Excellent

Our room was clean, well stocked with towels, and smelled fresh. The pool area was also clean, bright and well maintained. Breakfast was served daily until 9:30 a.m. The staff was friendly and very helpful, even giving a last call to guests who might need anything before breakfast service ended. On occasion, they even allowed guests to enter after last call to get breakfast, which was greatly appreciated. The breakfast area was always clean and well stocked, with plenty of goodies and a nice variety of choices. Parking was plentiful and convenient. We stayed for a week and thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The hotel's location was excellent and close to everything we wanted to do. If I could suggest one improvement, it would be the addition of an outdoor patio for guests. After a long day at the beach and dinner in the evening, it would have been nice to sit outside, relax, and enjoy the evening breeze. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would gladly return.

The bed and bedding was very comfortable. Had an excellent nights sleep. The pool was very nice. I was surprised that they had dove body products in the shower. I’ve never seen that in any other hotels that I’ve stayed at. Would stay here again.

The room is clean and the decor looks nice but there were painters tape in our room's walls and the bathroom hanging fixture (shower curtain holder and towel holder) is not tighten so can easily fall out.

Staff was very helpful and pleasant

Clean hotel, nice breakfast, we had a nice quiet room away from the elevator on the first floor. Super convenient secondary entrances, we had to walk just a short way to our room.

Parking was great no issues breakfast ok had a few things i eat family had the rest pool was ok forgot they didn't have a hot tub room was good too shower nice and hot

the staff was friendly and helpful checking in and out. the breakfast was ok a lot of options. the rooms were big and clean. we used washer and dryer and the washer was dirty. it really needs to be cleaned. the other issue was that it was really noisy. we could hear bangs and loud talking until late at night. it finally settled down. there were lots of young baseball players with families at the hotel. lots of outlets and restaurants at walking distance. if you will be going to beach you will have to drive about 20 mins. to far to walk. but ok hotel.

Exceptional

The bed was very comfortable. The shower was nice. However the housekeepers forgot to vacuum there were fingernail on the carpet.

Everything was great. Room was clean and so nice to have breakfast available in the morning. Staff was always so friendly and nice.

Overall a fine Hotel - my only complaint was the pillows were not very good

trash overflowing and loud noises all day and night

Breakfast was good The lack of enforcement of the noise rule. Kids ran up and down the hallway early morning, all day and through the evening. They created a ruckus in the lobby and no one reigned in the kids.
