Get value. Beaches were within reasonable walking distance, as were a wide variety of excellent restaurants and shops. Room was tidy and staff was pleasant and helpful. We will visit again!

Can confirm all of the other positive reviews - this was an excellent place to stay. Location is excellent - almost right on the main boulevard, and a very short walk to the beach/boardwalk. Staff were very kind and helpful. Would definitely stay here again. It's true there is no elevator though.

Perfect location to everything! We will always stay here!

Our room was very clean and comfortable and the staff was cheerful and very helpful. The only thing missing for me was in room coffee maker. I’m very fussy about coffee, and the 24 hour coffee service in the office wasn’t that great. But the abundance of coffee shops and eateries within walking distance made up for it.

The hotel's location is perfect, and it is very clean. I definitely recommend it.

This is our 3rd stay at Oceanas. The Hotel and staff are amazing for the price. I am an InnKeeper of a high end Bed and Breakfast and when I am at the Ocean, I am at the Ocean and boardwalk. The rooms are basic and provide all that you need. The hotel is extremely close to everything and the room was spotless and everything was fresh. We will be back.

Outstanding beach town motel with pool - essentially right on the edge of the concentration of a plethora of shops and restaurants and bars, and it’s an easy 7 minute walk to beach. Very clean, comfortable, convenient rooms and staff was very friendly. Although it was offseason (week before Memorial Day), the price for the two night stay was an incredible value.

I highly recommend Oceanus. It is so conveniently located to attractions, restaurants, and the beach. The rooms were clean and spacious with a good size fridge. It has a lovely pool. The coffee (available in the lobby, not in the rooms) was always fresh and delicious. And, the staff were SO nice!!

Very close to good food and nearby outlets. Everything was extremely clean, people were friendly. No vending machine on my floor. Not a ton of counter space. There was no couch in the room I booked (not sure if that was even an option though).

The room is really bright during the night. They need black out curtains.

Everything!! I liked everything! It was spotless, comfy beds, perfect location, & every detail was fabulous!! The staff went above and beyond! They were so friendly & accommodating. Rusty was a gem with planning ahead phone calls & during an early check in. We cannot say enough good things about the OCEANUS!! We will return & if you’re trying to decide between any properties downtown , this is the one. Be sure to take a hop, skip, & a jump to the Purple Parrot for the best food and an orange crush!! Walk a few blocks straight ahead to go beachin’! The pool was gorgeous. It was open, but not heated so too early to enjoy. Thanks again for a perfect weekend staycation! Absolutely not one thing to say other than I forget to bring a hair dryer & the room was not equipped.

The staff was so nice and generous with recommendations about where to eat and things to do. You can't beat the location; two blocks away from the action gives you quiet but it is also close enough to walk to the action in just a few minutes. The room was cute, clean, modern, and comfy.
