Very clean room, Excellent neighborhood easy shopping good breakfast we were very happy with the service. Only problem my wife has a long hair very low water pressure to wash her hair. Also I requested no ground floor I did get the third floor but the person above my room was very noisy late at night and 5am in the morning. Everything else we had a good night stay.

The master light switch in the room turned off all the lights at the head board. You couln't turn those lights off without turning off the master then you had no light.

Didn’t work and we were given a IT number to call but after 1.5 hours of being passed around to different techs, no one could figure out why the hotel internet didn’t work. Why would you force guests to sit on the phone for so long figuring out why YOUR internet is down?! Not impressed!

The lady at the front was nice. I did not like how when I came into the hotel after 11 o’clock I had to use my room key to open the door the front door at the lobby that should be open. I checked out over 12 hours ago and still haven’t received my bill. I need to make sure I don’t have any extra charges. Why couldn’t I close out at the front desk?

The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was convenient to a lot of things. The coffee station was nice. We liked the double window shades. The breakfast was not that good. Breakfast potatoes were not cooked enough and the turkey sausage was dry.

We checked in at night and the staff was so inexperienced and had us wait with the baby for an hour and half to check us in because he couldn’t figure out where the our booking is in their system.

Breakfast has always been ok as well as the location. Normally we are satisfied with our decision's to stay at Holiday Inn Express. Front desk staff did the complete opposite of what had already been established by prior arrangement. Approximately a month earlier, we had made an in-person on site visit to the facility, in order to make a future reservation. Our hope and intent was to avoid any future confusion on the planned date of arrival. (Reservation made and confirmed by an on-duty Assistant Manager at the time). Our pre-planning turned out to be all for naught, based primarily on the ludicrous and asinine decision made by the Front Desk Clerk, who was on duty at the time wife arrived to check in on the day of the reservation. (Clerk stated I had to be there too!)

I really enjoyed my stay. Everything was welcoming, comfortable, and made me feel right at home. The service was wonderful, and the atmosphere was relaxing from the moment I arrived. My room was cozy and clean, and every detail made the experience even better. Overall, it was a stay I truly appreciated and would happily come back to. My stay was great and I don’t have any suggestions at the moment it exceeded my expectations.

For the first time I chose to pay at the property through hotels.com. That was a drastic mistake. This hotel pulled out the funds for my hotels.com charge my credit card for it but when I arrive, they charge me regular room rate on top of that and they said that was their policy. I had a two room stay that was close to $400 booked through hotels.com. However, when I got there, they charge me for two more rooms at their normal rate, which was another $400. And they said that was their policy that they had to bill me for their rooms when they’ve already been paid. This is absolutely ridiculous.

The staff was so friendly! They opened breakfast early so the Pickleball referees could grab & go with the food! Even the hot food was ready! Loved the fresh cookies & flavored fruit water!!! Our room was wonderful! So clean. Plenty of plugs for our devices. Loved the coffee maker & fridge. Also loved the hand lotion in the bathroom. I have NO complaints or improvements!

Room was very clean and comfortable. Angel and Yolanda were fantastic. They opened up the breakfast area early so a group of pickleball refs could have a bite. So friendly too. Toilets are too short!

The Hotel is typical for Holiday Inn. Staff is wonderful. Very happy and helpful. The 1 and only complaint is the noise from floors above. I would suggest choosing a room on top floor.

It’s a good hotel, but the people staying above our room couldn’t keep it quiet , I couldn’t even take a nap. I don’t know if they had kids but was a nonstop stomping all day and night

I’m thinking was coming from the AC not sure if the filter needed to be changed. We were only there for one night. Everything else was fine. I did enjoy the breakfast they offered a lot of different variety and was really clean the whole property.

I called front desk about midnight for an extra blanket she was up in less than 5 minutes! I requested extra towels and a fresh made bed and it was done so quickly! Also when I checked out I forgot my earrings and the hotel called me to let me know. I’ve never been called when I’ve forgotten something. And I have forgotten things in the past but never remember until I’m back home unpacking. So that was great! And the whole area is just great. Shopping, food, even a amazing waterpark

The service was great, however breakfast is served at 7, and I personally prefer earlier than that. After hours there is no staff working, so checking out early and needing assistance was not a thing.

This is my family’s 3rd time to stay at this hotel & we always enjoy the friendly, welcoming staff & the clean facilities.

We were given the first room by the elevator and I was worried about traffic and noise but gladly that wasn’t the case. We decided that we will stay here again when in Austin.

Everything was great

The room was nice and clean. The shades didn’t pull all the way down, vanity light did not work and the hair dryer didn’t even get warm. Beside the minor inconveniences it was a nice place to catch some sleep.

Breakfast is excellent and very well served. The rooms are clean and very spacious. The TV has all the channels I need. The property overall is very well maintained and the staff is excellent. The only issue is the parking, it can get pretty full without parking. But overall, I love to stay in this hotel.
