Clean, modern, bright, convenient, secure. In a fun area that could be potentially a bit questionable the hotel seemed very secure. Loved it

The hotel was clean, had a nice lobby, and cool aesthetic. The staff there were friendly, helpful, and did a great job of keeping the space clean and daily cleaning my room. And they did a good job of answering the different questions we had. Only thing I didn’t like about the property was that during my stay the electricity unfortunately went out a few times. Even though it was the entire block and partly due to Carnival. It did happen multiple times and I feel like they should have a better solution to combat this issue at this time of year.

Power went off over 1/3rd of my stay. No power, no electricity and no A/C. Bed was horrible and walls are paper thin, you can hear everything.

The personal was very impolite, we didn't have any window, it was a small room

A very beautiful hotel with excellent apart-hotel rooms in the second floor. Standard rooms are also comfortable. The location is excellent, in the pulsing heart of Lapa, close to restaurant-bars, supermarkets, pharmacies, etc.. access from town center to every zone in the city by car and bus, with metro stations close by as well. They don't have breakfast, only vending machines. They really should think about that (even if just a small/simple Italian breakfast), since they have a spacious lounge area with tables. Beds can be a little too soft for some people. Frigobar was turned off when we arrived and didn't cool well through the day (I wonder if they turn it off when there's no one inside the room).

Location just bc I don’t party but other than that it was good

Everything was super clean, it was a pretty big room and it has more that we could ask, my room had a fridge, a kitchen, a microwave a to air conditioning, it was super confortable The biggest problem is that the area its pretty busy at nigh, so there was a lot of noises and music late at night, so if you like to hangout at bar and nightclub I would recommend this place

Clean and located centrally. No windows . The rooms had some light coming in from the hall when the lights were off.

The rooms are clean and have almost everything you need. Most of the staff I spoke with were friendly enough and tried to help what was basically an unresolvable situation--that room 302 was uninhabitable due to noise. The guy working the night shift came, at my insistence, to my room to listen to the noise levels, recorded it on his phone, expressed his condolences since the hotel was full that night and they couldn't evacuate me to another room and then brought me some sheets and helped me open the fold out couch in the living room so I could sleep there and said it usually gets better around 3:00 or 4:00 am and hopefully it will be possible to sleep then. Room 302 was and probably always is uninhabitable due to noise levels from the bar/club directly across the street. We're not talking regular noise levels from what is generally a loud and lively neighborhood--cars, honking, drunks screaming, some music coming in, etc. That all exists too, but yo can sleep through that anyway, especially with earplugs. It only subsided to those levels at around 4:00 am. We're talking bass that is shaking the entire room with objects falling off bedside tables, weird metallic rattling in the doors and walls. I was using noise cancelling headphones at top volume and it didn't help much. I have never seen anything like it. They clearly tried with the noise insulation--the balcony doors, which look so nice in the photo, are basically sealed shut and filled with foam. It was nowhere near sufficient. They claimed the guest before me had tampered with the foam insulation. I doubt that's the issue, and I can guess why that guest was trying to figure out what was going on and how this was even possible. It subsided to normal loud area noise levels by around 4:00 and I was able to get some sleep on the couch in the living room away from the street using earplugs. The next morning they offered to move me to a cheaper room for the second night. Note this is a prepaid non-refundable reservation for two nights in the more expensive "executive" room category. (Funny trying to imagine an executive working away on their laptop while it's bouncing up and down on the table or perhaps in an important phone call while the entire room is rattling with each bass thump like they're inside a club.) I declined and moved to another hotel that cost about the same and was just fine. Meanwhile, that morning they began some kind of repair work in the next room, and my room smelled of glue. Had a pounding headache for a few hours from that.

Cute hotel, small rooms and friendly staff!

  • Engine customer Mar 2025

Shower looks nice but its really weak. The room is not soundproof, i can easily hear people talking outside my room. It woke me up during the night. The lights outside the room are pretty bright. There was a blinder to cover the window but it didnt cover completely so i still had lightening inside the room at night.

    Nothing it was perfect

  • Engine customer Mar 2025

Clean and modern Neighborhood is unsafe but within the few blocks around the hotel it is okay especially when populated with party goers at night but then we had to deal with the loud noise. During the day it’s pretty much dead.

  • Engine customer Feb 2025

Absolutely nothing! Rafael the manager discriminated against me!

  • Engine customer Feb 2025

Nothing Loud music. The manager, Rafael did not allow me to extend my stay because of my religious practices.

  • Engine customer Feb 2025

All brand new The area is party Mecca of Rio, if you plan is to drink and dance all night this is the place for you and if I will ever travel with friends that like to drink alll night this is a place to return, but in my case it was with my children so with my family I will think about it next time.
