The motel is quiet and we feel safe. In good neighborhood. Breakfast is good. Staff that work there are excellent. Always with morning greetings. When we asked for help on how to open the sliding door to the yard and reported coffee machine in room not working, staff came right away. He replaced the old one with a new one. Mr Shabir, the manager on duty, is very helpful and attentive to his customers. Very courteous, friendly and professional. Thanks to him for finding our phone charging cord. Air condition and heat is adequate and adjustable. Easy to use. We will definitely return to the motel in the future.

The staff was nice, lengthy check in process, my room was very clean which was appreciated. The screen door to the balcony was broken/off track in the room. The hallways were dark and dingy and smelled of cigarettes so the carpet probably needs some cleaning/updating and the walls cleaned. My room didnt smell bad though. Overall not horrible but I wouldnt stay again. Id just eat the extra $40-$50 to stay at the Hyatt or something. I did not eat breakfast there so I cant speak on the food.

Clean bed and hot shower. Staff was great. Safe neighborhood and close to show we were going just call it a budget hotel and charge less. Rest of place needs remodel/replaced. Appreciate b-fast. Ate yoghurt and some waffles. Eggs were runny/mushy and sausage sitting in mega grease. Either have pool useable or drain it. Having a stagnant green pool not a good look. Elevator needs repair/inspected. Made large clunk and jerked before moving upward.

Sketchy vibe around back of the hotel near entrances to that section of the hotel. Door not secured at night, so anyone could've entered back of the hotel had they wanted to do so.

We are staying there due to repairs happening in our home. The staff is very nice and accommodating. We had an issue with our room and they immediately rectified if, placing us in a nicer room. The property is older, so while it is clean, it does feel a bit dated. But i will stay there again.

Didn’t get to see it I had payed prior to geting there I’m (18) and when I arrived at 1am I was denied because of being under age. This didn’t make sense to me because I booked it online as my age being (18).

Room is nice but the hotel charged me a $50 deposit for incidentals. The bathroom sink would not drain and the shower curtain kept falling to the center of the rod. Water got all over the floor. Was told that there was not an elevator but there actually was. My family and I had to use the stairs and it didn’t help that my daughter had injured her knee earlier in the day.

The location was great and close to my destination. Great breakfast setup; food and coffee was good. Had a good choice of food. Staff was very nice and cooperative. Reasonable price. Wifi was very, very slow and kept going off; kept having to log back on. Had trouble trying to log on to the wifi. The controls on the heating and cooling couldn't be controlled; it was on some kind of 30 minute cycle of on and off.

My stay was very comfortable. The beds were very comfortable! The morning breakfast was awesome! The staff were very patient, friendly, and professional.

Breakfast was fine, not much ‘hot’ food to choose from. Had to move rooms because the mattress was worn out, drooping to the middle. Staff was extremely nice and accommodating. 2nd room had a real musty smell when the a/c was on but not when the heat ran. Since it was cool the rest of the days there, the heat was primarily used.

It was cozy. Close to my destination. All staff were very friendly. The rooms were clean and cozy.

The breakfast is not the best. There are only two hot items, eggs and breakfast patties. I once saw them pouring in scrambled eggs from a bag, so they probably don't cook them fresh. Please enhance breakfast options.

The price was right and located in a quiet area. The room was spacious, breakfast was good with eggs and sausage. The property could use some new carpeting in the hallways but overall we had a fine stay.

It is really comfortable to stay at the Comfort Inn! In town for an event and this spot was perfect! I would stay again for sure! Great staff, good breakfast, easy to get around town! Thanks so much :)

The room just needs to be updated. The toilet paper holder was rusted and coming out of the wall, the shower hardware was old and pulled away from the wall. There are no extra blankets or pillows. In all, I was able to get rest, which was the point.

We were there less than 90 minutes. It was late and there weren't any other hotels with availability. When we went in, the hall smelled of cigarette smoke. When we went into the room it was sparse. Sat on the bed, it wasn't comfortable but we thought its only for the night we can endure. Went to take a shower no hot water. Then noticed what looked like blood and spatter were on the door and wall beneath the toilet paper holder (I have pictures). Pulled covers back on the other bed and a bug ran across. That was the last straw. Spent another 140$ I didnt have on another room at another hotel 45 minutes away that had a room left. Went to the front desk and the owner refused to give a refund. Said we had been there more than 5 hours - I have proof of when I booked everything. I shouldn't have to purchase trip insurance to protect myself from false advertising (hotel pics make it look newer than it was), biohazards, and an overall unsafe situation (people were living there longterm per the attendant).

Staff friendly, professional and accommodating. Rooms spacious and clean, housekeeping makes sure you have everything you need. She really goes above expectations. Beds were comfortable. Location convenient and walkable. The only thing I had an issue with was the smell as I stated before I have respiratory allergies and I’m very sensitive to molds and dust.

I was very disappointed about the stained sheets on bed. Worker told me its hard to get Indian food out the sheets. Water did not get cold. Had to change rooms 3 times. Bath knob cut me and my daugther finger. Pool was dirty.

