Godd location Very old and quite run down, needs up dating. The shower door was missing, given a shower curtain when I complained. A couple of days, the room was not cleaned, was missed. The air conditioning unit was very old and noisy. Also the breakfast was not very good. Exceeded expectations, but after reading reviews wasn't expecting much. Was slightly better than we thought it would be.

Location The behavior of Elena (maybe the owner) was shouting in front of guests to their employees made us feel bad for them and very toxic! When I heard her shouting I wanted to leave the hotel but unfortunately was fully paid. The breakfast was very poor and tasteless.

It is 550m from a pebble beach with Sun chairs. Lots of restaurants in the street and a 5 min walk to the old town. The lady in the restaurant bar at front was very friendly and cooked some nice meals while I was unwell. I had lost a few things in the room. I had to be firm with the owner to get assistance to resolve the issue and in the end just gave up. As a family run business that's what you get basic service. Personal Items would be moved in the room or thrown out. One day I wasn't given bath towels and when I called reception I was asked to come to room as housekeeping had left, I was given 1 towel as that's all they had.

Good location, convenient to everything No working in Ac in assigned room. After a room change there was working AC but it was poor. No pool towels, and no bath towels either some days.

We liked spacious bathroom (for hotel in Rhodos) and location. Cleaning was OK, it was clean but you could see stains of use on sheets, towels (old). It was cleaned on daily basis ig you wanted. AC and fridge (big) worked OK but a little noisy. At night you could sleep without problems. There was no stable WIFI in the room. There was no hot/warm water after 19h and very low pressure. Beds were old and matresses were hard (springs). At breakfast you usualy had to wait to get fresh fruit, salami or cheese because it gone evereything in a minute (old people stuffed plates).

The hotel was exactly as described. Rooms were simple and clean. Air conditioning was working perfectly. Checking and checkout went smoothly.

Clean nice room good people

All the staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms are cleaned every day. Towels and sheets are changed daily. The location is very close to both cafes and restaurants and the beach.

Large room with small balcony overlooking the pool and an adaquate breakfast which they start at an earlier hour so you can have it before meeting any excursions you may have signed up for which is great. There is always someone at the front desk. Pool hours are ridiculous 9-6. They should at least be open from 9-9 so families can cool off after doing things during the heat of the day. Pool hours should clearly be stated when given the keys to one's room. Air conditioning wasn't working but they fixed it right away. I know people can have bad days, but it's obvious a couple of the male staff could probably use a day or two off to rejuvinate a little, looks like they're tired of working which I totally get.

Breakfast was good for hotel of this size, nice to be able to eat most days by pool. Room size was fine, with small balcony with line for drying clothes. Decent size bar/cafe at front of hotel, just had drink there as ate every day at excellent restaurant Max's right opposite. Pool area nice, never had problem getting lounger and umbrella. Young lady on reception very helpful e.g. printing boarding pass, getting taxi. Plenty of eating choices nearby, and mini market just up road. Could walk to most of tourist attraction e.g. old town and nearby beach. When first arrived asked about laundry,is none and could not suggest one. Checked online but nearest one not well reviewed so ended up hand washing, fortunately mini mart had wash powder. Big problem early on with housekeeping. I had seven (7) conversations with housekeeping staff and front desk requesting they do not do room between 13.00 and 15.00 when I have siesta. Was woken 3 times in first 4 days, and only room service seemed to be emptying bins and 1 towel changed i.e. no bed making, no cups washed, toilet not cleaned. Checked with 2 other guests who had same experience. Went to reception and got do not disturb sign , should be one in room. Luckily on day 5 different cleaning team who did excellent job, fully servicing room before 13.00, same day 6. AC in room worked fine, but no AC in lifts/corridors so with August temps was sweating by time got to ground floor. Common problem with hotel breakfast buffets e.g some items not as hot as would like, and some regular items not available if went at opening time. But enjoyed good selection of food.
