Friendly staff, nice breakfast, great location.

Easy walk to chase stadium. Only thing I felt wrong was if you proved stay at hotel parking should be less than 40. Breakfast fair. But very clean, staff verr helpful and friendly

The advertised Bar/Restaurant was not open due to low occupancy, and the breakfast buffet was horrible.

My stay here was excellent all round from walking into check in and valet parking, everyone were helpful and accommodating, my room was perfect and quiet clean also. I enjoyed the wonderful margarita and the friendly barman who I also saw at breakfast and remembered to ask how the concert was from the night before, I can’t remember his name, also a shout out to Michelle and Vick at the front desk and to Silas at the valet parking

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I was hard pressed to find ANY discrepancies with the room, property, or otherwise. When booking I did not notice that valet parking was the only parking option and was caught off guard upon arrival. But with the downtown location it actually was beneficial and worth the cost. The venue for our concert was literally right across the street and there were numerous restaurants, coffee shops, etc within walking distance. Staff was very friendly and helpful with information about the area. Highly recommend and would stay there again.

It has an awesome location All cars have to be valet parked and that was over $50, I believe properties should have parking..

Beds mattress is weird, dining tables are dirty. There is not hot sauce

Wife and I booked a room for 6/6/26 to go watch the Diamondbacks. We got into town earlier than we expected to so I called the property to inquire about an early check in. I was told that if they had a room ready that it shouldn’t be a problem. I was advised that a room matching my room type was ready but I would have to pay an early check in fee. I appreciated the four towels as most hotels do two or worse three. Starts the fight Room wasn't ready when check-in time arrived. We got here early, no room was available, understandable. We checked bags at front desk, and went out checking stuff out. Check-in was 3, got back at 3:15 and still no room. I'm sure others checked in while we were out and about. Bring water or walk to Fry's (a block away). Water at hotel is $6, Fry's for a much larger bottle was .99 cents.

Room was beautiful and close to the stadium. Had to pay $47 a night for parking. There is no free parking. To get a late check out they wanna charge you an extra $50.
