Can’t really remember anything I liked The hotel had 30-40 cops with several dogs that were very aggressive. Told the hotel my girlfriend is deathly afraid of dogs but they didn’t care and didn’t offer a refund so for the next two nights we left and got a hotel down the way. Lost 800$ but somehow it was worth it to me.

I didnt like that the staff was rude and unwelcoming. The room was outdated and over priced. It was our 14th anniversary. The staff made it clear they did not care they did not want to be there. We have stayed at the Hotel in Katy and never had a problem. We will not be staying here again.

The couch in our room was horrible; it had a terrible smell, a very musty smell. We do not feel it was properly cleaned from the guest before us.

The hotel is very clean and in a nice area with a movie theater and stores such as target within walking distance. I would like to see bacon on the breakfast buffet on Sunday mornings. The only thing they always have is regular linked sausage cut up. It's not even breakfast sausage.

Front desk help was cheerful and attentive. The rooms were very clean and thought was put into everything from the folding of the towels (even the kitchen towels) to the cute additions to the kleenex and toilet paper rolls.

The large area for the children to freely move around. The kindness of the staff. The hotel lobby was clean, well-lit, and nicely decorated. The breakfast was not as full as usual and there was only one functioning elevator for everyone so many times we had to wait a longer than usual time to get to our room/destinations. My higher rating is based on the rating my daughter wished to give.

The breakfast was good and to my surprise a great spread of choices. The location was also great walking distance to the shopping center, and movie theater. I think the weekday breakfast could have a little more variety like the weekend breakfast. The pool water was not too clear and might need proper filtration.

Weekend breakfast buffet was great. Location was also very good for our situation (near grandkids). I prefer separate bedroom quarters when traveling with my adult son. Unfortunately, I didn't realize the room I booked was not a suite. Next time, I'll be more attentive when making a reservation.

Loved this property and will seek out Home2 in the future. The rooms had everything you'd need or could think of. Very clean & organized. Staff (all of them/everyone) was very friendly & helpful which often makes a simple but HUGE difference in experience (no idea why more companies don't pay attention to staff demeanor, but they should).

We’ve stayed here before and it’s always a nice stay. I like that breakfast is included. It’s not the greatest food but it’s something and my kids enjoyed. I took advantage of the 24/7 coffee. We love that there’s a snack and drink shop available when you walk in. This location was conveniently located close to a target and other shops we could walk to. We took advantage of the pool table (even though the cues had no tips left), and the swimming pool for our kids. Staff is always friendly and cheapest price for what we need. We’ll be back!

The heater in our room was not working properly. Thank goodness for Carlos! He was so sweet and had it working in less than 30 minutes! The only real negative we had was the cleanliness. The bathroom had hair behind the toilet, in the shower, on the floor in front of the shower, and on the counter. It's as if dirty or used towels were used to "clean". I might suggest housekeeping vacuum the floors when donr cleaning to pick up hairs. There was even hair on the bed (which made me question if the sheets had been changed. Black light indicated sheets were ok) The lamp on the night table was quite dusty as well. Other than the housekeeping issues, our stay was nice and we would stay again.

When I complained to management about the smoking they just told them to move to a seat next to the pool area. The smokers were all still there smoking just a foot away so why bother? I have asthma and I had my 8 year old grandson with me. He found a cigarette butt in the pool. Why they would allow smoking next to the pool is very strange to me. I understand they are accommodating their smokers, but it’s at the expense of their non-smoking guests. Very bad for children to breathe in second hand smoke. I would not recommend this Hotel if smoking bothers you or if you have children and want them to use the pool. I switched to the Hyatt and made sure there was no smoking allowed in or near their pool. Texas is a smoking state so my advice is to call and find out where they allow smoking on their property first before booking.

Came in for a college football game. Check in was easy. Staff was amazing. Room was clean. Only issue was the floor in the shower. It gets really slippery when soap and water gets on it. Will definitely stay again. Plenty of eating options in area.

I liked the quick and easy check-in because we checked in at 2:00a.m. The room was clean and comfortable. The free breakfast was extraordinarily good each day! Loved it! I especially enjoyed the pet-friendly policy and price!

The location was perfect for us (we are from out of town). The room was spacious enough to have a late Christmas with our adult children before going to dinner. It was also perfectly located to spend New Year's Eve with our friends that leave in that area. I really like the design and decisions in the room plus all the amenities.

The concierge Bridget was the worst customer service representative I had ever had to deal with. I will never stay at a Hilton property because of the way I was treated at this property the general manager Robin was not much better she wanted to back Bridget with a lie that I showed her that I knew was a lie.

The hotel was very nice, clean with a very clean smell. Located in a quiet environment in a busy area of town where you have easy access to gas stations, Cosco, Target, Walmart, restaurants and banking. We spent just one short night at this hotel. We wish we stayed longer.

The bed was fantastic, the room was wasted space that could have been given to the Tru side where I spent as much money. But the towels were the worst towels I have ever had,so rough they scratched my skin.

The toaster was broken in the Tru side breakfast area so y on couldn’t toast your bagels or bread, but the complimentary breakfast was pretty typical of what you would find at other places. I would recommend this place for a comfortable stay.
