Exceptionally clean and super easy to get to the airport in the morning. The staff was so courteous and the shuttle driver was lovely.

Beautiful property! Nice patio/pool area. Nice spacious room and good breakfast! Was a little further from the airport than I thought it'd be. But a good stay.

Room was comfortable, my only issue was the refrigerator was not working when we arrived. We let maintenance know, and it took several hours before anyone was able to help.

The only suggestion I’d make is to add a few more luggage carts. Both at check in which was late afternoon and check out which was around 5 am there wasn’t any to be found and there didn’t seem to be anyone else checking out leaving the hotel at that time. My son in law drove us on to the airport and then went back to the hotel and someone brought a cart and left outside our room but by then it was too late. Other than that it’s a great place and it’ll be where I stay again if I’m in that area.

The room was completely updated and felt brand new. It was very clean and spacious. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The staff were very friendly. Also, despite the parking lot being full, it was extremely quiet.

It was nice touch to have the personalized welcome on the tv screens. I really like the modern decor and the space in the suite and how clean it was. The bed was a lot more comfortable than the last place we stayed at with no depressions. Really liked it!

We love the Homewood Hilton Brand and this location does not disappoint. The one bedroom suite is perfect for us as I wake up early and can have my coffee while my partner sleeps in the bedroom. The breakfast is great. Wish there was either Raisin Bran or healthy granola cereal but that's not a big deal :) Thanks for everything.

Property is more recently renovated than is shown in photos here. It was a pleasant surprise. The pool and lounge areas were lovely and the breakfast beginning at 6am was perfect to catch before my early flight. Nice easy 10 minute drive to the airport.

Got complimentary bottles of water in our room. Very clean and spacious. Flat TV on an arm so you could see it from different areas of the room. Large fridge in the kitchen area. Comfortable bed and pillows. Slept well.

The room had a strong perfume smell, likely from the use of scented laundry detergents and other cleaning products. This made the stay unpleasant. And the continual hum of traffic noise made it difficult for me to fall also, even wearing earplugs. This property is not exceptional in any regard and the two negatives make it no better than average.

Our room was very clean and perfect for two people and two small dogs. It was a little weird that the bathroom is in the bedroom, especially if someone sleeps on the pull-out sofa, but its not the end of the world. There is a large pool, great bbq area and single hoop basketball area. There's lots of grass around the property to walk dogs and they have a nice pet area near the pool. Everyone was very friendly and the breakfast is outstanding! Definitely the best hotel breakfast I've had!!!

The hotel staff is very friendly and welcoming. Everything is clean and comfortable. The grounds are tidy and well-maintained. It is a pleasure to check in—so much so that you don't want to leave. The breakfast caters to every taste and preference, featuring fresh pastries, a selection of fruits and beverages, as well as hot dishes and snacks. The room is very warm, pleasant, and beautiful. My daughter and I were truly surprised by the level of service, as we had expected far less.

The overall staff and hotel is great and have stayed here before, but this last time they updated their fire alarms and they’re way too sensitive. They would go off every single time someone would shower, even when we tried shower in cold water. It made for a very uncomfortable stay.

The Hotels. Com site said there was a 24 hour shuttle. When we got to the airport at 11pm, I just called the hotel when we got to Baggage claim and they told me where to go outside, told me the color of the van and how long it would take for them to get there. It worked out perfectly. Our room was brand new, lovely, with great pillows. The breakfast was a nice change from the usual, with flour and corn tortillas, a southwest condiment bar and carnitas alongside the regular breakfast fair. It was wonderful

I bookes the hotel because it had a hot tub, but it was broken. We asked if a neighboring property had one for us to use, they said no. I got a text the next day asking how my stay was, I told them of my frustration and they ghosted me and never responded. They next day at breakfast, when 10am rolled around, they, turned the lights off in the food area when a little girl was waiting for her waffle with her mother. They were so worried about cleaning up, they forgot about their guest.mother. It was very rude. Wpuld not stay again. rudetoaboumfruatration

Airport shuttle only runs every 40 minutes and has limited capacity. The only times available to me were too early and too late for my flight. So I had to Uber to the airport at my own expense. Heat in room did not operate. Woke up freezing in the middle of the night. No extra blankets in room and turning up thermostat did nothing. Folded cover in half to double what covered me. All in all very disappointed and will not say at Homewood again.

