My 1st time in this hotel. The location and the service are perfect . very very nice team. The variety of restaurants and food is excellent, and the quality is very, very good. there is a show every night with a different band and kind of music. They have an excellent option of shower room if you already made your check out but leave the hotel later. Indeed, very much recommend recommended Their rooms do need some shape up upgrade, but they’re still good. The noise isolation is not good. With rooms facing the sea and main street noise breaks in.

food very good and most of staff very friendly lovely pretty tree 'd area where entertainment took place Amazing poolside food poolside cramped with insufficient sunbed tables No designated smoking area but lots of smoker's..this was unpleasant at times Concierge very unapproachable and came accross rather arrogant and unhelpful unlike reception staff!

Location Night time music Pool bar Yogurt No vents or window at the room toilet, so it was like a closed box. The smel coming from the drain was also in the room and it was killing us. How come a five star hotels toliet could be in a terrible situation?

The pizzas. The staff were helpful and professional. The cleaner was super helpful, especially when my son was ill. The crepes were nice. The entertainment and DJ were good. It was supposed to be a 5 star hotel and it was expensive. The pools all closed at 6pm and you couldn't get into them before 10am. There was only one pool table and one table tennis table. The pool table kept one of the balls when it went in a particular hole. The gym was small and had limited opening hours. The food in the restaurants was OK, but definitely not 5 star. The rooms were tatty. The shower kept falling off the wall.

Location, comfortable large beds, most of the staff was very friendly and helpful. We all got sick in this hotel, our vacation was ruined, we spent more than half of the vacation in the room. Overpriced for no reason. Outdated, heavy key chain, not enough electric outlets in the room, low water pressure in the shower, rickety floor.

Generally the staff were very nice and friendly. It has gone down hill dramatically over the past few years which is very sad. I understand that it is going to close for refurbishment ! The pizza and outdoor food places were excellent and the pool facilities good but the bedrooms and bathrooms were very tired indeed! The food in the main restaurant was dreadful and we had to eat out in the evenings !

The staff and the food/restaurant options are excellent . The public spaces are very well kept. Two pools are great and I felt I had a good deal with the all inclusive. The rooms are looking tired and a lot of the gym equipment wasn’t working.

There were a lot of staff who were very accommodating and professional. The quality of the drinks / cocktails was good. There was some sort of bug in the hotel, everybody we spoke to had been affected by it. However nobody informed us when we checked in that we should take any extra precautions. They said it was a bug that was affecting all of Rhodes, which was not the case

The staff were really nice and willing to help with every little thing. Great pools and location The bed wasn’t so comfortable and unfortunately the water pressure in the bath was super low, very hard to take a shower with this pressure or to wash the kids at the end of the day

The food was very tasty, we really liked it. The cocktails were super good. The staff was very friendly and cheerful. We liked the nightly concerts and musicians. The only downside was the room, which was very old. We booked a room for three adults, but didn't think one bed was an outdoor bed

The staff were absolutely brilliant This is NOT a 5 star hotel - very tired and in much need of the total planned refurb.
