Room brand new. Pool beautiful, could use umbrellas for shade. Lots of dogs. So be sure you like dogs. Breakfast good, minimal variety from day to day. Afternoon social not very social, customers rudely talking so much, little left for others

Everything except the noises by the other guests (I requested and was on the first floor). The noise was constant. It must have been a family weekend; the adults were as loud as the children. Suggestion: Maybe tell adults to improve their behaviors and remember that they are inside and teach their children the same. The constant noise by both adults and their children. I don't think they ever went to sleep. The adults were as loud as the children; yelling inside like the children.

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and affordable. The lobby had several nice seating areas with TVs, and the location was convenient to nearby grocery stores. The pool was great, and our room was clean and comfortable. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay.

Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was good. Staff was kind. Parking was easy. Outdoor patio was nice. The only issue was our second morning there we didn't have hot water and we found out that it was a sporadic issue that had been going on since the day before. Like no warm water, it was ice cold and I wish the staff would have said something. Other than that, it was very nice.

Nice clean property, comfortable spaces and beds, good location next to acme grocery store and liquor stores, short drive to Lewes and surrounding beaches. Breakfast was very good and the social hour Monday-Wednesday was a nice surprise. There was an issue at check in and I got double charged, still waiting for the charges to be “released”. Other than that we had a nice stay.
