Clean, quiet and well stocked.

They initially mixed my room and gave us someone else's room. Fortunately it was one my brother booked and he did not mind taking the room after we had already settled down. Then we did not receive the room we booked and paid for and was told the manager had been trying to reach me to let me know a 2 queen bed room was unavailable. I asked when they tried reaching me, I was told "we'll find out" and never heard back. Although I was given a larger room- just more square footage, i still required additional sleeping space for my family as this room was 1 queen and sofa bed and had to request a roll away bed (additional $25/day charge). Room carpets were visibly dirty. When we first entered the bathroom there was a huge cockroch beside the toilet. They offered free breakfast but we did not have any as was very bare bones. Needless to say we won't be staying here on future trips.

Clean Only one towel and even after repeatedly asking for towel - we barely got two more for a family of 4.

Room amenities. Plates, fridge, etc. The staff were nice. Good lobby to hangout. Clean halls and elevators. Sufficient car parking. Good temp control in rooms. Untimely. It took over 24 hours for us to get towels and an unclogged drain. Over 6 phone calls and many many texts. Also the eggs and French toast sticks literally absorbing the smells of the sausage and bacon. Vegetarians eat eggs and are unable to due to the meat smoke infusing into the eggs and French toast sticks. Unfortunate. Coffee was repeatedly weak (watered down?).

Close to restaurants and the freeway Friendly and helpful staff Every now and then I’d get a whiff of a sewage smell inside my room . Doesn’t seem like anything to do with the cleanliness of the hotel though
