This hotel was a nightmare! Stay away! Upon walking into the hotel there was a large group sleeping in the lobby one of the girls had rashes all over her body and you could tell she was scratching to the point she was cutting her skin. At first we didnt think anything of it then there group warned us of there room and several others who had bed bugs. I was in a large party so we had several rooms. Right away we found several problems within rooms from bugs in the bed to mold. As I was in the kitchen where they just had breakfast set out I also saw many roaches all scattering where the food was just laid out. Very bad uncooperative employees didnt wanna refund us but we could not risk our whole vacation to a place infested with bed bugs. Not worth the risk

Staff are enthusiastic and very helpful. A staff member bought up my takeaway which was nice. The room size is decent and its a walk away to the popular destination of lapa. Had drinks inside the minifridge that sold at supermarket rate. Diverse breakfast with a bunch of different juices and fruits. Good Internet connection about 60mbps. Mouldy shower, bedroom is a bit run down, reminiscent of an old university accommodation.

There is nothing to like about this place. The cleaning lady stole from my room. And the staff didn't seem to care The cleaning lady stole from my room. The bed was full of bugs. The staff are not very helpful. Like they are doing you a favour. By far the worst hotel in Brazil

The staff were great. The breakfast ok. I like that they have dinner for R$30. Simple but good. The sheets and towels weren’t clean, they had a terrible smell. The door didn’t work well. I was sleeping and someone open the door. It’s was terrible. There was small bugs everywhere. I could not identify what it was. For one night I think it would be ok but I had to spend a week there.
