The king bed (Room 411) was not very comfortable and made noise every time you moved.

The room was very nice. Bathroom clean. However, when laying in the bed the light coming from the window shows cobwebs and dirt for about a foot of wall by the ceiling. We requested towels at the desk. Nine were delivered. We found a maid and snagged some. The cleaning staff said they would bring us a bottle of water, but never did. I haven’t even mentioned the situation with a faulty elevator.

Elevators weren’t working, rooms need some renovations. The bathroom mainly renovated but there were rust. The shower gel and hand soap dispensers weren’t filled. AC was loud and old hard to get an accurate temperature. Location is very convenient but it’s subpar of a Hilton

The blankets and towels were ver scratchy. Did not use maid service. Breakfast was not included did not eat at hotel. Police were called first night by property to deal with a guest. Pretty safe, property conveniently located to NASA.

It was an awesome stay.

Whenever I travel to Pearland, I always stay with you. The staff is always pleasant and helpful, and the rooms are great. Also, the location is perfect to get to all of our travel needs (food, shops, etc.). The breakfast is good but limited. The bar needs more items to accommodate the desires of the guests. It is not stocked with very many liquors.

Paid extra money for a mobility access room. When I checked in, I was informed that they didn't have any of those rooms left. I had to stay in a regular (cheaper) room. Of course, I didn't receive a refund for the price difference.

I didn't know there wasn't free breakfast. Or that I had to add that to my room once I booked it. Also the water in the shower didn't get hot as I wanted it too. Other than that they stay was excellent.

The rooms were very clean and well maintained. The star of the show was the staff. They were very warm and inviting. Genuinely very nice people that were accommodating and made my stay very pleasant. The location was also great. I will be most definitely booking here whenever I come to Pearland

It was a great location right outside of Houston, room was comfortable and nice and cold. The curtains were too short and the morning sun comes in underneath whether you want it to or not. The shampoo bottle they have fixed to the shower was empty.

Liked the bath lotion, etc. soap shampoo dispensers. Pool looked beautiful, was off season. Hotel was a bit dated. Could use some air freshener's. Would have like shower cap/makeup removal extras. Shower door had trouble staying closed. Night lite in bathroom would be helpful.

When we got to Houston. I called the hotel and I was told that I did not have a room . I was told that they had over booked and they could not help me find another hotel because I booked with a third party. I would not have known anything about not having a place to stay.

We asked for housekeeping to clean the rooms Saturday and to provide extra towels and toilet paper, nothing was done. We got extra towels but didn’t get any until I called for the second time. Rooms were not cleaned as I asked. The worst part was when we saw roaches in room 328. I immediately called the front desk, they didn’t send anyone. When housekeeping came to bring the towels, there was a male employee with her and I told them about the roaches, the female employee went inside the room and saw one roach crawling & killed it with her shoe. At that point the male employee offered to spray insecticide on the area and we told him yes. He came back to spray. When we checked out and told front desk the employee was rude and told me to contact Expedia about it. I reserved the rooms through Hotels.com and not Expedia.

I had to put my bags in my room and go to the local walmart to use the reateoom and purchase water as none was provided. I was told by the guest service rep at the desk " dont feel bad, i cant use the bathroom either and I have to work 8 hours". I didnt think that was a great response for such an issue. Good news was when I returned later that night the water was back on......

The rooms are poorly kept. The showers had mold collecting around each corner and it looks like they tried to caulk over it. The lights went out in my room twice without a storm in sight. The Hilton name use to stand for something, now its not worth the money.

My room wasn’t cleaned for two days. There was rust at the base of my shower and on the right handle of the faucet. When I asked this be looked into nothing was done. Not a great experience. The bed wasn’t that comfortable but the room was good sized. Staff was nice but for &525 for 3 nights nothing special. Furniture is older

Sofa pull out mattress had blood on it, staff responded with there’s nothing we can do about it, my daughter had to sleep in the bed with me and my wife. Very uncomfortable night for 3 people in a queen bed. Would never stay here again.

Probably some of the best, most helpful, friendliest staff I have ever encountered while traveling for work. Location was near many good options to eat and perfect for the training that was being held in the conference room. Amenities were great as well. Will return.

During our stay there was a severe winter advisory. All Airports were closed and my flight was cancelled. I attempted extend my stay by one day with the Hotel Team. They refused indicating they had now rooms available. They offered no options or solutions to assist us. Please keep in mind it’s a full 24hrs before the storm was going to hit. We did not know when our flight would be rescheduled. I had no problem paying extra money to secure lodging. They refused and wanted us to leave while the snow was coming down, even though the Governor advised people to stay off the roads. I’m very disappointed and dissatisfied with the customer service

Booked our stay through hotels.com a week or so before Thanksgiving after a grueling 7 hour drive we finally arrive at our hotel, check in, I had booked a 2 queen bed room only to come find out that the hotel had over booked and I now have a one bed with a pull out couch, the front desk person appeared to be the only staff member there, the couch was the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept on, not an apology or anything was had, the front desk person almost went as fast to say if we didn’t like that we could go elsewhere.

I will stay there again everything was at least a four star feeling.

It always seems that with hotels.com that I get put in the crappy loud room next to the ice machine or elevator. The annoyingly loud Muzak in the hallways was audible in the room and prevented a good night’s sleep.

My pups immediately found old food in and under the couch. A suite. The staff could have cared less . The furniture was all chewed up. I had to get new keys three times. I was there less than 24 hours. I was overcharged. There were creepy people wandering around everywhere.

After being out till 3PM, rooms still hadn’t been cleaned. The area around the property also had an awful smell, especially during the evening.

The lobby was pretty. The pool was close and accessible. We had a broken TV in our room and the front desk never responded to our inquiry about getting it fixed. The front desk staff were very interesting. They appeared very disconnected. When asking questions the feont desk agent was dismissive and rude. It appeared as though they only wanted to sit and not engage with customers.I dont think I would return to this location.

I want at least 1/2 my stay refunded.

Went down for breakfast before checkout time, went back to the room to gather items before leaving and card was already deactivated. Sour taste since I’m paying until checkout time which was at 12pm, had breakfast around 9-10am

Clean rooms, friendly staff easy check in and out. Was able to leave deposit in cash which is very convenient and only $50. Will definitely be staying again. Highly recommend you will not be disappointed, safe travels.

The beds were the hardest I have ever slept in, had a sore back and neck for days after. You would think for what we pay we would have softer beds. I was told at check in that house keeping came every other day but ours did not come. We ran out of toilet paper and towels for which we had to call down for. The bathroom sink was not draining, spoke to front desk and was told a maintenance order was put in. Came back 10 hours later and still not fixed, had to use the bath tub faucet to wash our hands and brush our teeth. Stayed for 3 nights and the sink was never fixed. Overall my experience could have been better with the room itself. The property is nice and with a great location and staff was very friendly.
