Clean room and facilities. Although we didn't have kids, the pool area looked fun for the family. Great location to Mayo Clinic. We will be staying there again on our next trip.

There is water damage throughout the whole building Lots of mold around the pool area Loved the water slides Hot tub hit at night but next day just like warm? Only for 3 towels for the 4 of us so had to request more and leave room to meet receptionist to get more at night she said only person working on site so could not bring to room. Breakfast was okay typical hotel breakfast Staff all nice Hotel is dated but was a good price Too bad so much water damage throughout the building Prob would not say here again

Great pool area and breakfast the couch in the room and bed skirt had large visible stains with made what looked like an otherwise clean feel dirty staff seemed very friendly and professional

Everything was great except our freezer was very frosted up. couldn’t put anything in the freezer. The hotel was very clean considering how old it was. Carpets were clean. Breakfast was good. Pool looked fun but we did not use it. We will bring our swim suits for our future stays in Rochester and stay at this hotel. Front staff girl was very busy but she handled everyone with respect and kindness. Will definately stay again
