Well maintained and responsible staff

Perfect breakfast and clean hotel. Polite staff. But only our bathroom vents didn’t work. Overall, it was well above our expectations.

My room was clean but musty. To be fair, I did not point this out while I was there since I was inly there one night and didn’t want to make a fuss. The breakfast had variety of hot and ready made items. This location is easy to get to and less than 5 minutes from charming downtown Plano that has a variety of delicious local restaurants.

I would especially like to thank the lovely lady who worked in the breakfast area. She was incredibly kind, helpful, and always greeted guests with a smile. Her positive attitude and excellent customer service made each morning start on a great note. She went above and beyond to make sure everyone was taken care of, and her hard work did not go unnoticed. Thank you to the entire hotel team for making my stay enjoyable. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to others.

Was a clean basic stay and a kind staff.

Great for just a quick stay and get back on the road. Only issue I had is we were on the first floor near the check in desk and it was noisy at times. Also the evening/early morning there was a large smell of weed in the hallways.

Breakfast was good with a variety of choices. Parking was convenient and felt safe. There were no people hanging around in the parking lot.

Just wait until they are done renovating this hotel because those rooms are not worth that amount

The breakfast was pretty good and not something I come across often. The room has both a desk and an almost-standing desk type thing. If you work on a laptop it's very comfortable. [Bad] The desk has a chair, but there's two problems: the floor is carpet and the chair will not fit under the desk. You cannot comfortably sit with your back supported and have your laptop within proper distance. I am 5'7" for reference. Housekeeping knocked and immediately opened the door. I was bare naked standing working on my laptop; I don't care but it's unprofessional and there is no do not disturb signs to hang on your door. The check in guy said my deposit would be released at checkout. I looked at my account and they posted the transaction. I am assuming I will see it in a few days but the employee should have been aware of their operating procedures and/or shared context. Charging a deposit albeit somewhat standard practice is deceptive if not known at booking time and so is making someone think it would be released at checkout. The WiFi disconnected constantly during the day. I had less problems at night.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was very welcoming. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Clean room, linen, bathroom, and refrigerator. Property nice and clean, parking was efficient with no worries. Breakfast smelt great. Staff aways above and beyond. I have been to high class hotels, inns and suites that aren’t as nice as this Quality Inn. Oh, the king bed and multiple pillows are very comfy.

It was the best experience I’ve had at a motel in many years. Parking convenient, room clean, bed comfy, water nice and hot, very helpful staff and so much to do in the area.

The bed was very firm and uncomfortable, the room had a smell seems like it was coming from the air conditioner and the walls where thin and you could here everything in the hallway. Overall affordable but would not book again.

Customer service was amazing

This hotel was supposed to be non smoking. We even had to agree that we would be charged if we smoked. The room next to us you could smell the Marijuana coming from that room. The hallway smelled like Marijuana. The rooms smelled musty and the rooms need to be updated. Our room you could push the door open without using the key card. We did notify the staff and it was fixed.

Area felt safe parking lot clean and illuminated well. 1st floor clean, 2nd floor is carpet had an odd smell they did have wet floor signs out on some areas The smell carried into our room I just brought in my car air refresher, our room was clean no issues. The breakfast area clean and well stock eggs, sausage, waffle, muffins, toast, peanut butter jelly, yogurt, hot cocoa, tea, juice, milk, cereal, and coffee. Over all a great stay, please be aware there's no pool I don't know how I missed it. Website has no pool listed it my fault for not noticing, they do have a gym on the 2nd floor I didn't have a chance to use it on this trip.

During my time at the property, I observed several maintenance and housekeeping concerns. The comforter on the bed appeared to have stains, the sheets had visible wear and holes, and the refrigerator in the room did not adequately keep food or beverages cold. Additionally, housekeeping items were not consistently replenished, and on some occasions I had to request fresh sheets myself. At the end of my stay, I was informed by management that two top sheets were allegedly missing from my room. I was surprised by this claim and explained that I had not removed any hotel property from the room. Despite this, a $120 hold was placed on my card for the alleged missing items. When I returned to the property to discuss the charge—after being invited to do so—I attempted to ask questions about how the items were tracked and how the situation had been determined. Unfortunately, the discussion escalated quickly and I was asked to leave the property. Law enforcement was called and I was escorted out, which was both embarrassing and distressing. Shortly after leaving, I received a call from a front desk employee informing me that the $120 hold would be returned to my card. While I appreciate that the charge was ultimately reversed, the entire experience was upsetting. Being accused of taking hotel property without clear evidence

so I asked for air freshener or something. (They did not offer to come clean or anything) I was given something to spray on the carpet, which I did, then left the window open while going to dinner. Came back and it still smelled terrible. I suffered thru it but will never stay there again. (I had family who stayed in another room who did not have this issue.) The tub looked like it could use a good bleaching. The toiletries in the room were very minimal. The shampoo and conditioner were not refilled so with one pump that was all the conditioner there was. The breakfast was not good. The coffee pot in the room leaked all over the table (which we cleaned up) and just went down to the lobby for coffee. The bed was not quality so it was hard to get a good night sleep. I do not recommend this hotel. The price was under $90 but you get what you pay for. Lesson learned.

I was very disappointed that my reservation on the last day had no hot water for more than six hours. This significantly affected my preparation for the special event I traveled to Dallas to attend. Given the impact and the inconvenience, I am requesting a full refund for that day.

