Well priced. Good breakfast service. Helpful staff at front desk. Food was limited in general, with no vegetarian options. Tried to use spa but it was too crowded with guests and they couldn’t fit me in.

Appreciated very helpful front desk staff especially when we extended our stay. Dining room staff also welcoming at breakfast. Beds were comfortable and the thermal pool relaxing. Close to public buses so it was easy to get around the island. I thought the small extra charge for a pool towel cheapened the experience.

The decor is beautifully done with so many well kept plants all around the property. Spa was wonderful has a sauna, ice pool, salt room and thermal pool. Very helpful staff provided everything we needed Lunch and dinner menu not amazing, also definitely more of a hotel for the elderly

Great breakfast, a buffet with lots to choose from. The price of water bottles ! Small bottles €3.50. Considering it was very hot, I hoped that these would be free or at least the same price as the shop down the road. Same bottled water €1. A big difference in my opinion. Everyone knows that you have to drink plenty to stay hydrated.

The property is way bigger than I expected. Huge complex with lots of different areas and pools. The thermal pools are wonderful, though expect the water to be rather warm. Breakfast excellent and opulent! Rooms clean and comfortable. Expect a good 15 mins walk on a straight line to town centre, though bus stop is right outside the hotel. Worth mentioning, that the spa therapist was excellent. I had a increase lymphatic drainage massage and highly recommend. The Wi-Fi doesn’t work very well. It’s hit and miss. Also, I wasn’t expecting the composure use of swimming caps in all pools. I understand why, being the pools thermal pools with sophisticated filtration systems. Though it made me argue with my teenage daughters, who have big hairs and struggled to fit the caps on. Complained every time they stepped into the pool, and obvs, me mum, had to bear the brunt. Make sure it’s clearly stated on your website that swimming caps are compulsory.

The property had great amenities. As well as options for leisure. It was well located and the staff were pretty great too. The spa was exceptional and so were the facilities. The beds. They were old and very uncomfortable.

Nostalgia. I used to visit the hotel regularly when we visited Ischia each year in the late 1990s and it was a familiar feel and nostalgic to the memory.

This is a beautiful, comfortable hotel with exceptionally helpful and friendly staff. Just a few minor amends from management could make it a wonderful hotel. The gym isn't air conditioned and no water is made available. Most services are free for guests to use but some are charged for, including the pool table in the lobby.

Really good, old type spa-hotel. However, super maintained, clean and inviting. The pools are all good - however note some of them are quite hot. The main pool is more chilled and beautifully located in the center of the complex. Note that bathing caps are needed ! Can be bought on-site at the hotel for 2 EUR. The rooms are basic, but nice and clean. Staff is welcoming and friendly. Breakfast is good and consists of a variety of fresh fruits, bread, cakes, yoghurts, juices and coffee/teas. There are some daily changes to the assortment. We did not try lunch or dinner, but did order ice cream and a few (but great) drinks in the restaurant at night. Location is approx. 1,5 km. from the city center (Ischia Ponte) - so expect a 15-20 min. walk if you wish to go out at night or day time. The city itself is stunningly beautiful - much larger than we expected and filled with nice shops and great Italian restaurants. The bus stops right outside the hotel if you wish to go to the city or some other place on the island and goes very frequently throughout the day. We chose for 3 days to visit the beautiful Maronti beach - which was a 20 min. bus-ride away (line 5). Tickets can be bought in the tobacco shop 30 meters from the hotel or on the bus directly at low cost (about 1,70 EUR per ticket). Taxis on the island will likely try to rip you off (we paid 25 EUR for a 5 minutes ride from the harbor to the hotel), so take the bus if you can. Ischia is generally a super beautiful island. We will for sure return some day and hopefully and stay at this property again. There was an ant problem in one of our rooms one day - we informed the staff they very quickly fixed it.
