Had an amazing experience. A must stay if you are planning to stay around Phoenix airport area. The staffs were well trained, professional and polite. The rooms were neat & clean and the breakfast was awesome.

The staff were very pleasant and helpful. They made you feel welcome. The rooms were outstanding, big with refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and a stove. We could have actually cooked our meals there. The breakfast was outstanding. We will definitely stay here on our next trip to Phoenix.

Breakfast was good, everything was stocked. The kids loved the cookies. The room was well stocked and clean. Staff was very friendly. I like the afternoon drinks and bites/snacks you offered. The sofa bed needs to be updated. For paying close to $300 and having a a sofabed that the cushions are ripped up is not pleasant. It just presents itself as a dirty sofa and brings down value of room. Room #226, needs a new sofa bed. Needed more outlets by the walls to be able to charge my phone on the other side of bed.

10/10. Breakfast is good. Rooms are nice. Staff is nice. Only thing, no cell reception even while on WiFi. Had to go outside if I wanted to talk on my phone odd. 10mins from airport. 7mins from Walmart Target stores eateries etc. Dollar tree is around corner walking distance.

Asked for the trash to be thrown & new towels. Trash were still undone & old towels still in room.

The area is near stores , restaurants, post office, airport and downtown. Great location and very quiet Nothing
