Great location in front of the beach The coffee at breakfast wasn't great and the lift was slow and small

The location and the physical conditions are good. Price/performance is OK. The staff is very helpful and kind. Especially the chef in the restaurant Giorgos was very kind as we had to ask many questions regarding the ingredients of the food due to my baby’s some allergies. He was always very kind and helpful. Other staff in the restaurant was also the same. And also I would like to specifically thank housekeeping staff who were very helpful and friendly.

Room was tiny with 3 people (2 adults and a Child). We felt a bit like sardines at times. The pool area was full of elderly folks- chairs were limited. Pool was cold/not heated.

The first positive impression was the receptionist, Mrs Christina. She was professional, welcoming, helpful and always ready to assist. Chef Irini, the egg specialist, she makes very good egg omelette. Mr Nick, the restaurant greeter with a wonderful smile. The hotel location was perfect located by the beach and walking distance to the old town. Every staff member was very friendly, polite and eager to help. Forgive me is I missed spelled anyone’s name. The breakfast buffet was a blast, one of the best b/fast buffet I have seen. This is my spot when ever I come to Rhodes. Nothing

Our stay was great, everybody was very nice and helpful. We were actually opening the season, we were the first for dinner on 1.4. Food was amazing, ice cream every night. The staff in the restaurant was very friendly. The view from our balcony was amazing (we paid extra for the front room), and we asked for the top floor. Not far from the airport. Thank you for a great time! Coffee for breakfast could be better.

Great location

Would have give 10 points but this time instead of a proper topper over the mattress, a thin one with plastic was used to protect the mattress. Noisy when turning and more sweating/hot. After 1st night it was removed on request, but last night was added again, so 2 nights from 5 didn"t sleep like a baby. Please replase those plastic protections and put proper topper which are soft, quiet, with air flow ... so ine can sleep like a baby, like at home ... this is no place for cost reduction. Otherwise 10/10 especially with Sea view.

The location is perfect, you can easily reach to the center of Rhodes. Our room has nice seaview, breakfast is good enough . Staffs are friendly. the general hygiene level of the hotel is poor, the cleaning of the room/bathroom were not enough. We request an early check in before we arrive brecause the check out day we need to leave early, but hotel refuse our request and we have to wait till 2 pm.

The location of the hotel is perfect- just cross a street and you are on the Elli beach. There is another beach near by. And the Aquarium is just 2 minutes away on foot. The staff was very helpful. There is a bar at the lobby, with live music every night- perfect for a cocktail after dinner. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast and dinner were delicious, with "show" cooking every night. Nothing major- pizza/gyros station, pasta upon request.

Location - right on the Eli beach. Friendly, hard working staff. Food at the buffet is 7/10. They have quality ingredients but the prep can be improved.

Location is excellent. Staff were very nice. Rooms are large, clean and comfortable. Good air conditioning in the rooms. Restaurant in the hotel is very poor - food is not tasty and staff seem miserable. Balcony furniture is too big for the space - hard to move around on the balcony.

The room was nice ,but some amenities were broken but overall great value for the money

Very helpful staff always smiling and helpful. Great location. Room size. Breakfast was ok. Bathroom smell, shower water leaks to bathroom because of insufficient barrier, bed too soft and not balanced for me