Rooms? Eh. First room had ants in bathroom which the housekeeper lady tried to gaslight me and tell me it was completely normal. Well! I disagree after paying to stay in a hotel whose responsibility it is to deal with those issues. Anyway. Second room. Extra pillows didn’t appear ‘fresh’. Smoke alarm was missing. Bedside table had some substance on the shelf. Cleanliness could have been much better.

Our room was very clean and appeared to be recently remodeled. Lots of dining options nearby as well as a Safeway for picking up items to cook in the kitchenette.

I love staying here. Its been my 4th year and best choice. I fly in to see my family. I enjoyed the remodel and all the modern amenities. The rooms look amazing. I've always enjoyed breakfast with my family in the dinning room. Cant wait to book my next visit. Oh the 2 bedroom suites are perfect its like an apartment. So spacious. Thetes basketball courts and a swimming pool with jacuzzi. Ive had a birthday party here for my daughter while we were visiting from texas. We used the grills and had a great time. I just lived it here. I will stay in this one or another Hilton suite again. My room heater didn’t work but they accommodated me with a portable heater that worked great. It was home away from home!

The hotel is beautiful, but I found it very disappointing that the bed was motel six quality. Spongy springy crap I slept terrible. Everything else about the property was spot on including the coffee, front staff, and airport shuttle. I stay to sleep so I’m very disappointed .

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location is fabulous — close to everything we wanted to do. Our room was wonderful, more like a small apartment than a typical hotel room, which made it extra comfortable. The breakfast had a good variety and plenty of options, though it would have been even better if the food were served hot or if there was a microwave available in the dining area. Parking was a bit scarce, so that’s something to keep in mind. The front desk staff were very nice and welcoming, though the breakfast crew didn’t seem too happy to be there. Overall, it was a great experience, and I’ll definitely stay here again!

I just stayed 1 night and had a restful stay. Airport shuttle was really a super bonus for me cause I arrived late in the evening and they sent the van right away.

The handicapped accessible room was as far away from the front desk and breakfast as you could get. Not fun when it was raining.

We recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately our experience wasn’t as pleasant as we hoped. The staff was friendly and the location was convenient, but we were disappointed to find a roach and an earwig on the pillow shortly after checking in. It made it difficult to feel comfortable during our stay. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the pest issue, as the property does have potential to offer a much better guest experience.

Our room is very clean and will put together special touches with glasses at kitchen. We didn’t need to use it this time but it’s good to know in the future beds clean comfortable bathroom clean I would stay here again.

I loved this room! My son is in a wheelchair so we got the accessible room. Extra wide doorways, plenty of grab bars near the toilet, and a roll in shower with a seat! He was able to get around independently, and I almost cried! Thanks for having such a great set up! And I LOVED that he could sleep on the pull out sofa while I took the bedroom. It was perfect for us!!

Booked this room because of the parking and shuttle. Shuttle was available but the overnight parking was not due to construction.

The room was dirty it smelled like sewer woke up to bugs in bathroom , kitchen and room asked for a refund they denied it !!!! Even though it was bad . I only stayed there because I have a fight at 4am

Upon arrival greeted with friendly front desk staff, and surprised they had a complimentary dinner on Wed which was perfect after a 9hr drive! The staff all around were nice and attentive. Good air conditioning, extra sheets and a thicker blanket for those who need more warmth, extra towels were made available upon request, breakfast was delicious every day with a variety of choices.

Negatives: The room had a residual smell of marajuana. The AC was clunky so I turned it off at night. The blow dryer had exposed wires.

1st, after I booked the hotel room then I got a text messages saying that the hotel was under construction. Number two I booked a king room and paid for a king room yet when we got there, they gave me a room with two double beds. They said that was the best I could do and that they actually upgraded me which I totally disagree with. I find that Very disingenuous. Not happy at all. Next time I most likely will just go to hotel website instead of hotels.com.

Room was clean but the water never really got hot. I asked the front desk to schedule a shuttle for the following morning and they never did. I called the neighboring hotel that morning since there was no staff at the desk. Luckily there was room.

We needed to stay close to the airport and have transportation to and from. Everything was clean and quiet and made our night enjoyable.

