Beautiful property and rooms. Everything was super clean and it was in a great location. Sophie the host was so kind and helpful and made the most amazing pancakes for breakfast. We had a wonderful stay, highly recommend!

This is a beautiful property in a very quiet location. The room was very spacious and thoughtfully furnished. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. The shower was heavenly. Breakfast was excellent. The proprietress, Anne-Sophie, was very warm and welcoming, and made me feel at home here.

What a beautiful property and well appointed room in the lovingly restored historic building. The owner operators have invested time and serious money in developing something truly wonderful for us to enjoy. Large sized rooms, king beds, fantastic linens and pillows followed by a beautiful organic breakfast. Highly recommend. An easy walk into town. Not a single thing not to like! Wonderful experience.

The house has been beautifully renovated to a fabulous standard . Our room was large, very clean and tastefully decorated . The bed was cloud like comfort and the linen good quality . The owner, Anne-Sophie, was extremely friendly and helpful. The building has been beautifully redecorated. The breakfast was good. The room we were given was huge and the bed was comfortable. All good.

Authentic villa renovated with passion and style. Very amicable host, helpful and competent. Excellent breakfast, very clean and spacious rooms, comfortable bed and high quality linen. Common area including a kitchen is huge and very welcoming, outside seating is a plus. Good restaurants close by, the host can get you a table, even on a busy night. Finally, secure and free parking. Refreshing to see such a committed family business which was launched just recently. Almost always sold out

This is a beautiful old villa that has been lovingly and tastefully restored. Our room was huge and spotlessly clean, there was parking for our motorbikes at the back in the garden, and we were welcomed with a cold beer on arrival. It was an easy, flat walk into town, and despite it being a Sunday evening there was a selection of bars open so we could get something to eat and drink. To reduce wastage, just after arrival we were asked to choose what we would like for breakfast from a list provided, there was a good selection and breakfast was delicious and made entirely from organic produce. Nothing.

After hiking some of the GR10 in the Pyrenees, we had the pleasure of staying at Villa du Lys, and it was a truly wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a warm welcome by Anne Sophie, who made us feel right at home. The villa itself is incredible— beautifully maintained, and clearly cherished by Anne Sophie and her family. Their care and attention to detail are evident in every aspect of the place, making for a truly comfortable and enjoyable stay. The breakfast was a highlight, fully organic and absolutely delicious, providing the perfect start to our day. We had no issues at all being English speakers. The location is also excellent, with just a short walk to the main center. Only opened in Aug 2023, we can tell that Villa du Lys is going to be very popular in the future, and we highly recommend booking this B&B!

The host went out of her way to accommodate our party, beautiful hotel with a great breakfast. We were on Motorcycles so the host had a hardstanding area for us to park at the back of the house, very secure and the gates were closed at night. They also said this would be undercover in the future.

Anne-Sophie and her family are the best hosts, and this historic and beautiful property is located close to town. The rooms are lovely and comfortable, and the breakfast is delicious. Would stay here a third time and more!

This place is wonderful! A beautifully restored 140-year-old villa, it’s both lovely and comfortable. Anne-Sophie went above and beyond to accommodate me and my friend on our bike tour. The breakfast was delicious as well. Highly recommend!

The accommodation was clean and was decorated to a high standard, the staff were welcoming at first and the breakfast was lovely, home made. Unfortunately, after we left the accommodation, I recieved a horrible message from the owners, accusing me of stealing their towels and that they were going to charge me 106 Euros!! I later came back to defend myself and they said they would check and come back to me. After several weeks of waiting for their reply they realised they had made a mistake and apologised. But my day of skiing with my daughters was ruined by this bad feeling. Very upsetting and I will not return here to avoid this kind of behaviour. I hope it is not repeated with future guests.
