My experience at Sleep Inn was not that great. I booked a room with two beds. Everything was OK until I arrived to the property and learned once I got into the room that the room was connected with another room. I was not told about that at the front desk when I was given the room key. They did give me another room on the first floor. That room was OK until one of my kids went to go take a shower and there was a roach on the tub. I went to the front desk to let them know about the roach in the room and was told that is was odd because they did not have any complaints about roaches before. Then we were moved to another room on the third floor. It was OK until we decided to use the microwave. It seems anytime we used the microwave or had food out baby roaches would come out. I have pictures and videos of the roaches. I just fill like me saying that our room having roaches was being dismissed because they did not have any other complaints. Also I fill like the hotel could use a upgrade. I was not satisfied with my stay and this was my first time staying at this hotel and most likely my last. Also I forgot to add that the breakfast was subpar. They had cereal but no milk. Also the waffle maker did not have butter spray to use with the waffle maker so the waffles did not stick. I told the front desk about that and all I was told is that they did not have any and that was that. But overall my stay not good. I left a day early because I was not satisfied.

Not satisfied. Body wash isnt provided and toilet paper expected to be replaced and place a new one for new occupants. Rather old leftover toilet paper is found and no spare is found for a room occupancy of 4.

The staff was welcoming and accommodating when we needed an early check in. We stayed here to be close to family in the hospital. The welcome bags with water and chips were LIFE SAVERS after the long stressful day. The location had us within minutes of the hospital, restaurants and stores like Kroger and Walmart. We couldn't have been more pleased. 5 stars and 2 thumbs up!!!

Old amenities, rooms have old furnitures, the ac in my room was leaking into the room rug which made the room have a smell I told this to receptionist and he said I’ll come take a look he never came, ice machine was broken throughout the hotel, I told the same person at the desk and he said go upstairs, I came back told him it’s broken also he shrugged and said sorry guess no ice. It’s was poor all around… paid pet fee only for them to tell me well you have to take your dog everywhere you go… really not a pet friendly hotel, they just can accommodate pets because they get an extra charge of them..

Rooms at sleep inn are always great would have been a 5 but the a/c unit was not as cold as it should have been even though it was only 70° outside, maybe needed maintenance.

If you expect the W, you will be unhappy, if you expect a decent hotel for a lower price than most, you will see the value. The bed and sheets were clean and comfortable. The water was hot. No bugs.

This is the second weekend in a row that we’ve stayed at this location. The first time the air-conditioning didn’t work, the TV didn’t work, there was no phone in the room, and the bathroom light didn’t work. We gave them the benefit of the doubt and we came back because it’s a reasonably priced room close to the softball field we were playing at. Once again, the AC was not working properly and it was an average of 78° in our room. Will not stay there again.

My reservation was changed to a day earlier without my knowledge, approval or consent. The employee who was at the front desk called her manager who told me there is nothing they could do. They wouldn't even rent me another room so I had a place to stay for the night! I will not be renting with your company again, or any of your partners and I am telling my entire company not to rent with you either.

Good breakfast, clean room. Not enough light in the room. The three lamps were not bright enough and there was no desk lamp. After I showered, there was a lot of black residue in the tub and the same in a glass of water I had left overnight.

Nice stay again, clean room. I had issues with the tv in my room so they gave me another room. The hotel is older and shows signs of age , my the workers clean good.

Close to the freeway, gas stations and restaurants. It was warm and humid in the rooms and most of the locations within the hotel. The room took a few hours to cool down before it was semi comfortable. The chair for the desk was dirty, an old trash wrapper was on the floor near the a/c unit and hair was in the bed and bathroom tub area prior to us using it.

The location is great, right off the highway and close to restaurants and a variety of stores. The breakfast was delicious but a suggestion would be to on occasion replace the sausage links with breakfast sausage patties, biscuits and gravy. Those three items can be eaten in a variety of ways and creates options for your customers. The weather was windy, when we went to our room we could hear a wind draft. When we went to the window the seal was not in good shape and that is where the draft was coming from. We also noticed some of the window locks we broken. Being on the first floor this was a concern. We were moved to another room. The room was clean but we checked the window locks and some were broken. The lamps were rusted and the lamp shades had some burns. The room did not have a telephone and no alarm clock. The TV worked in the beginning and then it didn't work for the remainder of our stay. We informed the clerk of these issues.