On arrival the staff was very rude. The pictures were very misleading on the hotel. The rooms had an awful smell that was hard to get rid of. No amenities like it had in the photos on the website. This property is very misleading and I would advise you to spend your money elsewhere. Not worth the stay.

The price was fair for what I received. The bed was what I liked most; the pillows were comfortable and I slept well. The area is very safe, the staff is very friendly, and the breakfast is basic but nutritious.

The room was great, accommodation was great. The only thing I didn’t appreciate were the hidden fees - I should be notified of any deposits due before booking not at the front desk during check in.

Staff were friendly, and the room was spacy. Wifi was good, but it would disconnect every so often. The breakfast was limited, nothing special, but they had good breaskfast hours. Check out time is 12 pm. The shower faucet was a bit difficult to turn on and the bed was uncomfortable. But the price was decent. Overall, it was in the middle. The room was cleaned. The first thing I admired was the tiles at the entrance. There should be air fresheners in the hallways and the reception. 2nd floor had fowl smells. Overall, my family and I had a good resting weekend.

Nice room. Staff were great. Only wish 1. they had more food options and healthier. Only item rotated was muffins. 2. The gym was on the first floor and had newer equipment. I couldnt really workout without disturbing others yhough i was quiet as possible., and the cardio machines would squeak. Walkij was a little awkward at one point due to construction nearby. train station and downtown is avout a 12 minute walk.

The hotel was within walking distance of downtown restaurants and shops. About 1/2 mile away. There are some restaurants closer but downtown is where we went. The room was clean and staff was friendly. One of the guests was rude by yelling and screaming over a minor incident with staff. Breakfast was ok. Good choices.

I would not recommend staying here. It's an ok place, but the tap to pay does not work so you have to physically have your card and the $50 deposit is a charge and you have to wait 3 to 5 business days for it to go back to your card. VS going to the Hilton and it being refunded within the 24 hour period or almost instantly. So definitely pay the extra and stay somewhere else.

Found the room reminded of a smokers room that had been painted. Found it was exasperated by the AC when it kicked on. Had to spray air freshener to be able to disguise the odor so I could fall asleep. Need to put fans in bathrooms as well.

This property had the best lighting of any hotel room I have experienced. I appreciated the full length mirror as well. The thing that I found peculiar was that they would not allow us to have two extra wash cloths. This policy seemed to be uncalled for!

Extremely rude front desk associate. He was yelling at us at the check in/out desk. He complained that he had to be doing his literal job and continuously rolled his eyes and complained. He would interrupt when we’d try to talk to him… not professional at all. If he doesn’t want to do his job he shouldn’t be working there.

Had half a roll of toilet paper and I asked politely for another roll and was told no, I went to grab a roll and was told no. Did not empty my trash. The breakfast is good. The attendant in the breakfast area is very nice. Front desk is polite.

The carpet in our room was wet. The toilet wouldn't flush. We were transferred to another room where the carpets were even wetter (so that we had to wear shoes in the room) and smelled like wet dog. We were charged $65 because I got cosmetics on my pillowcase and towel. I will never stay at a Quality Inn again, especially since this location was supposed to be one of the nicer ones.

I got the suite to enjoy visiting in the living room area before bed. The couch, chair and coffee table were stained and dirty. My husband seat in the desk chair and I sat in the chair by the table. The bed was nice.

Shower floor towel provided had fresh blood on it. Brought to the front desk and it wasn’t like it was a big deal to them and I never was comp’d for this gross negligence.

We were pleased, the bed was very comfortable, there were a couple of things that could use attention but nothing that will make me not stay there and we stay in Plano every couple of months.

Room smelled like dog or mold or something. Wouldn't recommend. Also the outside smells like dog urine. I believe the owners live there and have dogs and they just urinate everywhere.

The property was very clean. Although it was right next to the freeway, the room was quiet. The a/c was adequate but i wish it would have gotten cooler.

The place is warm and inviting with friendly staff. I have stayed here three to four times now, and I enjoy to peace and quiet while I sleep during the day. This is a great place to stay on a lower budget.

The location has easy access to the interstate, but the area doesn’t look too great. There is nothing in walking distance and even if there were businesses, I wouldn’t walk around at night to go anywhere.

There was mold in the bathtubs, I got really itchy from the soap they use. I rather pay more money for a 4-star hotel. The breakfast was less than average.

The breakfast seemed substantial although I didn’t eat there other guest seemed to really like it. I did have coffee which wasn’t the worst I’ve ever had however, the hotel should invest in an actual coffee machine instead of the small automated dispenser. There is a bit of highway noise at this location but your right next to 75 so just know that going in, overall the room was pretty quiet which was much appreciated. Good job Quality Inn !

Clean and quiet

I paid for two nights through Expedia knowing the first night my boss would be checking in early in the morning around 6am. I called the hotel to make sure to let them know the time of their arrival. Their flight was delayed and they arrived at 6:30am and the hotel had already sold the room. Then CHARGED them more than 3x the expedia price. I am outraged and would never recommend a business with unethical business practices.

My go to place. Staff, and property are way above the standards, and the price is the best i can find for the area.

If you don't have a car, it's a bit of a walk when you get off from the train station. The bus doesn't run as often as well.

It was a good hotel for the price point. Was looking forward to the gym at the hotel but couldnt find it like the website showed. Didnt like how the nonslip stuff in the shower wasnt nonslip at all and the tub was actually less slippery that the nonslip sticker in it! Not safe at all especially with kids.

Was 30 minutes late for check out. Staff made sure to give multiple warnings and still gave me my deposit back so sweet! Also over all service was great kept my room clean for me.