I thought it was very clean, wifi was a little slow but didn't come to this hotel for the wifi so it was not an issue for us. Staff was friendly, breakfast was not bad, it was what I was expecting to have for a hotel breakfast so couldn't complain. My stay at the hotel was quite nice and enjoyable.

This stay was extremely disappointing and I wouldn’t stay again or recommend this. The TV didn’t work, the room smelled of urine and the sink was clogged. The elevator and doors were soiled. But my bed was extremely comfortable and aside from the smell it was very clean

This hotel is just fine for a 1-2 night stay. There were no towel holders in the bathroom which was mildly inconvenient.

Unkempt property, room was disguising, dried blood on the shower curtain, shady characters outside all times during the night waking me up. Overall, I would never stay here again unless they paid me!!!!

Maybe just remade the bed when the last guest left definitely not very cleanly.

The house keeping kept waking me up, so I didn’t get any good sleep. So, that was very annoying. The staff was okay, because they allowed early check in which I needed. However, the early check in fee was $60. It’s not the best hotel, but it was good if you absolutely just needed somewhere to stay. They had to move me to another room. And in one room the carpet was absolutely soaked. It became very noisy, as the wall are thin. The guest play music out of their cars. And overall not, the type of guest you want to stay around long term. . . . Also, Roach! Found a roach in the bathroom. But if you absolutely need somewhere to stay for a night, than do what you have to do. That’s all

So, I was alone for this trip. The room was nice and clean. Nothing broken or outdated. The bathroom was spotless and everything was in proper working order. The location is ideal being close to all sorts restaurants and entertainment. The front end workers were very kind and respectful. The breakfast was very mediocre, however. It’s also free so take it or leave it honestly.

Very nice staff, but there's no elevator, and the interior is VERY old. There was even a stain on one of my sheets. I've seen better continental breakfast bars at similar priced hotels. This was just a place to get away from the snow storm in my area, but I wouldn't go back.

The hotel is dated, wall painting is old, carpet is stain, smell funny. The bed comforted was old and ripped, the toilet was a little detached. I didn’t complaint because literally I only use the hotel to sleep, bed was comfy, I brought my own pillow. Clean towels and housekeeper daily.

This property was not up to the standards of most Comfort Inns. Staff referred me to a kiosk even though she wasn’t busy. I prefer to deal with people instead of a kiosk. Only 2 towels provided and one towel had a black stain and should not be in use, the electrical outlet was a fire hazard. There was no conditioner in the container which I discovered while showering. Will not be back.

Staff is great. Very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is what you expect for free, but still pretty good. Good variety of foods and drinks, and the breakfast area is clean. Our room was clean but clearly hasn’t been updated yet. It had the smell of an old room. The exterior of the property really needs works. Lots of areas at the door entrances that are heavy with weeds, many areas of dead grass or no grass at all (i.e. dirt). The room rates are excellent.

I loved my stay at this hotel really all super clean check-in was a different experience as it was by video call but the lady was super friendly.

I have no real complaints. Saw a few ants but it wasnt anything major. Literally like 4. Had to keep replacing the key cards aswell. Once because i locked myself out like a noodle. The other times the keys just failed to work after 1 use for me and my wife. Other than that it was pretty good. Not expensive and peaceful the way i prefer. I will stay again😎

It was ok. Its definitely dated. The kiosk check in process was ridiculous! Not a fan at all.

The person at the front counter didn’t even check me in, it was a kiosk with a remote person. So unnecessary and really impersonal and off putting.

It was very loud. You could hear in from the other rooms. They only give you 1 key per room and that was a major pain.

Rente 3 habitaciones, las cuales no estaban correctamente supervisadas, no estaban aptas para recibir a un guest. Las sabanas tenian pelos, habian manchas en la paredes e incluso una de ellas tenia mildew en el techo. Solicite hablar con la manager o supervisor de housekeeping, pedi que por favor fuera a los cuartos para mostrarle los detalles, la chica me llamo y me pregunto que queria le indique que necesita que por favor fuera a las habitaciones ya que necesitaba mostrarle los detalles que tenian y me dijo que ella tenia mucho trabajo ya que tenia muchos check outs que buscara una housekeeper y le dijera lo que necesitaba, a lo cual le respondi que no que debia ser ella la que me asistiera y me identifique con ella como una supervisora de housekeeping y queria mostrarle todo lo que habia en la habitacion ya que deberia de haber sido supervisada antes de entrar un guest y necesitaba mostrarle esos detalles ya que son oportunidades para mejorar la calidad, a lo cual me contesto que si eso era todo y me colgo. Por lo tanto no realice el complaint pero esto es inaceptable, la respuesta que esta supervisora le indica al guest. Baja la calidad y compromete los estandares. Tengo fotos de los detalles. Solocite hablar con ella directamente para no tener que hacer este comentario pero desafortunadamente recibi un mal trato.
