Everything was excellent!

Breakfast is pretty much nonexistent. They really need to up this offering. But it is a bright and airy hotel

Great fun rooms but just needs a little more cleaning and upkeep.

Nice and clean I have to call you fuss regarding my deposit each time I stay here After several phone calls I finally get a manager to help rectify the issue They charged my room for purchases another guest made They treated me like I was the issue I travel to see family or do business I loved the room but they seem after your money No accommodations for such mistakes either Won’t be going back I stay at the hotel across from yay one now So nice and professional and I get my deposit back in a timely manner

The front desk and staff were friendly and accommodating, given its close to the airport, my family members were able to reserve a free shuttle service. The bar and staff is a great place to have a nice few drinks and they can recommend nearby eats even if the hotel itself does have a kitchen, so they don’t necessarily keep you inside but are more than welcome to recommend. The place is pet friendly as there’s been guests, myself included last year, to have pets in our room. Minor inconvenience would be parking gets full by evening but otherwise tolerable. Not sure where to get laundry pods if by chance we’d want to wash our clothes. Plenty of fast food restaurants and nearby eateries to drive to, as well as convenience/grocery stores so you’re not isolated on your stay Plan to stay again here should I be in the area

Clean, bright, well considered facility! Staff was extremely helpful. The person who greeted us at the desk was welcoming and oh so helpful when she arranged for your driver to pick us up at the airport car rental site- a great stress reliever and time saver! We’re sorry we didn’t get her name but she is great. The shuttle driver was outstanding and very professional! All in all another great experience at the Aloft.

my favorite element is seeing other guests with their dogs; makes it feel like home. Ride to the airport was a nice bonus. Front desk staff were very accommodating.

Nice room and comfortable.

The decor was totally fun. It was modern and whimsical. Our room had furniture and lighting that was interesting compared to other hotels. For example, the wallpaper in the bathroom was entertaining. There was a cute Formica table with an L-shaped "sofa" behind it. The lobby had alcoves and games. The swimming pool looked small and was crowded. I had to turn off the air conditioning because it was too loud., but I have this problem in many hotels I stay in.

This was the strangest configuration of the room and the bathroom area we have ever stayed in. Our daughter was with us and there is no personal area for the shower and the toilet door didn’t close at all. Very strange