First I would like to say I have visited this property once before , but this time I was dissatisfied. First, the first room that I was in was rule 206. The room had a bad smell , so I reported it and as the reception is to give me another room.Got another room ,322 the heat did not work in that room.I was asked to be moved to another room 316 it took a while before the room heated up.But we was able to sleep comfortable. This will be my last time booking at this hotel.But I can say the front desk lady did help me out when I appreciate it

Myself and my family where in Pearland only one night we had a very nice stay.

We stayed there 2 years ago and was very impressed. This time, 2 years later, the property is very run down and looks like it hasnt been taken care of. The paint is peeling of the walls. There is rust on the faucets. The beds last time were really soft. This time they are hard and uncomfortable. The workers were all really nice. The facility is just very run down.

We were very dissatisfied. At 3:30am the power went out. Obviously there wasn't a backup generator like you would expect. We ended up leaving early at 7am because there was no power which meant NO hot water, NO breakfast, and to top it off we had to walk down three flights of stairs in the dark with my husband who is disabled.

Not a bad stay, some of the staff were very rude others tried to make it right. We had requested a pack and play in our room and when we arrived the front desk lied and said they didnt have any. The problem was later solved. One of the three rooms we booked had a musty smell.

Paid for a 2 queen a week in advanced, when I went to check in, front desk said they didn’t have any left. I looked online and it showed 2 beds rooms still available. Lady was on the rude side so I didn’t feel like going back up there to argue. They were going to give me a king and a roll away bed and a couch. Roll away was super small like a twin. Carpet had sticker burs everywhere.

Our stay with two adults and two small dogs was easy, safe, comfortable and smoke free. The front desk ladies were exceptionally nice at all hours of the day and night. The breakfast was a great assortment of hot and cold items including scrambled eggs, potatoes, sausage our first day and cheese omlets, tater tots and sausage the next day. A waffle maker, cereals, fruit, muffins, bagels and breads along with boiled eggs, yogurt, cream cheese and a good selection of condiments and jellies rounds out a great selection that did not disappoint and was kept well stocked.The coffee machine had more than one selection and a variety of creamers and sugars, and was delicious! The hotel property was clean, well lighted inside and out and nicely decorated. The AC worked great. The shower had great water pressure and a massage shower head with several options, perfect for a long hot shower. The front desk had an array of snacks available for sale such as candy and canned sodas that were priced reasonably, not way overpriced like some. Thankful that they had Mountain Dew!! We were greeted every morning and evening by very sweet front desk staff and our little dogs were treated very friendly. The rusted commode seat screws and loud flushing noise were my only disappointments. The pool looked clean and ready for a swim. Our bed linens were clean, soft and comfy. Our room was very clean and furniture in good condition. Fridge and microwave were a plus. I highly recommend this hotel.Loved it!

Easy to get to.

I like the location, convenient, safe & quite. I didn't like the sort of musty smell in the room, possible mildew smell, & pillows were too small to use just one because my head was too low, but when using two my head was too high just couldn't sleep comfortable, other than that everything else was good.

Everything appeared clean, no strange smells but after leaving the room and returning, there were small roaches crawling on the desk.

When we first arrived, our room had a “sewage” smell. We let the attendant at the front, Veronica, know. Right away, she set us up an another room. She was so helpful and kind. All of the staff was. This was by far the best hotel we’ve been to. Clean, safe, priced right. We will definitely be returning.

The manager was courteous and helpful, she helped me with a new key when the first one didn't work without even being asked. Great customer service!

My trip was awesome. It was for a funeral, but we were so glad to spend time with family. My stay at this hotel was great. It was clean and comfortable. Everyone was very kind and courteous. I would highly recommend this hotel to others.

Appreciate that they offer suites. The closet smelled like someone had their pet in there (including the quilt we took out to use). I booked a mobility room and it was not mobility when I arrived.

The lobby and hallways were hot! We passed a thermostat that showed it was set at 82, when it was 95+ with humidity outside. Luckily the air in the room worked well. Pretty clean over all, had to wash sand out of the shower before I could use it. The place looks kinda run down with minor repairs needed. But like I said before, overall it was good for the price.

I would never stay there again nowhere I recommend anyone to go there. I upgrade today Sweet paid $115. They had two ice machines. Both of them was broken no water in their room and charge me two dollars a bottle very disappointed with full service.

We were looking for a hotel. And when I did my search I found this hotel in Pearland. It was very nice and comfortable. The two ladies at the desk were very helpful. We got an excellent rate. It was in the middle of everything that we needed. We will definitely stay again.

