Good morning everything was perfect

Didn’t receive towels by house service. They only took out trash.

The property was pretty dated, a bathroom had stains on the walls smelled like mildew, and we found a vape pen in the couch cushions he folded out couch bed had hairs on it, and for the first time in my life, I had to ask the manager for the Cleaning crew to come and fully clean the unit

Felt like I was owed a partial refund for having to go to the front desk for towels every night. Housekeeping took our towels everyday even if they were hanging up and never left new ones. Had a cockroach two different days. Was told it was due to the rain, but good pest control would prevent them from coming in in the first place. Asked about utilizing the grill and was told they had all the tools and everything. When we went to use it, there wasn’t a lighter. Trash wasn’t picked up multiple days. The cooktop took about an hour to even start to warm the water, but never got it to a boil.

Location is good. The rooms are accommodating to the size of people Room smelled as if pets were in the room prior to my stay. Room was not cleaned when I arrived so I had to wait and it still wasn't fully cleaned when I returned. Debris was in hallway. The side door was coming apart. Overall it appears that it is poorly maintained. Carpet throughout building needs to be deep cleaned or replaced. Housekeeping needs tweaking

My family liked the breakfast and the staff were both helpful and friendly. I will use the same place again.

We will not be staying here again. Pros: We liked having a kitchenette in the room. They had complimentary bags of ice at the front desk because the ice makers in the small fridge don’t make very much. The beds and pillows were pretty comfy. The breakfast had some good scones but those cleared out very fast. Cons: We had to have our room keys rekeyed at least 5 times because they stopped working. There is only one elevator for the whole hotel. It takes forever and is very small. The stairs are on complete opposite ends of the elevator if you decide you don’t want to wait it out. The pool is VERY small so if more than two or three families are out there it would be crowded. No towels at the pool. Pool had balls of hair stuck to the filter at the bottom and on the pool deck. Now for the room; we put up our “No Housekeeping Needed” door hanger up while we went out on our first day only to come back to one bed made, trash emptied, and our towels that we had hanging up gone. Wouldn’t have been a huge deal but our towels were not replenished, so we had nothing but a hand towel. We went to the front desk to ask for towels and were told they were all being washed. As a hotel I don’t understand how ALL the towels can be dirty. We did finally get some later in the day but had to go back to front desk and ask again. Shower had mildew built up on walls, so did fan. Looked like shower liner hadn’t been changed in a long time. Hotel didn’t smell great either. Not impressed.

The hotel itself was clean. Everything worked fine in our room. The staff was pleasant. My only issue with this hotel itself was breakfast. I've been to several hotels and when advised breakfast is from 7am until 9:30am I expect food to still be served until that time. Most of the food was gone. Nothing was replenished except for coffee. From my previous hotel experiences the staff working the kitchen would notice food is low, Notice people are still eating and replenish the food until 9:20. They did not. Overall definitely worth the money. Pretty damn close to the beach and other festivities.

We were close to everything! Did not have to drive too far. The breakfast was delicious every day. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Our two bedroom suite would have been perfect if it weren’t for the excessive amount of dog hair that we found all over our sofa and in our beds upon arrival. We have no issue with pet friendly policies but there should be specific rooms to accommodate pet owners. We saw housekeepers but I don’t think they cared much about the cleanliness of the hotel. We saw the same Apple Jack cereal in the same spot on the floor in the hallway from the entire 3 days that we were there. We had to ask for new bedsheets due to dog hair and we had to ask for a vacuum and so much dog hair came up no

The staff was nice except on the last night of our 7 day stay we ask for a roll of toilet tissue which we never received. The rooms were clean. The only problem We had were the quests above. They were very noisy from around 6:30 in the am until around 4:00 am at night. They were constantly running, jumping, slamming doors etc. The only quiet time was the few hours when they left during the day. This happened every day we were there.Other than that the Hotel was great.

Easy access to beach, shopping centers and restaurants.. it was very clean and staff were super nice!! Breakfast was delicious and had a good variety for everyone Housekeeping didn’t clean everyday.. we were there 4 days and they empty trash and made bedding twice .. other than that it awesome

It was a nice place the suit was so big and perfect for the stay. It was dirty. You could not walk on the floors barefoot. We spilled some water on the floor by the sink and I cleaned it up with paper towels and they were black. I don't think it had been cleaned in quite some time. The beds were clean and the tub and shower were clean . I don't know if the carpet had been vacuumed in a while, the hallway was also dirty. If they would just clean the floors it would have been great.

The property could have been cleaner in several areas, but overall it was a nice stay. We would stay again.

This hotel's online reviews are completely misleading. The property is filthy, understaffed, and mismanaged. After an 8-hour drive, we were met with a hostile environment. No front desk employees smiled; they treated guests as a burden. Our room had a musty smell and looked entirely uncleaned, covered in grime, human hair, and animal fur because they don't tell you that every room is a pet room. Online photos are deceptive; the room is much smaller in person.Major safety and structural hazards were present: active mold above the bathroom ceiling, peeling paint, a stained tub, and a broken refrigerator leaking water.The entry door handle was broken, and our room was next to a heavy exterior exit door.Because walls offered zero soundproofing, the door slammed loudly all night, making sleep impossible.Customer service was shockingly bad.There were no pool towels, and when we asked for room towels,the worker rudely interrogated us.Another employee walked around playing an audiobook out loud on speaker.When confronted about the filth, staff did not care. They refused to clean our room that day or relocate us, handed us a vacuum to clean the room ourselves, and denied us cleaning spray, as it was against policy. Basic hygiene is ignored;a trash worker touched public door handles with dirty gloves. Even the advertised evening social was a joke, consisting of cheap chips while staff stared us down. I could write three pages on why not to stay.I have more to say.Avoid this nightmare.
