We loved everything about it! The space, the smell, the esthetic, the music, the playlist, the location was great! Staff were very sweet and attentive, super comfortable bed! We really enjoyed our stay, we would definitely come back and recommend.

The architecture & design ; the cool & sexy vibe ; the helpful staff ; the good food ; the area where the hotel is situated Our room was next to the street , so it was a but noisy ( motorcycles ) at night .. but we were provided with earplugs anyway .

Interior design, details, room facilities, location, staff and food at portion.

It was annoying as you can hear everything outside the room. Don’t get the room with a pool if you plan to have a mid day naps as it will be over your head with annoying fountain which will start running from 9 am till 9 pm. The room is very small.

The only thing that can be improved is the soundproofing of the room. Can hear ppl open and close their door and talk on the hallway.

We stayed at penthouse that has a nice balcony along. the first thing to mention is exceptional design, all details very well thought through, giving one an instant aesthetic satisfaction. very clean, super comfortable beds, spacious shower. we appreciated the sound system and music in the room. the staff is as very very professional and friendly. we stayed at Further Gallery building just in front of Baked, which is super conveniently located close to everything in Pererenan and the beach. the only thing is the noise in the evening as it may get quite loud, however at night the street is pretty quiet

location The room is super noisy, literally on the side of the road. we couldnt sleep at all the 1st night and i cut my stay short to just 1 night.

I loved the design, so creative with beautiful details. Really loved everything about the room yet the staff provided very bad service. I had a complaint and they didn’t know how to act or handle the situation, was escalated to the manager and even so same thing. Amazing place and sorry for not being able to recommend it to others cuz of the staff.

No Tv in the hotel

The hotel is super cool, the interior design and products they provided are amazingly harmony with the room. I love the photography art pieces they displayed, and the concept of whole hotel is artistically unique! Moreover, the service is super welcoming, Ingrid and Michelle is so kind and generous, especially offering me a lovely birthday cake while knowing the trip is during my birthday, so sweet!!!

The hotel and rooms design 1. During the check-in the staff surprises you with the additional payment you need to make as a deposit. It's only 1mln idr but the fact that they didn't tell you about this deposit BEFORE your stay is not a good thing at all. You could send me the message by WhatsApp or booking app to notify me beforehand but you didn't. 2. Some of the rooms are noisy so we couldn't sleep well and asked to change the room. Thanks god they had another one but if they didn't... 3. The cleaning was just about changing the bed sheets and towels, but all the surfaces were covered by dust. 4. The breakfast. So we pay that amount of money and we have to tell the staff EVERY DAY before 3pm (!!) that we want to order breakfast for the next day. And we need to tell what exactly we want from the menu. There's no opportunity to order it once for the whole stay, it's sooo inconvenient!
