We had a wonderful time here.. The hotel is charming and clean. The staff members are extremely helpful and nice! Super comfy beds. We had booked 2 rooms with a mountain view, it was worth paying just a little bit more to see the beauty outside.. I must admit that the walls aren't very thick, especially if there are loud children next door.. other than that, everything was really good. Thank you for making our stay pleasant!

A more extensive buffet would be appreciated, featuring fresh fruits and vegetables for a healthier start of the day. The addition of boiled eggs, a variety of cheeses, and some hot dishes would elevate the breakfast experience. Options such as sausages, baked beans, smoked salmon, or even a simple hot oatmeal would cater to a wider range of tastes and preferences. To be honest, we didn't find the current breakfast enjoyable at all. It lacked variety and freshness, which led us to skip it entirely one morning and seek out alternatives elsewhere.

Very friendly staff. The staff provided great recommendations to visit the Natural Park, SuperBagneres ski are, the Luchon Thermes and restaurant options. The room was very clean and comfortable. Great breakfast and great value. Parking on site.
