Nice location. First we got out in a room next to a big kids birthday party. Was VERY loud so they moved us. The next room the bed frame was broken and teetered and tottered whenever we moved. Then there was this desk lamp that was so tippy of you touched it gently it fell over. It fell off the desk and broke the edge of a stool. The staff then tried to force us to stay at the hotel while they inspected the situation at checkout which made us late for an appointment. Then they wanted us to pay for damages until we took them up to the room and showed them the broken bed situation and how the lamp fell over if you blew air on the thing. Staff was very inflexible and unprofessional. We won’t go again.

I really enjoyed my stay at Noema Hotel in Canggu. The hotel is beautifully modern, with great attention to detail I especially loved the kimonos in the rooms. As a first-time solo traveler, I felt very comfortable here and would highly recommend it. The location is central and convenient, and the staff were incredibly friendly, kind, and always helpful whenever I needed anything. Nothing.

The hotel is super new, so it was still a bit more quiet which I loved. We were nicely surprised to be offered an upgrade to our room which worked well traveling with my mum and sister. We got to enjoy the Imagi Lagoon suite that had direct access to 1 of their 3 pools. 1 king + 1 twin bed plus a living area. We also did have time to check out their gym, nice equipped and well air conditioned. Next to the gym is a 3 floor playground for kids to climb and explore. Unfortunately I didn’t get time to explore the roof access to see the view (would be perfect to view the sunset). The staff were amazing, super attentive and remembering you by your first name. The guest experience manager Evan was super friendly, and often checking in and asking how our stay was, and if there was any improvements needed. We did have a large party dinner at their Indonesian restaurant Paparemda. Both the food and service was very good. The samsam buling and short ribs were delicious. The included breakfast was very good as well, note it isn’t buffet style but instead a la carts made to order so fresh and what you want (definitely a plus). Not much not to like. But of course as a new hotel just some small details are needed. Like lagoon access rooms should have pool towels stocked in the room (instead of having to request each time). That’s about it.

Brand new and first large-scale resort property in Pererenan. They offered an amazing breakfast, the staff is very helpful especially Saka, and the rooms are comfortable.
