Staff extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating The bathroom and shower as well as the room itself needs a little maintenance
-
That they are not ready for carnaval (peak season) our room didn’t get clean towels a whole day and we had to wait until 10:30 am next morning, we had plan things and not taking a shower was not an option with Brasil weather. Even though the staff is super friendly, but you need to be patient at the front desk because I think there’s not enough staff.

Stuff is great, location is good, it was clean and the food was good. The door to the bathroom made loud noise, some hooks soon will fall, wifi was not so good on 9th floor.

Inflexibilidade e preço questionavel

Booked a bedroom for 3 people but the room was set to accommodate 2 people. No pillow and no towels for the 3rd guest. Had to go to the front desk to ask for them. Bedroom size is small for 3 people. No privacy at the shower because the glass shower door had some transparent parts allowing who was outside the shower to see inside the shower. Tiny toilet space.

The cleanings, the room was very dirty. It was already used when I enter there without no cleaning. Some lamps didn’t work and the breakfast time was late.

There was a room with a bed for each one of us Employees were not nice (not hepful at all), Services were expensive (we arrived before checkin and they made us pay to keep our luggage until the room was ready), Cleaning was bad (I had to do my bed myself and they were never cleaning the room), Confort was not good (bad bed, no shelves to store clothes), and it was tremendous expensive because of the Carnaval.

size, amenities, location, view. mostly, most of it.

Good beds, aircon. You know what you get and this is something when you come to another country. This is so far the only place without any cleaning method for the toilet. No handgun spray, no brush. I am happy that I am not a room cleaner there. Further the reception is always busy. I had to stand in line every day because the door card did not work The location is central but neither nice nor safe at night

Good value. Fair price. Maybe add staff and make the restaurant bigger. The lines were always long

I booked a room at this hotel late on Saturday evening. I called but nobody answered the phone. So I sent a message to the WhatsApp number. A staff member then told me there were no rooms available, when I was already on my way. Unacceptable They advertised vacancies and accepted bookings when no rooms were in fact available.
