New hotel. Easy access to interstate. Lots of restaurants and stores nearby. Quiet room. Safe parking. Clean & comfortable room. Friendly staff. Great breakfast. Highly recommend this location!!!

We spent 3 nights at Fairfield. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast is good. Location of the hotel is great. It's close to quite a few good restaurants.

It was okay. It was a bit under staffed. The first day, there was a loud beeping sound on our floor for a long time, but no one was available to help. The room was okay. They need to have better toilet paper for sure. It’s so thin so you would have to use a lot that wouldn’t save them money. The shampoo, conditioner and body wash are in large bottles glued on the wall. One bottle kept falling off. The pipe cover under the sink fell off too. The breakfast was okay. Monday morning was better than Sunday breakfast.

This Fairfield Inn is a solid, dependable option. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the hotel felt safe and quiet. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included and decent. Would stay again.

Hotel building, Room size, Cleanliness, Location. The lady at front desk in morning time was good in her profession. Front desk staff didn't come immediately at counter while they were sitting near the breakfast area. Water bottles not provided in the rooms. One thin pillow should be provided on each bed. House keeping not done in one of our rooms. Brown breads were missing in breakfast. Egg menu has to he changed every day. An hour extension of check out not given, our check in was at about 6 pm.

Always stay at this hotel when visiting Dallas. Staff is very polite and the rooms are always clean. Quite literally the only thing wrong with my last stay was the bathroom sink not draining properly.

Nice hotel, well maintained. Location is convenient, but is located on the busy Central Expressway in Plano. Lots of traffic noise, but otherwise a nice hotel.

The room was spotless, comfortable, and better than expected for the price. Wonderful experience, breakfast was far better than most, and the service was outstanding. Highly recommended.

Stayed for one night. The hotel was clean, breakfast was good, and the room was clean and spacious. Only issues for us was the beds were a little hard.

The hotel bed was disappointingly firm, feeling more like a wooden board than a place to rest. Every shift produced discomfort, making it hard to sleep through the night. While the room itself was pleasant, the bed overshadowed everything. A softer mattress or added cushioning would greatly improve the experience.

The room was musty, and we saw 2 roaches one in the shower and one next to the bed.

The property was clean. We tried to check-in and could find no one to do so. We returned after dinner and checked -in. The room was also clean. But the hotel was noisey with traffic noise. Yet it was not right on the highway but close enough. The air was noisy with the constant and and off of the unit under the phone. The Bathrooms had poor lighting. Not conducive to putting on makeup. Not a good night sleep.

First time at this hotel. The hotel was very clean, and the people were very nice and attentive. Breakfast was good also. Will stay again.

The morning manager was amazing. Camillo is a poor representation to put at the front desk. I have stayed here many times but because of his attitude, I will not return to this location. You lost a loyal customer

The only thing that needs attention is in the bathroom shower area. The water splashes out underneath the shower curtain onto the floor.

Very nice Hotel.

The doors into the room closes w loud noises. Off and on the entire night I heard neighboring room doors slamming shut. It was not a good experience staying in this hotel.

This hotel was very clean and inviting. The morning breakfasts were great and well managed, with many options. Checking in and out was easy. The room was clean and comfortable, although getting the right temperature setting was a challenge (it was only really cool when the AC air was blowing, when it stopped, it was hot).

Excellent stay. Clean, comfortable hotel in a great location. Susan manages the breakfast area and she is friendly and keeps the bar stocked with a variety of fresh, hot food. She always remembers our family from prior stays. The lady at the front desk in the mornings is also very kind and helpful. She gave our kids coloring books and crayons. The beds are comfortable and the AC works well. The water pressure in the bathroom isn’t the strongest but overall this is our “go-to” hotel in Plano.

The room is nice, spacious and clean. Breakfast is free but they have the same protein everyday, scrambled eggs and sausage. For 3 days they served the same.

We had a very good stay. The staff were outstanding!! The property is showing some wear and tear since we were there a couple of years ago. Would love to see some healthy options for diabetics for breakfast. Their breakfast is outstanding but no real sugar sensitive options.

Good hotel and location for my needs

The pool was out of service and no warning about that when reservation was made.

