Rooms were very spacious and both rooms had their own bathroom. There wasn’t really anything as far as amenities but the rooms made up for it.

The wife and I pulled into a wonderful looking hotel late one evening after making the reservation via Hotels.com. It had a high rating so we booked it on the fly. We were not disappointed. The hotel is a former residential facility and our hotel room was a suite with ample space and it was very clean. The guy behind the desk checked me in and walked me to my room! Everything worked as advertised and we had a great night of sleep. Just wish I planned to stay longer. We did not use any "amenities" so I can't say a thing about them. Bottom line - very nice staff, very nice facility, very nice overnight stay.

Extremely friendly staff, convenient location. Is in a partially remodeled old retirement home I think, so parts of it were very dilapidated (no internal access, only seen from outside). The room was very spacious, but also pretty dirty, particularly the floors

I only wish this type and quality of lodging was available everywhere! It was unbelievably comfortable, clean, spacious, nice ground....and the staff was extraordinarily friendly and helpful! Exceptional is the proper rating!

You can clearly tell this used to be a retirement assisted living facility. Which actually makes for a great hotel. Every room has a kitchen.The living room is separate bedroom with bathroom.

Out of our many hotel stays in the past couple of years, this is by far the quietest and cleanest hotel we have ever stayed in - period. You could not ask for a better room, front desk service, or even better parking than you get here. We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic staff and fantastic room. This will be our go to place to stay when we travel through Roswell.

Rooms are clean, staff was nice. What we really like about the place is that they offered free use of the washer and dryer.
