We had a good time. Our room was clean, but our sheets and covers felt damp both nights. there wasn’t blankets or pillows to keep us warm
-
Great staff and close to everything we needed.
-
The pool was under maintenance the entire time, and was not made aware prior.
-
Her room felt damp. The covers were thin.
-
No complimentary breakfast
-
There were multiple broken lights in the room The WiFi was unusable, dial-up would be a better option They won't let me post the video so you'll have to go to the Google review for that Do yourself a favor and go ANYWHERE other than this establishment as they are in no way, shape, or form, worthy of your business, or hard earned money Marriott used to be a well respected name, now they are nothing more than a pimple on the hotel industries face

12.00 for 2 cups. otherwise a nice place to stay.
-
Very close to the Wharf (where I had a conference)! Quiet, safe, convenient to access the beach or Foley shopping. Right now the pool is out of commission, but they have agreements with 2 nearby hotels if you want to use their pools. Highly recommended!

Great stay
-
Very pleasant and close to a lot of restaurants

Seemed like an older hotel that needs some TLC and not the level I expect from Courtyard. Elevator was broke part of our stay, the room was very humid and the sheets felt damp, and there were footprints on the ceramic tile floor and a few other minor housekeeping issues. The pool was down for maintenance as well. Beds were clean and comfortable.

Had ice for the cooler by vending machines (very nice), good gym, breakfast is pricy if you eat at the hotel

Very clean nice rooms well kept

Everything about this location was amazing

Front desk needs training with their customer service skills. Claimed they knew nothing and offered no assistance. Room very basic...nowhere near the cost of the room.

The hotel was near my conference venue. One of the staff members needs to work on her customer service. She was slow getting everyone checked in. Then my keys didn’t work when I got upstairs. I came back down, and she never apologized. I ignored it, however. Then my room smelled like urine. I had to go back once again. I asked to change rooms. She never apologized. The manager was there as well and never offered her apologies or seemed concerned that one of her rooms smelled like urine. I had to say something, and then she proceeded to tell me how she did apologize which was a lie. I never complain, but at least act concerned for making me have to come back twice! In addition, the lights didn’t work in the elevator which was a little scary when you are alone. I will not be staying here again.

I enjoyed the big window, the black out curtains and overall cleanliness of the hotel and definitely the location. There was a sticky substance on the entire floor outside the bathroom area. I later learned from the front desk that the person who mopped the floor did not dilute the cleaning solution. We were told that housekeeping had left for the day and the problem would be resolved the next morning. No one came to resolve the problem. During checkout, the person at the front desk told us that if she had known we had this issue she would have offered us free breakfast, but she did offer us some snacks as we departed. The hotel was rather pricey for a one-night stay.