Breakfast was very fresh and had good selections. Staff went out of their way to greet us each time and always had big smiles. Rooms smelled fresh, towels were nice and thick, and well equipped to fit our needs. It was a handicap room and I felt a little nervous in the shower because it only had one safety handle in the shower. And the bathroom floor was too slippery in my bare feet.

Parking was good and safe. Breakfast was good and lots of choices. But housekeeping came at 1030 am to ask us that they need yo clean and it is checkout time. But checkout time was 12 noon.

Breakfast had a great selection. Very friendly staff. Ice machine on our floor did not work. I just went to another floor.

Beds were super comfortable, and rooms were clean! The location was perfect could travel 30 minutes in either direction to get a glimpse of what the city had to offer. Also, loved the fact they had charging ports for our car.

Was hard to check in. Hotels.com app showed I had already paid but when I arrived to hotel they said I didnt pay and had to charge a different card so Im not earning my reward points for the stay

Refrigerator didn't work, called and told they had no maintenance until the following day. All leftovers put in fridge were ruined. They brought another fridge on Day 2 while I was out and that one didn't work. Called again, told it had to be following day. Day 3 nobody showed up. Day 4 they brought a "new" fridge. With less than 24 hours before leaving finally a working fridge. Stay was only 5 days. No compensation or call from manager Tony as I requested.

This hotel was the best one I have been!

All of the staff was great but I have to give special mention to Susan who works in the breakfast area! Top notch customer service and so incredibly friendly! She went above and beyond to check on us and constantly maintained a clean area! Two big thumbs up for Susan!!

This was a very nice hotel, comfortable beds in that they aren't as hard as most others, we chose Fairfield because another one we stayed at had fresh scrambled eggs. This one had the premixed nasty-tasting scrambled eggs.

Great stay, spent a week or so here, and always felt safe and there were great restaurants an easy walk from here.

The stay was different this time, the room smelled like either paint or smoke even tho it was a smoke free room. I asked to have them spray something but it was the same and was not offered to change rooms. The staff was nice and the lady that takes care of the breakfast I just loved her. I did find a small roach in the bathroom.

Breakfast the next morning was a great bonus—fresh, hot, and with a good variety of options for both kids and adults. The hotel’s location is also convenient, with easy access to restaurants and stores nearby. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend Fairfield Inn & Suites Dallas Plano North to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and restful place to stay in the area. The staff was very nice, only issue we had was cold showers. I mean freezing cold. Water finally started getting warm at the end of 2nd shower.

The stay was comfortable. We were in town for a couple of nights for a wrestling tournament so most of our time was spent away from the room. We arrived late and appreciated the security at the hotel, the quick check-in and the cleanliness of the room. Our daughters enjoyed the breakfast options. The room was comfortable for our family and was a pleasant stay.

Great get away

The room I stayed in initially had a problem with the toilet flushing, so the front desk helped me change to another room, but the sink was clogged. The shower water pressure was very low. I was too tired to repack and change room.

When we visit Plano, TX we always stay here. We never regret it. We always have a nice time The rooms are clean and the staff is hospitable. We feel safe and the location is so close to shopping and restaurants.

Area around the hotel is nice and quiet and far enough from the highway. Conveniently located walking distance from 24hr fast food and other shopping.

A/C did not work in the lobby/breakfast area so was too hot and humid to even bother eating breakfast at the hotel. Toilet in room is so short, it’s like it is made for a child! Not good for a 6’2” male. Room only had one coffee bag supplied even though room had two queen beds. Only one of the two elevators worked! Not a good experience and I will never book there again and yet we visit our daughter in Plano a lot! Book somewhere else!

Great location and very clean.

The only negative was the temperature in the lobby and breakfast area. It was uncomfortably hot and seems like poor conditions for the desk staff to work in and made dining in the breakfast area unwelcome. Everything else was great.

There were cockroaches crawling on the tv in the room when we first checked in. Somehow when I was booking the room, I was lloking for indoor pools, and thought I had seen this motel had one. It would help if you're site not only showed a pool icon, but also a specific icon for INDOOR pool.