Totally renovated and super modern. Amazing private grounds with huge pool and comfy couches with various outdoor seating. Clean and fresh. Walk to any restaurant you may like. Breakfast was over the top impressive and it was regrettable to have to leave. I can’t imagine anyone having anything negative to say about this place.

There was supposed to be airport pickup and drop off but they didn’t have it when I was there so added another 50 to stay because of uber costs. I picked it because of the proximity and free shuttle.

This place is definitely worth spending the extra money and it wont break the bank. The room and the bathroom walere spacious and clean. The little kitchenette was a nice touch. The first floor and stairwell were under construction but that may be wrapped up soon. I wish there were legit electric vehicle charging stations instead of outdoor outlets that you have to plug your own cord into. Also they should be marked to prevent non electric cars from parking in those spaces.

Room was very clean, staff friendly. The air conditioning was quite cold, a little too cold for me and I couldn’t quite figure out how to make it stay a couple of degrees warmer. But other than that very nice.

We had two rooms and one room was great, it was very clean and comfortable. We could have used some extra toilet paper but that was easily solvable. The problem with our second room was that it was not cleaned from the previous guests. Okay, fine, they got us a different room. But when we returned to that room the next day after being out and about, they had wiped our rooms keys and we couldn’t get in and we were trying to get ready to attend a wedding. They had not kept a record of the room switch, then didn’t quickly resolve the problem, it took 40 minutes before we could get in. This is really poor management in general and poor training of employees. What would have otherwise been a very satisfactory stay was tainted by this unnecessary series of events. And while most of the hotel was very clean, the carpets in the elevators were gross. Doesn’t seem like a huge expense to just replace those small areas.

Megan, our front desk clerk was great! We were several hours late checking in because of delayed flights. Megan was very professional, accommodating and made us laugh!

Good location near airport

Hotel was clean but lot of construction going on and some confusing signage. The front desk was friendly enough. Unfortunately there was a lot of ‘walking’ noises up until midnight, sound insulation seems to be lacking. Breakfast was not as good as the Homewood suites we stayed at in San Diego. Pool was out of commission which was unfortunate, but we were able to use the pool at the hotel next door.

the suite itself was amazing. spacious and clean. however the first floor construction closed every access point, so we had to walk through it anyway to find elevator, disrupting the workers. There was construction mess everywhere (not a full of construction company, but poor planning on hotel. You couldn’t access elevator through lobby so you had to walk around to outside doors, enter even tho it said no entry construction zone, and then tromp through their work. Highly suggest they did first floor half at a time or closed hotel entirely while first floor was being done. Also very noisy.

Staff was great! Breakfast was nice. Wednesday dinner was great. They are almost finished with renovations. Out room was in great shape - and quiet. The black out shades work very well. Free parking :)

I felt unsure about my early morning walk to my car since my room was so far away from the front of the property. Went back to the lobby and talked to Janelle about it so she walked with me to my room and showed me how I would be able to get to my car. So very nice of her!

Unfortunately they were doing construction when we stayed. We were unable to use the pool which was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel over others in the area.

Our room was spacious,comfortable bed and nice size kitchen. My only complaint was the road noise on the odd side numbers of the hotel. My sleep machine solved that.

Hotel was close to the airport and had plenty of restaurants around at walking distance which is a plus when you don’t have a car.We picked this hotel because it has shuttle service to the airport. The room was very nice, spacious and clean.

Shuttle to airport took my Mother first ask how I could get back to hotel. Front desk said call them they would send shuttle driver. They turned the main phone off. Had to take a taxi back to hotel and pay. Ask Front desk why the told me to call when the phone was shut off. Very dishonest!

There was no communication about the condition of the property. There was manor remodeling happening which lead to amenities not being avaliable. It was loud and not peaceful.

The property is nice. Unfortunately it is in the middle of renovations so we could not use the pool. It was quiet and the location was convenient for getting to the airport easily. The water pressure in the shower was not the greatest unless you were using the hand held shower head. Breakfast was ok. Good for an overnight stay.

The towels had a very bad odor was not able to use tried using face towel but they all had a really bad odor.very disappointed with that couldn't take a shower becuase of the orod from the towels

It is under renovation, so be sure to request the 3rd floor, which is beautiful.

