem. I’m not sure what kind of bug it was, but they were small and black and would typically be in the bathroom in the morning and sometimes be on the wall by the TV.

The bed skirt was visibly dirty.. stains everywhere like someone dropped something and no one thought to wash it. Everything else was pretty decent.

I never bother to do “reviews”. However, this is something that should be known. The sleeper sofa was filthy, stained, and reeked of urine. I went to the front desk to see what could be done. I told the “gentleman” at the front desk about the condition of the sleeper sofa. He simply shrugged his shoulders and said there’s nothing he can do to make it right, other than provide a cot for an additional fee. I really had no other option other than to pay. Additionally, on the second night , the numerous guests in the room next to ours extremely loud and my children were being woken up by the noise and people trying to get into our room. They’re normally heavy sleepers, so this was above and beyond normal noises of people coming and going. I attempted to phone the front desk but no one answered. And finally, the room was advertised as 2 queen beds and a sofa sleeper. The beds were definitely smaller than queen size. Overall it was a bad experience. And I normally don’t like to complain but this was BS.

Very clean and loved family environment

Not good at all. Bed linen dirty with some red spots. Blood spots on the wall that I brought to the front desk attentions and didn’t care. I also told the the room was dirty.

We stayed here for 4 nights and everything was pretty great. The only issue we had was the bed frame had 2 metal pieces that extended out on both sides of the bed that were covered by the bed skirting. I hit my ankle 2 twice and had a 1.5" gash on my ankle, my daughter also hit it, though it hurt her it did cut her. So be aware!!

Elevator is not safe. Breakfast had moldy bread. Area very unsafe. Avoid at all costs.

First the hotel was hot it took 4 hours for the room to get cold. The restroom was dirty. Around the tube was all cracked . The water in the tube didnt go down. The carpet was all dirty like they never cleaned it. The bed covers had stains

We had to book a room last minute and wanted 1 with a bar so we weren't driving around. While there is no bar at this hotel, there is a nice sportsbar in the parking lot. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Front desk was nice and helpful. I would recommend this hotel.

Only complaint is that outside of our room, they had the a/c off and it was hot and humid. But friendly staff, clean room, my family enjoyed the pool. Would stay again.

The room had some dirty spots around outlets and on fridge/its stand. There was some hair in shower and on shower walls.

This hotel is dirty with lots of random wondering men in the parking lot and surrounding property. The carpet in the rooms are sticky and stained. I would not stay here again.

The property was very convenient to shopping and restaurants. Loved the swimming pool.

Everything was ok except one of the beds was broken. It dipped really bad in the middle to wear it was hard to sleep. The other one was great. Sad because we have stayed there a few times and this time wasn’t the best.

The service was great. We were greeted everytime we walked in or out. The condition of the hotel is horrible. Majority of the tikes in the bathroom were lose. Drawers were nasty. It looked as if the tvs were just replaced (assuming since we saw a ton of tv boxes) the living room tv picture was horrible. The hotel is so run down it makes it feel dirty inside.

We were in the area for a Airforce basic training event so it was a very convenient location. The room was sufficient but smaller than expected. The bathroom needs updating. There was a missing tile and loose tiles with grout missing. Considering most hotels have gone to crap, this one was pretty decent

The hotel is kinda old need little renovation. Carpets had little smile maybe they need to wash it often. Breakfast is good but we stay 5 days and they serve was same for the whole week. maybe they need to serve with different food. But hotel is quiet and safe. big parking space.

The bed was so comfy! All we did was sleep there so the bed being comfortable was great!

The lobby and common areas were nice but the rest of the hotel was trashy. Room 307 had broken tile in the bathroom, the tv was broken and the hair dryer didnt work. When we walked into the room for the first time the temperature was easily 85° so it took several hours for the room to cool off to a decent temperature. Lastly, since we reserved a suite for 6 people, we assumed there would be accommodations for 6 people. Upon arrival there were only 4 towels etc. and we practically had to beg for the bedding we needed for the sofa bed as it was not already in the room. We were told there were NO pillows available for that bed and that we had to come down and get the sheets (no blanket either) for the sofa bed ourselves. Overall, a disappointing stay for the money.

This was the best room I’ve ever stayed in in any hotel. Even other Best Westerns! I will definitely be staying here again Best Westerns are usually a cut above other hotels but this one is head and shoulders above any hotel I’ve stayed at. There is a really nice one in Waxahachie Tx but this one was better.

The bathtub looked like it hadn’t been cleaned & the water in the sink/shower didn’t work for the first two hours we were there. 410 was REALLY noisy.

The hotel was absolutely horrible!! The a/c was off, the room was filthy, and we found dead bugs in the room (inside of the refrigerator too). We asked to be moved to a new room that was clean and the second room was just as dirty. When asking the front desk if they had any clean rooms the reply was that she didn’t clean the rooms so how would she know. Absolutely rude and unprofessional. The hotel agreed to cancel reservation and issue the full refund so we checked out and rebooked a new location. Now the hotel is refusing to honor their refund. It was the dang owner of the property on-site that moved me to the second dirty room then agreed to the refund. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

I was very disappointed with this property. I feel that I had been Catfished. The Safety chain was broken on the door. The room was dirty, (dead insects on the A.C. unit, frozen food stuck inside the freezer, bathtub area dirt around the wall base area, phone and lamp extremely dusty, and the list continues). To top this all, I found out this was a handicap accessible room. I went to the front desk to ask for another room or to have that one cleaned. The clerk stated she couldn't leave the front desk to clean and that there was no one else available to do so, nor was there any other room available. I left looking for another hotel to switch to in the area but they were all booked for the size I needed. I had to go to WalMart to BUY MY OWN CLEANING SUPPLIES AND CLEAN THE ROOM. I TOOK PICTURES of everything I found. In addition to that many shady looking people were lingering around outside the front area. The day of my checkout the manager was there I spoke with her about my findings and forwarded her the pictures I had taken. This is the worse experience I have had with any hotel and they charged me $120 a night (not including tax and other fees they add). This felt more like one of those seedy hotels that cost $50 a night. This hotel deserves a half a star rating.The sad thing is I've stayed in a Best Western Premium in the past and it was wonderful. That's why took a chance with this hotel. When I'm looking for a hotel in the future I will avoid SureStay Plus Hotels.

On the second day we extended the hotel stay by one day. At that time we requested housekeeping service. They stated that we could a mid stay cleaning but not a whole room cleaning. That was fine but then no one ever came to do that. We told them we needed trash removed and clean towels. We were then told we could find trash receptacles in the hallway. Later they brought us towels and toiletries. Ridiculously poor service. I have never had to tote my hotel room trash down the hallway to a trash can before.
