The room was in pretty rough shape. I’m surprised they put someone in it.

I walked into the lobby to check in and immediately felt uncomfortable. 5 adults, 2 children all of them loud. The gentleman behind the counter started to check me in, but was having trouble with the computer. I asked if the lobby was always so loud and he said "not always". Check in finished, and the Front End guy walked me upstairs to my room. When I opened the door, the room was hot and smelly. A/C was not working, the bed felt like an air mattress with a leak. I just turned around and headed back to the lobby. I told the guy that the A/C didn't work and he he would go to the room to verify my complaint. I told him to just cancel the reservation. So, I was a guest for almost 6 minutes. Really bad hotel. Lous, dirty, and uncomfortable. Truly a errible experience.

Location was easy to find.. staff was very nice. Coffee maker had missing piece..water pressure was slight.

I’m a single mom & it’s been really rough for us but through the grace of god he has placed us in a place where there are really genuine people. I thank god for Ms Beverly & her staff they have been awesome all the way around