Check-in was easy. Requested bottom flor and we were accommodated. Parking lot was lit, and clise to entrance. Breakfast is provided and check ot @ 11am. Close to interstate.

My reservation was canceled when I chose to pay when I checked in. I was not able to answer my phone due to traveling into town. When I got there to check in I was told my room was canceled and they had no extras. My card is still trying to be charged when I was the customer left without a room for me and my small children.

Desk Chair should be put in the dumpster. Cannot believe they have it in a room. Wish I had taken a picture. Also the room was very noisy. Was next to the side entrance and workers staying there entered and left at all hours of the night making loud noises. Do not stay in rooms 101 or 102.

At this point I have zero positive things to say. I was placed in an unacceptable room and they were unable to move me. I understood why it was impossible to put me in another room, but you refused my refund. I checked in and left your motel within 5 minutes. This turnaround doesn’t constitute you keeping my money. This motel restricts smoking, but you allow marijuana in your hotel. I’ve always enjoyed my stay at this hotel, but keeping a customer’s money when they aren’t satisfied or your inability to place me in another room when I asked is so disheartening. You lost a satisfied customer & future business.

Checking was quick and easy. The room was clean, plenty of towels. There were 5 little pillows in the bed, all were rather lumpy. The overhead light in the living room never worked, but there were plenty of lamps so it was not big deal—however, when the light in the bathroom went out in the middle of the night, it was a big deal. In the hallway it smelled like someone was smoking marijuana. I was also put in a handicapped room—which was fine except the shower situation. Parking was perfect—easily accessible. Overall the stay was fine, not great okay. The price was good and there was a decent breakfast.

The TV in the room did not work. Crystal at the front desk NEVER came to fix it. We waited 30 minutes for her to say no one was in the room. The breakfast looked good but the eggs were hard. The sausage was half cooked, and the potatoes were chewy. Also, the linens and curtains were slightly stained and all the fixtures were rusted.

Roaches in the bathroom!

I never got up in time for the free breakfast because it ended at 9 am sharp. I looked at it on my way out my last morning, and it was the usual powdered eggs, overcooked mystery sausage, sweet cereals, sweet rolls, bagels, probably toast. I continuously had a problem getting into my room. The cover on the electric room key was broken, so I felt that it wasn't reading my card well most of the time. On my last night, I was informed that putting these keys anywhere near any electronics... phone, watch, ect, would deactivate them. This didn't explain why my card got deactivated from the time I left my room walked two doors down the hall, got ice, and returned to my room. Needless to say, I didn't have any ID with me, so had to answer a gauntlet of questions before the person behind the desk would reset my card key. Probably easier to find someplace that maintains their facilities better.

Day Mgr Veronica was aware my Truck was stolen off Property that morning. I chose to stay additional night to benefit USAA rental. I purchased additional day via Expedia at 10:50 am and contacted the Front desk. Feeling poorly after a morning of Police and Insurance caused ill affects and I returned to bed. Apparently the Veronica was unable to view her Expedia purchased reservation. Continued harassment till 5 pm when Veronica came to room. The real purpose was so my property could be searched. I returned to find papers amiss and missing workout endurance liquids. Would check the number of vehicle thefts off this Property.

The stay was average, but the service at check in was horrible. The worker was on the phone 10 minutes plus while we stood and waited. Once she was off the phone she didnt offer an apology for the wait, nor did she greet us.

The room was large with a comfy sofa and tv in half and a great bed and chairs in the other half. The room was clean and had lots of towels, tissue and closet space. It was quiet and had good lighting. The staff was courteous and efficient. Breakfast was good especially compared to most we’ve had in other hotels.

The pillows were too small for the bed and the a/c was not working well. Other than that it was a good night's stay.

Hotel had no cable/internet, and was not informed by front desk clerk- Karmin until I was checked in and I checked room. I was not refunded money back because it was a Saturday and manager was not there. I ended up getting another hotel room somewhere else. I called Monday and spoke to manger- Victoria to get refund and she stated that I booked through Expedia and had to contact them. I contacted Expedia and they contacted hotel Manager- Victoria. She said I was in room 2 hours and was informed when I checked in which was a complete lie. Nobody wants to be in a room 2 hours without cable /internet by themselves. I was in and out that hotel in about 30 mins. The whole process was not handled right by front desk. If I would have been informed prior to checking in I would have never checked in
