Quality Inn Prattville I-65

The room was clean. Desk attendant was wonderful. The breakfast was lacking. It was out of waffle batter (only 5 people in the dining room the entire time we were there), out of syrup, a machine wasn't working, the orange juice was so watered down with water that it barely tasted like orange at all. One of the patrons had to go out and find the attendant twice to get the batter & syrup filled.

The room, the bed, the bathroom, the shower...all were wonderful! Beyond our expectations. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet, too. Nothing

It was clean. I liked it didn’t have carpet. The bed was so bad. It was hard. When you sit on it you heard a loud metal pop which is what the mattress was sitting on. They need new pillows. They were so small just not good. How it shows a 4 star is not right.

The location is very good. The area is quiet enough, and there are dining options nearby. While the overall cleanliness of the place is good, there was a foul odor throughout the building. The air conditioning unit, which was quite noisy, seemed to be the source. We ended up switching the unit off and sleeping with the window open, though it was quite warm and no air flow could be genetated with the door shut. We contacted the front desk and the lady there ( who was vrry nice and helpful) offered us another room, but we checked it out and it suffered the same issues. The beds are also rather small, and made a bumping noise whenever one of us moved, as if it was hitting the wall. All in all, it was a mostly-sleepless night.

I loved the location! The staff were friendly, and made everything very simple. The pool looked beautiful, and our room was very pretty and clean.. The only complaint I have was the bed. The bed was not very comfortable. My partner and I both woke up with our back hurting in the morning.

Very clean. When we arrived the room was ready. The room was nice and they had the room cool and comfortable. Crackers Barrel was directly across the street and could have walked over. Wendy’s to the right of the hotel so you could walk there as well. Would recommend it if you are going to be in Prattville!