We had a suite with a kitchen. I was surprised to find no plates, bowls, glasses or silverware - just some pans and cooking utensils.

Even though there was renovations going on, it did not interfere with our 2day visit. Great room, good food, very hospitable staff. Will visit again.

The lobby was nice. The check in ladies were kind. The room had a nasty odor with obvious stains on the carpet. It was dated and worn. Wall paper was peeling off the walls. The bed was alright no aches when we woke but the left side of the bed was about 12 inches from the dirty draped windows. Big dissappointment.

Room was great and probably more than I needed with full refrigerator and small kitchen. Only downside was construction work on 2nd floor during the nighttime hours and waking me up. Free breakfast was great.

I booked this hotel because it had a pool. No where on the website does it indicate the hotel is under construction and the pool would be out of use. The dishes left in the dishwasher were dirty and there was trash in the primary bedroom.

The rooms were very comfortable and well equipt. The breakfast options were terrific! Over night oats, chia seed pudding, shredded pork, plant based chorizo, oatmeal, waffles, chocolate almond milk = all really really good! Staff was really friendly and helpful. Thank you!

The property has needed updating for some time now. They are currently under construction. The pool area is closed as us the 2nd floor. The breakfast in the morning is very sparse and there are no more evening managers receptions during the week. But the pricing does not reflect all the disadvantages and minimizing. Not worth the $$any more.

Quick stay- staff was nice, lots around and clean.

We have been staying at this hotel for years because they usually offer long term parking and airport shuttles. This last visit we found out they no longer offer long term parking, even though it’s still there on the listing (with some fine print about it being “affected” but not specific). The bathrooms in the lobby were also closed. In our room, we didn’t get a proper comforter on the bed but rather a few sheets and a bed topper that’s usually supposed to go under the sheets. We found an extra blanket in the closet but that and the bed topper were scratchy and uncomfortable. There was also a big gap in the blackout curtains. We used to love this place but considering how it’s more expensive than similar offerings in the area without the added amenities we won’t stay here again!

Staff was friendly and breakfast was good. Pool and hot tub were closed despite the website saying it would be open after February. Beds were comfy. Bathtub backed up when showering due to huge hairball in drain that was pretty nasty. Because of pool and bathtub situation I feel a three star rating is appropriate.

Expedia website stated this hotel had extended parking and airport shuttle. When we arrived, we were told they no longer had the extended parking but did have the airport shuttle. We could not utilize this because we had nowhere to store our car for a week. The hotel area has tons of fast food restaurants but no sit down restaurants or bars. Next time we will call ahead for more information before booking.

We had been travelling in a rental car and had an early flight out the next morning! The hotel offered to pick me up from the rental location in the evening so I did not need that hassle in the morning! Great customer service!

Front Desk clerk was polite & friendly. The room was clean, and it smelt clean & fresh. The bed was comfortable, and I slept well. I needed a shuttle to the airport, and it was on time. I shall stay there again!

There was a couple things that we didn’t like. First, If someone was at the sink/vanity area and someone was trying to use the toilet or shower, every time they opened the door, it would hit you. Second, the shower sliding door had a weak grip or didn’t lock at all so when you tried to shut the door to shower the glass panel would just slide back and half the shower would be open. Third, there was only 1 trash can for the entire place which was in the bathroom. There wasn’t one at the kitchen area so we had to use one of our bags as a trash bag. Fourth, the tv wasn’t on a mount and was just facing the desk. So if you wanted to relax on the bed to watch tv that wasn’t going to happen. Parking was also limited. We usually get back to the hotel around 6-7 in the evenings and we can barely find any parking. We always book Homewood suites no matter where we go. This was the first time that I wasn’t happy with my stay. For a brand new, just renovated room, I was extremely disappointed.

I was so happy with the 1 Bedroom King Suite for this stay. Very comfortable, clean and wonderful breakfast. Several nearby restaurants within 1-2 minute walk. Shuttle available to & from airport if needed. Very clean neighborhood. Staff was very friendly. Easiest drive to & from an airport that I have ever experienced. Very easy commute to downtown as well to check out Old Sac, the waterfront and the Capital.

Was walking distance to several restaurants. Nice neighborhood, clean and comfortable rooms. Will definitely stay again
