Great staff you can’t beat Minnesota nice

The air conditioner leaked inside making the carpet wet. The breakfast was good, variety offered was very nice. Good coffee and made fresh as needed.

Old. Outdated. Bad area of town

Room was musty smelling from the time we opened the door. Kids running late in the night on the floor above us. Tried to do the digital key, but that didn’t work either. Very disappointed

We stay here often …. Best place in Rochester! Love the soup idea in the evening!

The pool area was amazing, the hot tub and pool were so warm and delightful. The staff was always helpful and polite. Don't come to Rochester very often but if I ever do make it back I will be staying here!

Nice to have hot breakfast but everything offered was spicy and Hispanic in nature. Some plain scrambled eggs or a similar alternative would be appreciated by older folks and those with medical issues.

With cold scrambled eggs and bad-tasting chicken sausage at breakfast, and a too soft mattress, things were not going well with my stay. But the clincher of terrible service came the when the toilet became plugged. I called the front desk and explained the situation and the employee said he’d be right there with a plunger. Imagine my surprise when he knocked on the door a few minutes later and handed me the plunger, stating, “Here’s the plunger you asked for” as he extended it towards me, indicating that I was to unplug the toilet myself. My experience certainly made it easy to decide that I’ll never stay here again!

Room was fairly clean. A lot of hair in the drain. Some yellowing in corners of the tub/shower area and some stains on the walls if you look around. Normal wear and tear. Overall, I felt the room was clean but could use a quick detailing. Breakfast options were good. The sausage and potatoes were on the soggy side but was decent. The room was comfortable, and except for some rowdy kids stomping around upstairs until about 11:30pm, it was a relaxing stay. The staff was excellent. Very friendly. The lobby was clean. Rock beds weren't littered with cigarette butts or trash. The dog walking area was picked up and the amenities were generous. I would stay here again.

My husband enjoyed the hot tub, it was hot. We spent 4 nights there in the same room and one day they did come in and make a bed and emptied the trash, but that was it. They did change some of the towels, too, at that time. Every other day they had super thin crispy bacon and on Tuesday they had decent sausage. On Thursday they had turkey sausage, I'd never tried that before. It was super spicy. They had soup some nights but we didn't try it. The employees seemed fine and kind.

Always stay here … clean, great rooms, staff is awesome, great location….. walking distance to restaurants… breakfast is good and the coffee is awesome ( we are coffee snobs so we know ! Ha)

Stayed 4 nights, breakfast always had something different. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable with plenty of space. The pool and hot tub were clean and inviting! Nice place, we would stay there again.
